Nick Littlehales is a sleep coach to some of the most popular athletes and sports' teams in the world. His famous R90 approach changes the way we can develop a personal relationship with sleep no matter what our schedules may be. I love his polyphasic approach and his emphasis on pre and post sleep routines. In this discussion he specifically gets into things like sleep cycles, caffeine, pre and post sleep routine, morning light and much more. Be sure to check out his book: Sleep - https://amzn.to/2CYa0G8 This easy, yet extremely practical book gets right to the point! There is no way you won't walk away with a better personal relationship with sleep and your routines after reading it. Also check out his site: www.sportsleepcoach.com Thanks to Nick. I really appreciated the chat.

I found Alison to be so inspirational that I had to interview her. We must empower ourselves to be in control of our own health and in this video she helps guide us through that personal journey and responsibility. You will see what she has come back from and how much energy she has for every day. She has become so passionate about health and nutrition from her experience that she now coaches others as well. I hope this video lends strength to anyone out there confronted with all the challenges and decisions that cancer brings. She is so knowledgeable and drops so many good resources throughout the talk. So even if you are not facing cancer or interested in that topic, I think your will find all her knowledge extremely insightful and a great resource to take charge of your personal health. Interview w/ Professor Thomas Seyfried

I was lucky enough to interview Professor Thomas Seyfried for almost 2 hours, but I cut it down to 24 minutes to directly introduce the concept and their approach. He and others like Dominic D'Agostino are leading the way in researching and finding ways to heal cancer with metabolic therapies to fix the disease at its root cause in the mitochondria. This is much different than the typical assault on the body with chemo. MORE INFO If you are searching for more info on the topic for yourself or a family member, I highly recommend these 2 books: Tripping over the Truth - https://amzn.to/2NvTlLP Keto for Cancer - https://amzn.to/2KXJsF1 If you are a science nerd and interested in more details, be sure to read their research or read his textbook: Cancer as a Metabolic Disease - https://amzn.to/2tYFGoy DONATE Since money doesn't exactly flow towards researching an approach that cannot make a company or someone money, there is little funding for the metabolic theory of cancer research. Also be sure to check out www.cholesterolcode.com for more information on Dave Feldman's work and research on Lean Mass Hyper Responders. This is a great resource that we mentioned within the video. Don't forget to CLAIM YOUR FREE BOTTLE at: https://www.dryfarmwines.com/gfit I enjoyed an awesome talk with the owner of Dry Farm Wines, Todd White. We initially discuss his business, the ketogenic diet, and fasting. He then gets into what is wrong with how wine is produced in this Country with all of the farming practices, toxins and excess sugar. Near the last 15 minutes of the interview he even gets into a little about meditation and some of the perspectives he has developed over the years. It is all of my favorite topics so I really enjoyed this talk.
