Here at ReForgedMPS we believe that growth in a individual can happen mentally, physically or spiritually. Yet, growth in any particular realm will almost never be exclusive. As humans, we learn through trial and error. We make mistakes, break bones, experince loss and yet, we have the ability to heal and become stronger by reforging ourselves through the pain.

    Peter Cherry is a multi-weight division state Champ in powerlifting. Peter talks about his warm up routine, what is takes to become a champion powerlifter and gives us a look of what his training entails. He also lets us know he finds time to enjoy life with family and friends.  Peter is a different type of powerlifter. He doesn't make a big deal about moving massive amounts of weight and doesn't go out of his way to draw attention to himself in the gym while he trains.
