Redeeming the Ride. The time in the car is captive time, time to engage the hearts of our kids. Unfortunately many dads use the car ride to focus on performance, look at errors or bad at-bats, rather than focusing on the heart of their child. As the Injury Prevention Coordinator at Missouri State University, Mitch has been involved in the development of athletes across multiple sports. Mitch and his wife have four kids from four different countries and out of their adoption journey also played a piece in the development of Man Up and Go, a non-profit dedicated to fighting foe the fatherless around the world.

Justin Dillard was the founder of Complete Game Ministries and currently is a law enforcement officer in Denver, CO. After playing at Dallas Baptist University, Justin has coached in multiple different settings and is a husband and father to three awesome kiddos!
