A podcast created to motivate and chat about life, self, relationships, marriage, and our current world as a whole..
Thank you guys for listening and being loyal listeners. I appreciate the love and support. I am coming back to really refine and set up this podcast to be more relatable and engaging with my audience and not to be anything but a teaching experience and encouragement for those who are going through things that they didn't know they needed to heal from but are willing to put in the work to do so by using their own favorite things to focus on their healing journey as well .
Isolation is when you stay to yourself because you have no idea who to trust and have no energy to give to anyone or uncomfortable with being pulled different directions and it's depleting your mental health and energy. A way of healing and dealing with the sense of losing control of one's sense of reality and self. Sometimes we absorb too much from people should be allowed to give to back and replenish ourselves especially since we know we can't bring any positive energy back at this moment.
Learning to let go of objective and subjective control. Evolving from holding on to out of control situations. Learning when enough is enough . All that is required is to just take it for what it is and remember what your goals are and focus on the one thing you can control which is you!!
This episode discusses my personal choice of staying neutral and nonchalant because I am afraid to keep getting hurt by those I love and loved the most. A lot of crying and ranting but I got to release some tears and continue my healing journey. I talk about suppressing my emotions and pain to the point of becoming numb and blind and accepting the bare minimum for so long while I continue to give myself so much. Not being able to celebrate my accomplishment because I thought people wouldn't be happy for me or even show up and show out on my behalf.
Managing my stagnant life became challenging and I wanted to take some time to realign my mind and body. I got better at doing things that excites me again. I got inspiration from a friend and I am happy to have been able to receive the feedback and I am ready to apply those feedbacks and continue to thrive and grow.
