Hello Adventurers!I've taken a bit of a sabbatical from the Podcast and holding space for others as I dive deeper into my own personal practice and let the dust of life settle. It's been a whirlwind the past 2 years and I know you all feel me on that. I dug into the archives of my meditation recordings to bring you this very special manifesting meditation..We have beautiful energy surrounding us on this day. The New Moon in Aquarius. New Moon's are a very symbolic time for manifesting and this New Moon packs a powerful energy for doing just that. The start of the Lunar New Year. The Year of the Tiger. This recording is raw and real. There is no Intro. There is no outro, There is only meditation.I recommend some gentle movement before you lie down for this 30 minute practice. I also recommend gathering any props that you need to make yourself comfortable. Blankets, pillows, and a quite comfortable space you can just be.Enjoy!xoxoM

These principles are a must for recreating responsibly. They will help lead the way to leaving the outdoors better than you found it and can give you a whole new perspective to getting outside. The Mountaineers, REI, 52 Hike Challenge, and of course the Leave No Trace website are great resources if you want to dive deeper into the principles and the essentials.Stay tuned in till the very end. There is a secret song that I sing. If you can name that tune...email me the song title and the artist to mscottsoth@gmail.com. You will be entered into a drawing for your chance to win a gift card to REI!*drawing held on July 19th!Good Luck!
Happy day of cosmic energy! Can you feel it?Full Moons are a symbolic time to release, clear out, and let go.Eclipses symbolize transformation. What that is and what that looks like is entirely up to you.The Moon being so close to the Earth (Super Moon) and fully passing through her shadow (Lunar Eclipse) amplifies this energy.Since the cosmic energy around us is swirling strong, I suggest to be easy with yourself, with your energy, and with your body. Do some gentle Yoga, a favorite activity out in nature, or just dance in your kitchen to your favorite tunes. The Universe will do it's job to stir things up.Let it.Let it do the work for you.Let it rise to the surface.Let it come out.I invite you to meditate with me and this energy.A relaxing guided mediation is now live on the podcast. A guided Full Moon journey designed to let it all go.You decide what that means for you.
