This week on Market Mondays, we're breaking down the biggest moves in investing, crypto, and global markets. We cover the futures trading tip of the week, this year's most important investing lesson, and why Bitcoin's drop to $85,000 has traders in “extreme fear.” We debate whether the bottom is close, if a fall to $70K or even $65K is realistic, and why MicroStrategy trading below the value of its own Bitcoin may signal either a loss of institutional confidence or the best buying opportunity of the cycle. We also unpack whether Ethereum could fall under $2,000 and how December's market behavior might preview what 2026 looks like.We explore one of the most important conversations for any entrepreneur or investor: If you lost everything tomorrow, what are your first five moves? Ian and Rashad lay out the fastest, most realistic path to rebuilding from zero. We also break down whether to prioritize dividends or growth in today's economy, how much company stock someone at Microsoft should realistically hold, and whether $70K Bitcoin is still a real near-term target. On the macro side, Japan's 10-year yield hits 1.84% (highest since 2008), potentially signaling the end of the global carry trade — with major implications for U.S. stocks, tech, and crypto. We close with silver hitting $59 for the first time ever, posting a 100%+ yearly gain — is now the time to invest? Plus, we review new data revealing the minimum income needed to live comfortably in 2025, with rising housing, food, and healthcare costs reshaping what financial stability really means. And we're joined by Jason Gyama, Founder of the Quarter Zip Movement, bringing strategy, energy, and culture to the conversation.Market Mondays Cyber Monday Deal (48 Hours Only): https://marketmondaysdeal.com#MarketMondays #Investing #Bitcoin #Crypto #Ethereum #StockMarket #Silver #WealthBuilding #Finance #EYL #QuarterZipMovementOur Sponsors:* Check out Square: https://square.com/go/eylSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/marketmondays/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

This case isn't just tragic — it's claustrophobic. A cabin. A blended family. A teenager found hidden under a bed. And every adult involved spiraling in a different direction while the FBI tries to reconstruct what happened in those critical early moments. Tonight on Hidden Killers, retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke joins me to break down one of the most complex psychological environments we've seen in a long time: the death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner on board a cruise ship returning to Miami. We start with the concealment. Not found in a hallway. Not found collapsed. Hidden. Wrapped. Placed under a bed. Robin explains what concealment commonly signals in juveniles and why — contrary to popular belief — it doesn't automatically equate to malicious intent. Panic can look like guilt. Shock can look like deception. Fear can fuel catastrophic decisions. Then there's the 16-year-old stepsibling — the one now labeled a suspect — and his reported claim that he “doesn't remember what happened” and was an “emotional wreck.” Robin walks us through the behavioral possibilities behind that statement: trauma, dissociation, avoidance, overwhelm, or genuine blackout under stress. Next, we dismantle the family chaos that erupted online: the biological mother melting down on TikTok, the grandmother calling it murder, the father staying silent, relatives sniping at each other publicly. Robin explains how investigators sift through emotional noise, identify authentic behavior patterns, and avoid being pulled into the whirlpool of family dysfunction. Finally, we look at what matters next: timeline consistency, nonverbal cues from the juvenile, whether stories shift, and what the autopsy reveals about intent, panic, or something in between. This is a conversation about behavior, not blame — and it may be the clearest breakdown of this case you'll hear anywhere. #HiddenKillers #AnnaKepner #TrueCrimeAnalysis #RobinDreeke #BehavioralScience #FBIProfiler #CruiseCase #FamilyDynamics #CrimeInvestigation #JuvenileBehavior Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? And what happens if you're pre-authorized for treatment in 2025, but can't afford to renew with the same plan in 2026? (It's not pretty). For these answers and more, we talked to Sherry Davis Johnson — a former nurse turned long–time insurance agent in Southern California. Americans have a glum view of the economy, but that is not expected to affect their consumer spending as holiday shopping kicks off.     According to a recent Fox News survey, 76% of Americans have a negative view of the economy. At the end of President Joe Biden's term, this number was 70%. Yet while Americans appear to be losing faith in the vitality of the U.S. economy, they don't plan on slowing their own holiday shopping habits.     The International Council of Shopping Centers reports that between Thanksgiving Day and Cyber Monday, 235 million American adults are expected to spend $127 billion, for an average of $542 a person—a $13 increase from the average spent over the long holiday weekend last year.     Millennials are projected to be the biggest spenders, with the International Council of Shopping Center estimating the generation born between 1981 and 1996 will drop an average of $764 a person during the five-day shopping period.     