Happy Mindful Monday! I am so excited to share my new podcast artwork and intro music . Last week I was getting a creative nudge, I felt like I needed a podcast makeover and here we are! Always give your creativity the time and space it requires to create magic . This week’s episode is all about Growth! We all have gone through growing pains but at the end of it all, we become the best version of ourself. Sometimes change can be challenging but their is always beauty behind it . Although we are social distancing, we are silll growing as indviduals and as a society! ♡ Make your gratitude, prayers, dreams, goals and ambitions a daily ritual not social media. Maintain a healthy relationship with yourself by balancing how much time you spend on your phone . Connect with life and maintain those powerful loving relationships with others through reality not a digital device. Social Media does not define you . Calculate how much time you spend on social media and compare it to how many hours you spend on your dreams and goals . Breaking free from the Social Media habit is liberating. The habit can make us use social media subconsciously to fill any voids or for validation but we must remember it does not define us. Time is a sacred gift, what are you spending it on ?
