Finding wholeness and stillness within your being just as you are.. in the here and now.. This episode was recorded late April during a virtual guided meditation session...purposed to provide support to those navigating the pressure to be overly productive during this pandemic and challenging the idea that our value is determined by our level of productivity each day.. When in all actuality you are enough...you've been enough...just as you are... sometimes we just need a gentle reminder..
Ever try swimming against the flow of a wave? Probably not...and if you have, I'm sure you can attest to the difficulty in fighting the natural flow and rhythm of something out of your control...emotions are similar, except they can be controlled at a certain point. Giving yourself permission to feel your emotions as opposed to pushing them away or fighting them gives you the power to control your response and reaction to your emotions once they simmer and settle a bit...just like a wave...they simmer and eventually settle... A few weeks into quarantine I started offering virtual guided meditations...we chat a bit in the beginning, settle in, set our intentions, and let it flow...I recorded it so you could use it, on your time, at your pace.. Enjoy and let it ride...
Truth is, sometime we just need a moment..to collect ourselves, a moment of stillness, a moment to reset and cleanse our energy... sometime we just need an opportunity to start fresh...