So what's the disconnect? Why do the same Americans who feel the economy is flooding appear to feel good enough about their personal bank account to go out and drop several hundred dollars in just a few days? Nicole Huyer, a senior research associate in The Heritage Foundation's Thomas A. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies, joins this week's edition of “Problematic Women” to discuss.     Also on today's show, we discuss spending differences between men and women. Plus, will New York City-Mayor elect Zohran Mamdani actually be able to implement his socialist wish list in the Big Apple? And if he can, what will that mean not only for New York City's economy, but the economic health of the nation.     Catch the conversation on this week's edition of “Problematic Women.”   00:00 Welcome! 02:16  Generational Shopping Habit 11:20 Trump and Elon are Back? 19:02 Economic Long Game vs. Short Term Gains 20:28 Zohran Mamdani and NYC's Affordability Crisis 28:50 Christmas Season Begins 34:13 Final Thoughts and Farewell Connect with our hosts on socials!   Elise McCue X: https://x.com/intent/user?screen_name=EliseMcCue Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/elisemccueofficial/   Virginia Allen: X: https://x.com/intent/user?screen_name=Virginia_Allen5 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/virginiaallenofficial/   Morgonn McMichael: X: https://x.com/intent/user?screen_name=morgonnm Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/morgonnm/ Keep Up With The Daily Signal   Sign up for our email newsletters: https://www.dailysignal.com/email     Subscribe to our other shows:    The Tony Kinnett Cast: https://megaphone.link/THEDAILYSIGNAL2284199939 The Signal Sitdown: https://megaphone.link/THEDAILYSIGNAL2026390376   Problematic Women: https://megaphone.link/THEDAILYSIGNAL7765680741   Victor Davis Hanson: https://megaphone.link/THEDAILYSIGNAL9809784327     Follow The Daily Signal:    X: https://x.com/intent/user?screen_name=DailySignal Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thedailysignal/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheDailySignalNews/  Truth Social: https://truthsocial.com/@DailySignal  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/dailysignal?sub_confirmation=1    Subscribe on your favorite podcast platform and never miss an episode. In this episode, Linda Nurra returns to discuss the practical role of flower essences and how they complement homeopathy. She explains why flower essences are accessible tools for both practitioners and home prescribers, especially when supporting emotional well-being. Linda highlights how these remedies can help homeopathy students manage common challenges such as overwhelm, insecurity, and perfectionism. She also describes how flower essences can support clients during homeopathic aggravations without interfering with remedies. Throughout the conversation, Linda emphasizes self-care, emotional intelligence, and the importance of empowering individuals with gentle, supportive tools. Episode Highlights: 05:35 - Flower essences and homeopathy as sister healing arts 07:29 - A bridge for people not yet ready for homeopathy 09:58 - Whole-person focus over diagnoses 13:30 - Flower essences extending support beyond acute care 18:12 - Ideal gift for pregnant friends or midwives 21:35 - Supportive remedies for each stage of learning 24:31 - Flower Essences for Guilt and Boundaries 27:30 - Remedy that can help students return to the present moment 30:27 - Dosing and Application of Flower Essences 40:14 - How Flower Essences Encourage Self-Reflection in Children 46:46 - Managing Remedy Aggravations with Flower Essences 47:56 - Using Rock Rose for Panic and Anxiety 50:14 - When Theory Meets Reality About my Guests: Linda Nurra, PhD, CCH, RSHom(NA), is a dedicated teacher whose work bridges homeopathy, flower essence therapy, and the deeper study of human meaning and consciousness. With a background in humanities, linguistics, and semiotics, she spent years in higher education as an instructor, curriculum designer, trainer, and leader. Her healing path began nearly three decades ago with an encounter with flower essences—a moment that opened the door to exploring human emotion, the wisdom of plants, and the transformative capacity of nature. That journey eventually expanded into studies of spiritual and healing traditions, culminating in a profound experience with a homeopathic remedy that set her on a new professional course. Linda earned her advanced practitioner diploma from the School of Homeopathy (UK) and has since trained with leading teachers around the world. Her career has focused on teaching, writing, community-building, and supporting both students and practitioners in deepening their understanding of holistic healing. She has served as curriculum director and lead faculty at the Prometheus Homeopathic Institute, taught for the Los Angeles School of Homeopathy and the Veterinary Homeopathy Institute, and contributed to multiple publications. A former board member of the California Homeopathic Medical Society, Linda also leads several study groups that foster collaboration, learning, and a vibrant sense of community within