The discussion opens with Jonathan Kuminga's trade demand and the big question surrounding his future: is he a true star in the making, or a talented player who never fully fit Golden State's system? Coach Nick breaks down Kuminga's athleticism, efficiency issues, shot selection, and why role and context matter when evaluating young players. From there, the conversation shifts to the Knicks, where Combo and Coach Nick debate Karl-Anthony Towns versus Julius Randle, defensive concerns, mindset, and which player has a greater impact on winning. In this episode I chat with coach Nick Klastava about why it's important to coach runners holistically. Being a coach to athletes of all levels is so much more than just giving them a training plan. Nick started running back in 1996 and has been competitively running for 24 years now with a brief break in his 20's. His spark for running came back in High School, being a part of a team and finding a sport that brought out the best in himself. He ran competitively in college for Monmouth University in New Jersey after college he took 8 years off from running and thought he was done forever.
