THIS WAS THE FIRST REPORTED SIGHTING OF WHAT IS NOW KNOWN AS THE MICHIGAN DOGMAN. The I-70 Strangler Prayed upon men he met in gay bars during the mid 80's through 1996 in Indianapolis and Ohio along a stretch of highway called I-70. In 1996 they found the remains of 11 out of the 27 men believed to be the victim of this sick and deranged man on his personal property. Tonight we talk about the Herbert Baumeister also known as.. Franklin Castle and The Ohio Grassman  This Queen Anne Style mansion has four stories and more than twenty rooms with 80 windows and looks like it belongs in some medieval European country but no, Franklin Castle lies in Cleveland Ohio.  Built in 1881-1883 this home has seen many tragic deaths and may have been a spy headquarters for the Germans during war time.  Later The Ohio Grassman is a legend that has persisted for nearly 150 years in Ohio. The first sightings date back to 1869. Johnsons Island and The Ohio State Reformatory  We visit a small isolated island on Lake Erie which once housed thousands of Confederate soldiers. Some say they never left the island. Later We travel the towering structure built of brick and iron that once held Ohio's most dangerous criminals in its towering cell blocks. Although the inmates are all gone, somethings stayed behind once the doors were locked in 1990.