the homeopathic field. For a generation who felt like outsiders in the late 2000s, the emo scene felt like the one place where they could belong—and make sense of the chaos inside, as their favorite artists began to express the pain they held within their hearts: As Bert McCracken of The Used once said, “Music is church, therapy, and philosophy all wrapped up into one.” And that's exactly what this scene became. From the explosive confessions of “Take It Away” to Panic! at the Disco pacing the church aisles in “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” from Hayley Williams of Paramore shouting “The truth never set me free—so I'll do it myself” to My Chemical Romance singing revenge, resurrection, and spiritual crisis across Three Cheers—emo wasn't afraid to rip open the human heart and let everything spill out. But what was quickly learned was that many who saw this as therapy could also take it to a place of no return. After 13-year-old Hannah Bond chose to delete herself, emo became Public Enemy Number 1. In 2008, the Daily Mail fired the headline heard around the globe: “Why No Child Is Safe from the Sinister Cult of Emo.” Suddenly, a culture built for struggling youth was being shown as something dark and dangerous, with fans of the genre fighting against the current of their day attempting to drift people away from the emotional music of the generation. But now it's 2025; those late-2000s outsiders have grown up—and emo is rising again. My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Taking Back Sunday, Jimmy Eat World—the bands who shaped a generation are continuing to play shows, and their fans are right back in their black eyeliner and emotional armor. What was emo really preaching? Because these weren't just break-up anthems—they were songs about identity, guilt, rebellion, spiritual confusion, and the longing for something beyond the pain. What we want to look at is the controversy, the comeback, and the worldview behind the music that became a church, therapy, and philosophy for millions.   Follow Good Fight Ministries on: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/goodfightministries  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/goodfightministries  Twitter/X: https://www.twitter.com/goodfightmin  TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@goodfightministries  Support Us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/goodfight

Today's Headlines: Ukraine's peace talks are… somehow happening. Zelensky has mostly accepted Russia's 28-point plan, with “minor” tweaks, and might swing by the U.S. to finalize it. Meanwhile, Army Secretary Dan Driscoll met Russia's delegation in Abu Dhabi, where Sergey Lavrov warned they won't accept changes that differ from whatever secret “understanding” Trump and Putin supposedly made in Alaska. Over in Venezuela, Trump labeled President Nicolás Maduro the head of a terrorist organization while also planning to call him. The administration insists they're not plotting to “shoot or snatch” him but will continue blowing up drug-running boats. In Brazil, Bolsonaro tried to melt off his ankle monitor with a soldering iron and was re-arrested for attempted escape — yet Trump claims he talked to him “last night” and expects to meet him soon. Unless Trump plans to take a meeting in a Brazilian prison, it looks like Jair was maybe making a break for the U.S. embassy before being forced to start serving his 27-year sentence. Israel reportedly killed Hezbollah's new top commander, Haytham Ali Tabatabai, in Beirut, which would not calm anything down. In other news, newly uncovered documents show NYC knew how toxic the air around Ground Zero was and still let thousands of first responders breathe it in. Almost 10,000 have died from related illnesses. Truly shocking behavior from Rudy Giuliani's New York (said no one). Healthcare premiums are spiking nationwide, and Trump was planning to announce a two-year extension of Obamacare subsidies — until Speaker Mike Johnson told him House Republicans weren't on board. Hope those early retirements come through! The Justice Department wants to unseal grand jury transcripts from the Epstein and Maxwell cases under the new transparency law. And finally, with threats against lawmakers rising, the House is doubling security funding: members will now get $20k a month for personal protection and access to a new silent-alert app. Resources/Articles mentioned in this episode: CNN: Ukraine talks gain momentum as US and Russian officials meet in Abu Dhabi Axios: Scoop: Trump ready to talk with Maduro over Venezuela drug strikes NYT: How a Sabotaged Ankle Monitor Ended Bolsonaro's House Arrest WSJ: He Was Rebuilding Hezbollah—Until an Israeli Missile Found Him in Beirut NBC New York: FDNY firefighters demand answers on newfound documents detailing toxic dust after 9/11 Reuters: Trump plans to propose extending Obamacare subsidies, report says AP News: Justice Department renews bid to unseal Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell grand jury materials Axios: U.S. House ramps up security as lawmakers' fears rise Morning Announcements is produced by Sami Sage and edited by Grace Hernandez-Johnson Learn more about your ad choices. This week, the White House leaked plans to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies