15 Jahre Elektromobilität in Berlin – vom Experiment zur Realität. Doch wie weit ist die Hauptstadt wirklich? eMO-Chef Gernot Lobenberg zieht Bilanz, spricht über politische Bremsklötze, überraschende Erfolgsgeschichten und erklärt, warum die Verkehrswende oft weniger an Technik als an unseren Gewohnheiten scheitert. In dieser Episode von eMobility Insights spricht electrive-Chefredakteur Peter Schwierz mit Gernot Lobenberg, dem Leiter der Berliner Agentur für Elektromobilität (eMO), über eine Zeitreise durch anderthalb Jahrzehnte elektrischen Aufbruchs – und über die Frage, wie realistisch ein nahezu vollständig elektrischer Verkehr in der Hauptstadt wirklich ist. Als Lobenberg Anfang 2011 zur eMO wechselte, war Elektromobilität noch ein Experiment. Serienfahrzeuge waren rar, Ladeinfrastruktur kaum vorhanden. Heute ist Berlin ein ganzes Stück weiter: Die Zahl der Elektroautos hat sich allein seit 2018 von rund 9.000 auf etwa 90.000 verzehnfacht. Auch bei den Ladepunkten ging es rasant voran – von gut 3.200 auf rund 40.000, wenn man private und öffentlich zugängliche Lademöglichkeiten zusammenrechnet. Doch der Weg dorthin war alles andere als geradlinig. Im Podcast erinnert sich Lobenberg an frühe Pilotprojekte, erste elektrische Buslinien, das inzwischen eingestellte Elektro-Carsharing Multicity und an eine Zeit, in der Elektromobilität vor allem eines war: ein Schaufenster für die Zukunft: „Das Schaufenster Elektromobilität war die Initialzündung. Viele Projekte, die heute selbstverständlich sind, haben damals begonnen“, erinnert sich Lobenberg. Als Leiter der eMO sieht sich Lobenberg bis heute weniger als Entscheider, sondern eher als Motivator: Die Agentur versteht sich als Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Politik – und manchmal auch als sanfter Antreiber: „Wir sind so eine Art Animateure für die Elektromobilität“, beschreibt Lobenberg die Arbeit seines Teams. Tatsächlich ist die Transformation komplexer, als es auf den ersten Blick scheint. Ladeinfrastruktur, Flächenkonflikte, Stromnetze, Verwaltung – viele Zahnräder müssen ineinandergreifen. Und selbst dort, wo die Technik längst funktioniert, bremsen oft Routinen und Gewohnheiten. Menschen für Veränderung zu begeistern, scheitere oft genau daran. „Bei Mobilität geht es um Routinen. Wenn jemand diese Routinen infrage stellt, reagieren Menschen schnell ablehnend.“ In dem Gespräch geht es deshalb auch nicht nur um Zahlen und Infrastruktur, sondern auch um Mentalitäten – und um die politische Realität einer Stadt, die in Verkehrsfragen tief gespalten ist. Während manche europäische Metropolen wie Kopenhagen und Paris längst radikale Schritte gegangen sind, ringt Berlin noch um eine klare Linie. Trotzdem bleibt der Blick nach vorn optimistisch: Wenn Berlin seine eigenen Klimaziele ernst nimmt, führt langfristig kein Weg an einem nahezu emissionsfreien Verkehr vorbei. Für Gernot Lobenberg ist denn auch das Zieldamit klar: „Wenn wir die Klimaziele ernst nehmen, muss Berlin bis 2045 komplett emissionsfrei unterwegs sein.“ Was dafür noch passieren muss, warum elektrische Carsharing-Flotten nicht selbstverständlich sind, welche Rolle Tesla für die Region spielt – und warum Supermarkt-Parkplätze vielleicht zu unterschätzten Lade-Hotspots werden könnten: All das diskutieren Peter Schwierz und Gernot Lobenberg in dieser Episode von eMobility Insights. Pisateljica, igralka in energijska terapevtka Tanja Dimitrievska je objavila svoj drugi roman in mu dala pomenljiv naslov Tako kot delfini ter se z literarnim snovanjem pridružila slovenskim igralkam in igralcem, ki so prepričljivi tako na odru ali filmu kot pri ustvarjanju v vezani ali nevezani besedi. Ne