Sorry for gaps in uploading we both have been qiute busy lately so please bear with us! In this episode we talk about various differences in other religions. Also about how Christianity is the one true religion and Jesus our Lord is the only founder that is still with us today! We use the video entitled “Is Islam false? In this episode we talked about various aspects of the faith and why we should continue the race and persevere towards being more like Jesus and embodying the fruits of the spirit. Praying and identifying and using the gifts the Holy Spirit gives you is also important in building the church and others up in faith. This episode we dive into creation and discuss different factors regarding it such as Pangea, dinosaurs, and the age of the Earth. There are things christians argue about that we have no reason to worry over seeing as we have no proof of many things. All we need to do is read the scripture and trust in what God has told us. Hopefully we have discussed some things that you haven’t thought about. This episode we discuss how something being legal does not make it moral. Again we hit on the topic of God being the standard for morality and choosing not to use God as the bar for morality does not cut it. We cannot have a standard for morality from anyone except God! Any athiestic argument relies on subjective morality And not on the true objective morality of God’s law. There are many laws that exist that are immoral such as abortion, gay marriage, various drugs, etc. there are also illegal things that are morally right in certain situations. Let us rely on the Lord and pray for those who are lost and let us ourselves follow in the footsteps of our Savior Jesus Christ and help and forgive one another as he did for us. Hello! In this episode we talk about each of the 7 deadly sins and the ways to overcome them. We all struggle with sin and by grace and faith the Lord comes for us. Let us all pray for one another and ask for help in hard and trying times. We must use the word of God to help us and guide us on the path he has set for each of us. We tried to bring some examples in our lives and in todays society to show how rampant each of these sins is. In this episode we chose a topic that is controversial and seems hateful. But it is out of love that we talk on this subject and on the many many people that are lost out there that haven’t been able to accept the true Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the only begotten son of God. We outline the difference in beliefs between mormons and christians and point out what beliefs are clearly false and blasphemous against the one true living God. Please pray and have discussion with any mormon you may know as many claim to be christians but sadly they believe in a different Jesus. This is the 6th episode we have done and it centers on Free Will / Predestination and our choice as human beings created by God. We all face countless choices each day and choosing to follow the Lord can bring a lot of challenges. But always remember God controls the storm and suffering is to make us grow. Our Lord Jesus suffered greatly and bears our shame to reconcile us with God so we as well must suffer to grow spiritually and to build our character. Choosing to follow God’s will instead of our selfish desires is not easy for any of us but let us pray for one another and always be encouraging choosing to go where God leads us! In this episode we discuss temptation and how every day is a constant battle against a present darkness. It lurks in every corner and we discuss ways to get around it and with God’s power work on overcoming these temptations no matter what they be. As well as reaching out to friends, family, and your church for help in dealing with a struggle. We hope that we gave some good tips on overcoming temptation and please reach out to someone and pray to the Lord if you are struggling with any form of temptation, as we all are. In this episode we talk on the subject of good and evil and the fact that you cant have evil without good and you cannot have good without God. There is so much evil in this fallen world but God will always have the final and eternal victory over evil! We hope that this episode is thought provoking as well as eye opening to different ways to love those around us as Jesus loves us and to combat this present darkness. In our third episode after a 1 week gap we wanted to discuss some basic principles and discuss the commandments. We would recommend that we all memorize the commandments or at the very least remember the 2 that Jesus mentions in the book of Matthew which encompass the other 8. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul. And the other to love your neighbor as you would yourself.