for some of the millions of people who stand to lose out from their expiration. But that's on ice after Republicans declared it a nonstarter. That could hurt them in the midterms, and oddly, it comes as President Trump just exploded in a wild tirade about the elections. He falsely ranted that Democrats will open our borders and unleash DEI, and urged the Indiana GOP to hurry up and gerrymander to stop Democrats. Meanwhile, Republicans tell Punchbowl News that they're losing the House, that resignations are coming, and that “morale has never been lower.” But if so, why not renew ACA subsidies to try to save yourselves, Republicans? We talked to New Republic staff writer Monica Potts about her good new piece on the GOP predicament. We discuss the roots of GOP anti-ACA hatred, why Republicans bank on election-rigging, and how it all explains GOP plutocratic politics in the Trump era.  Looking for More from the DSR Network? In this week's solo episode, we're pulling back the curtain on our mental health journeys and talking about the parts we've never shared publicly. Cass opens up about what postpartum OCD and anxiety really looked like behind the scenes and Emma shares how her lifelong anxiety shaped the patterns she still works through today. From intrusive thoughts and panic spirals to the shame, the turning points, and the actual support that helped us get better, we're breaking down what healing looked like in real time. It's messy, honest, sometimes dark, and ultimately a conversation we wish we'd heard when we were in it.  If mental health has ever knocked you on your ass (especially in early motherhood) this one is for you. We dive into: What postpartum OCD and anxiety looked like behind the scenes. Cass opens up about the intrusive thoughts, fear spirals, and emotional numbness that made early motherhood feel nothing like the highlight reel she expected. Emma's long-term anxiety and the patterns that came with it. Panic cycles, overwhelm, and the instinct to shut down instead of sit with big feelings. Why both of us struggled to admit something was off. The pressure to look fine, the fear of being judged, and the mental gymnastics we used to convince ourselves we could handle it alone. The turning points that pushed us to get help. The honest conversations, therapy breakthroughs, and moments that forced us to stop pretending. The support and tools that actually helped us feel better. OCD treatment programs, medication, grounding routines, and small daily habits that made life feel manageable again. How healing shifted our identities and relationships. Rebuilding confidence, reconnecting with our bodies, and experiencing love and connection in ways that weren't accessible in survival mode. Learn more about 1:1 coaching HERE! Get Honeydew Me Merch HERE! Join our Patreon and access exclusive content (including a downloadable that pairs PERFECTLY with this episode) HERE! The death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner is not just another tragic case — it's a collision of panic, secrecy, and a blended family imploding in real time. Found hidden under a bed on a cruise ship, wrapped and concealed, Anna's final moments are surrounded by unanswered questions and emotionally charged reactions from nearly every member of her family. Tonight on Hidden Killers, I sit down with retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke to cut through the noise and focus on the behavioral reality inside that small cabin. Because cases like this aren't just about evidence — they're about human choices under pressure. We look at the concealment: Why was Anna hidden? What does that typically signal in juvenile behavior? Where is the line between immaturity-driven panic and intentional wrongdoing? We examine the claim from the grandmother that the 16-year-old “doesn't remember what happened.” Is that trauma? Dissociation? Avoidance? Or something investigators hear when the truth is too overwhelming to say out loud? We explore what happens when adults make catastrophic decisions — like placing teenagers with known tension in the same sleeping quarters — and how that shapes what happens next. And then there's the public chaos: the stepmother pleading the Fifth, the biological mother spiraling on social media, relatives accusing each other, all while a teen girl is gone. Robin breaks down how investigators filter useful behavior from emotional theater and why public performance can sometimes be a clue in itself. This is the interview that strips away the speculation and digs into the actual human behavior behind the headlines. If you want clarity instead of noise, depth instead of rumor — you're in the right place. #HiddenKillers #AnnaKepnerCase #CruiseShipInvestigation #RobinDreeke #BehaviorAnalysis #TrueCrimeBreakdown #CrimePsychology #FBIExpert #JuvenileInvestigation #FamilyChaos Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Tonight on Hidden Killers, we dive into one of the most emotionally volatile, psychologically tangled cases we've seen this year — the death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner, found hidden under a bed in a cruise ship cabin that was occupied only by members of her own blended family. No strangers. No intruders. No mystery figures in the hallway. Just a tight, enclosed space… and