Today I had New Hire Orientation for a position in Acute Critical Care Surgery and Vascular Surgery dual position. As the day concluded I stumbled across this piece of art of an office and immediately knew I had to open the doors of this unfinished constructed work. I spent an hour and a half in there recording and taking calls. The place legitimately felt like mine. The reason I bring it up is because my question to you is. What's your Vision? Where do you see yourself in the industry? Where do you fit? How do you plan on leaving your mark. In this episode I briefly touch on the vision and the trials that test our worthy endeavors.
