I'm glad I was able to have this awesome guest to commiserate with. Matt aka MNERVA is a drummer turned hip-hop artist who infuses rock into his sound. Matt claims Linkin Park as one of his biggest influences and favorite bands, and boy does he prove it. I had a great time discussing this iconic band. There is so much to talk about when it comes to LP and we wish we had time to discuss more, maybe we'll have to do a Part 2 in the future. Hey Undergrounders, here is my first episode of 2021! I've gotten quite a few requests to do Circa Survive and I luckily was able to get the perfect guest for this episode. What's up, undergrounders! This week's episode is a really good one. I got to sit down with my buddy Tim, who's an awesome guitarist who's payed in a few great bands from the SoCal scene, and we talked about one of the greatest band's to ever come out of the SoCal local scene, Thrice! I'll be totally honest, this episode didn't quite have as much structure as previous or upcoming episodes have (I developed my structure a lot more in future episodes) so this is a very free flowing discussion. I highly enjoyed it and I hope you do to. Also, keep in mind that I actually recorded this episode at the end of 2019, so we didn't get to discuss how amazing the Vheissu tour was, which was incredible btw.
