Usually my episodes are long (ish) interviews with one or two people but along the way I have also asked a few people for their best tips and tricks. Here is a collection of ten. And even though we are not able to compete right now the first five are all about training and preparation; so now is the ideal time to have a listen and put some of those into practice! Many thanks to all those who contributed to this episode by allowing me to pick their brains and point a mike at them!
This is a recording of the talk given by Dr Sue Dyson: Head of Clinical Orthopedics at the Animal Health Trust at the Endurance GB Welfare Conference. The talk was illustrated with videos throughout - which cannot be seen on a podcast! However, most of the commentary is self explanatory and Dr Dyson gives really helpful guidance on how to spot lameness in your horse. So despite the lack of video content I decided the talk was still worth posting.
It's nice to meet the face behind the name of people you usually only hear from in emails. So I was pleased to be able to interview Esther Young, the Operations Director of Endurance GB and Darren Butler who keeps things running smoothly at head office.Regular slots - Tried and Tested features the free app EquiBioSafe and, just because I love them, this month's random fact! (well several this time actually)
At this interview I ask Chairperson Rebecca Kinnarney what the future holds for EGB. This interview was recorded a little while ago but I haven't had anything I could add to it to make a complete episode - its too good a clip to waste so I decided to upload it as bonus content.