a family that's now exploding in every direction. There's a 16-year-old stepsibling publicly labeled a suspect. A stepmother invoking the Fifth Amendment. A biological mother unraveling publicly on TikTok. A grandmother claiming the teen “doesn't remember” what happened and was an “emotional wreck.” And a father saying nearly nothing at all. This is where behavior becomes the story. So tonight, we're joined by retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke — not to talk law, not to assign guilt, but to break down the human behavior inside that cabin, inside that chaos, and inside the minds of everyone involved. Because concealment is a behavior. Panic is a behavior. “I don't remember” is a behavior. And when the environment is a confined cruise cabin shared by teenagers and stepsiblings, the decisions made in those first minutes after a crisis are often far more revealing than the noise coming later on social media. We're unpacking how investigators interpret concealment. How they distinguish panic from intent. How juveniles process fear, guilt, and confusion. Why a chaotic family can cloud a case — or inadvertently expose truths. And how the FBI cuts through emotional wildfire to focus on evidence, timelines, and authentic human reaction. If you want a breakdown of what behavior actually means in a case like this, this is the interview you don't want to miss. #HiddenKillers #AnnaKepner #TrueCrimeNews #BehavioralAnalysis #RobinDreeke #FBIInsights #CrimeInvestigation #FamilyDynamics #JuvenileBehavior #TrueCrimeCommunity Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? 132. Coaching Buyouts: Smart Strategy or Expensive Panic?

AJ Maestas and Charles Rolston break down the ROI metrics behind the (seemingly) crazy trend of expensive coaching buyouts in college football. They explore the economic and political factors at play that lead to these decisions for athletic directors and university presidents.   The right coaching hire can yield an incremental $20M - $35M per year for a football program, so there's a lot to lose by keeping a losing coach on staff. However, would it make more sense to take the money you'd otherwise use for a buyout and invest it in NIL?   Drawing on Navigate's work advising ADs and presidents while these factors are being weighed, AJ and Charles dissect the economics and decision-making pressures driving this high-stakes trend.   Timestamps: 0:45 - The ROI of firing your coach 5:00 - Spend on NIL or spend on a coach? 8:05 - Aligning AD incentives 16:40 - Legislation for everything ("good luck")   For more insights, visit our LinkedIn page or learn more about Navigate at https://nvgt.com/.

At the dawn of the 20th century, American finance looked modern—telegraphs, syndicates, Wall Street empires—but it had no brakes. In this episode of Built to Divide, host Dimitrius Lynch follows the chain reaction from the Panic of 1907 to the creation of the Federal Reserve, revealing how crises, central banking, and policy choices concentrated power at the top and quietly reshaped who gets to own a home in America. We move from J.P. Morgan locking bankers in his library to stabilize markets, to the secret Jekyll Island meeting that birthed the blueprint for the Fed, to a global financial order built on austerity, gold, and central banks. Lynch unpacks how this shift—from robber barons to central bankers—centralized control over money and credit, setting the stage for a financial system that could either stabilize the economy or supercharge inequality. In parallel, the episode traces a second, brutal story: the clash between slave labor and wage labor, the Civil War, broken promises like Special Field Orders No. 15, Reconstruction, the 13th and 14th Amendments, and the massive land giveaways of the Homestead and Railway Acts that seeded a two-track wealth system. That system was later hardened by Black Codes, Jim Crow, and the rise of the National Association of Realtors, whose restrictive covenants and ethics codes turned racism and class exclusion into standard practice. As Lynch connects the Roaring Twenties, the Great Depression, Hoover's homeownership gospel, and New Deal housing programs—HOLC, FHA, Fannie Mae—listeners see how federal support for mortgages expanded opportunity for some while redlining, racial covenants, and “good neighborhood” ideology locked others out. Housing was transformed into a mass wealth engine built on division. This episode is a deep dive into how central banking, war finance, slavery, segregation, real estate professionalization, and federal housing policy fused into a system where housing isn't just shelter or asset—it's a sorting mechanism. If you want to understand why today's housing market feels rigged, this chapter shows how the rig was built.Episode Extras - Photos, videos, sources and links to additional content found during research. Introduction: Host Michael Rand starts with one of his favorite "two things can be true" ideas. J.J. McCarthy has been historically bad AND it's too soon to give up on him. But it's not too soon to think about what might happen if things don't work out. 9:00: Chris Hine joins Rand to talk about the Timberwolves, who have blown big late leads in each of their last two losses. 28:00: Randy Johnson on Gophers football. 36:00: History for St. Thomas.