zgodi se nič usodnega, zgodbe skorajda ni, toda pomembno je, da je avtorica izvirna, domiselna in v marsičem drugačna od drugih literarnih ustvarjalcev. Njeni odličnosti sta humor in igrivost, posebnosti pa zmožnost in spretnost, da zna čustvena stanja in stališča materializirati, jih spreminjati v dogajanje, ki je podobno naravnim pojavom ali telesni dejavnosti, v hipu pa bi ga lahko imeli celo za nekakšno metafiziko. Obraz se na primer skisa in napihne v žabo, smeh uide na ves obraz in skoči še čez. Kaj, če je konoplja, o kateri je med drugim govor, plevel pod krinko? Iz glavne protagonistke, po imenu Eme, skoči mačka, čez čas pa se mlada ženska čedalje bolj zbližuje z delfinom. Delfin simbolizira igrivost in občutljivost, je živo bitje, ki ga je strah odgovornosti in nevarnosti zunaj sebe. Delfini ves čas plavajo v krogih, prepoznajo svoj odsev v ogledalu, vedno spijo samo na pol ter so vesele in šegave narave. Njihovi možgani imajo veliko površino, tako rekoč odločilno za inteligenco, če bi jo v zvezi z njimi lahko tako imenovali. Globlja in tesnejša povezanost z delfinom bi bila za Emo morda rešitev, saj bi se ta sesalec, ki torej ni riba, izluščil iz morske sinjine in nenadoma postal viden. Ema je občutljiva mlada ženska, marsikaj ji je jasno in vprašanje je, ali sploh potrebuje rešitev v pravem pomenu besede. Med drugim modruje: »V srcu je vse. Tudi modrost, za vsak korak, iz koraka v korak, iz trenutka v trenutek. Resnica je v srcu in raste iz trenutka v trenutek. Hipna je. Rešitev je vedno v srcu, mi ga pa znova in znova zapuščamo in iščemo modrost drugje.« Ema ima občasne odvode nekam v vesolje. Zgodi se, da se košček miru zdrobi, tanek pas tesnobe vrže senco, skrhano od prežvečenih časov. V nekaterih odlomkih bi bilo mogoče prepoznati nadrealizem, magični realizem in tudi neke vrste nonsens. Igrivo pisanje postaja čedalje bolj poglobljeno in sporočilno razvejano. Kljub nevarnostim, ki prežijo na protagoniste, so medčloveški odnosi precej preprosti in večinoma dobronamerni, toda pozornost vzbujajo spoznanja o prostoru in času, že kar filozofija, ki se staplja z igralskimi izkušnjami in terapevtskim znanjem. Lahko se zgodi, da igralec nehote sprejme negativno energijo iz okolice, na primer ljubljansko energijo:. » In potem se zgodi, da se v tisti têmi, ki jo igra, igralec za trenutek izgubi in takrat, v tistem trenutku šibkosti, ko on kar je tista tema, brez svetlobe okrog, takrat se okoliška energijska tema z lahkoto nalepi nanj.« Terapevtska vednost govori o ženski in moškem v dvojici in njunih različnih hotenjih ter pobudi, da bi morali biti ljudje vsak trenutek začudeni, uporabljati intuicijo in zajeziti tok neumnosti. Človek ima pet čutov in si lahko prizadeva, da bi se povzdignil do višje čutne zaznave. Z notranjim očesom bi bilo mogoče videti celo dogodke iz preteklosti. Telo ima modrost in spomin. S kar nekaj besedami je prikazan pomen višjega jaza, globlje zavesti, duha in brezčasja, in to že skoraj v maniri new agea, se pravi nove dobe in prizadevanj po združevanju pristnega človeka, upanju ter ohranjanju narave in povezanosti z njo. Tanja Dimitrievska ponuja dvojnost, pripoved v romanu in refleksijo vsebine, nekaj zunanjega in podkrepljenega z vrednostnimi sodbami, torej razlikovanje med notranjim in zunanjim. Sama omeni, da je situacija groteskna. Ema bi v hipu najraje skočila nazaj v poglavje in ga prebutala, včasih pa se znajde na robu romana. Sporazumevanje med protagonisti tu in tam spominja na teater absurda. Očitna je tudi družbena kritika. Neposredno je izražena trditev, da je največje zlo našega sveta pohlep. Preden se bo svet v celoti iztiril, bi ga bilo treba izboljšati ter premagati kaos in v pretirano potrošništvo obrnjen moderni čas. Odločilnega pomena je prizadevanje za ohranitev narave. Na koncu romana ostane veliko nerešenih vprašanj, takih, ki bralkam in bralcem vsekakor dajo misliti in jih spodbujajo, da bi sami iskali odgovore nanje. Je primerno gojiti konopljo? Ali je revolucija res edina rešitev? Kdo si upa vzeti moč, da sodi drugim? Je mar to, kaj je prav in kaj ni prav, res nekaj absolutnega? So virus covida-19 povzročili luskavci in netopirji ali pa je bil morda namerno izdelan v laboratoriju? Je neznana bolezen izbruhnila kot svarilo in kazen za človekovo pokvarjenost? Ali se vse začne pri spreminjanju posameznika? »Šele ko bo dosežena kritična masa transformiranih posameznikov, bo družba lahko resnično spremenjena, bolj zdrava.« Tanja Dimitrievska v delu Tako kot delfini poudarja, da človek v življenju potrebuje svobodo in mir. Izpeljanka ljubezni pomeni sočutje, modrost, notranjo skladnost, iskrivost, pogum in ustvarjalnost. Vsak izmed nas bi lahko bil žarek istega sonca in to bi zagotavljalo pristno povezanost in vzajemnost. V ubranosti je treba ohraniti predvidljivost in slej ko prej se bodo uresničili svetloba, mir in vnovična rast. Protagonistka Ema poleti nekam navzgor, toda pri tem jo preganja misel, da pravzaprav ni mogoče nikamor pobegniti in uiti. A na njeno vprašanje, ali je nekakšen absolut samo ljubezen, bi bilo po vsej verjetnosti mogoče najti odgovor.

Experiența noastră subiectivă nu este o reacție directă la realitatea obiectivă, ci o construcție activă a creierului, care editează continuu percepțiile pentru a crea un „film” coerent al lumii. Emoțiile nu sunt mecanisme universale înnăscute sau entități biologice fixe, ci sunt etichete culturale și lingvistice pe care le aplicăm unor senzații fizice de bază, numite interocepție. Acest proces de construcție depinde fundamental de context, educație și mediul social, ceea ce explică de ce culturile non-occidentale pot experimenta stări interne complet diferite de ale noastre. La nivel biologic, sistemul imunitar joacă un rol central în generarea semnalelor pe care le interpretăm drept emoții negative sau alerte de pericol. Sănătatea mentală este strâns legată de „alostază”, procesul predictiv prin care creierul gestionează bugetul de energie al corpului pentru a face față provocărilor viitoare. Atunci când aceste mecanisme de adaptare sunt suprasolicitate sau devin imprevizibile, apare stresul cronic și inflamația, care pot conduce în final la stări precum depresia. În concluzie, suntem sisteme biologice complexe care funcționează optim doar atunci când reușim să menținem un echilibru între predicțiile minții și nevoile energetice ale organismului. It's not, at least primarily a means to make a living."    Dustin Kensrue of Thrice on the shared values that have kept the band's lineup intact for 25 years. He discusses their unique writing process using Asana and 400+ voice memos, and how re-recording a classic album influenced their new sound.    For over two decades, Thrice has been a constant—a pillar of the post-hardcore scene that has not only evolved with each album but has kept its original four members intact. We're joined by frontman Dustin Kensrue to discuss how they've managed one of the most incredible feats in rock music: staying together. Dustin details the band's practical creative process, revealing how they use project management tools like Asana to organize hundreds of voice memos into the powerful songs fans know and love. He also explains how revisiting their classic album *The Artist in the Ambulance* allowed them to reconnect with old instincts in a fresh way, directly influencing their new material.
