An episode from Ranchero Drive Baptist Church, a Bible believing, Bible preaching church in Kerrville, Texas. What Ranchero Drive Baptist Church (RDBC) Believes: The Scriptures We believe the scriptures are verbally inspired of God making them the supreme and final authority for our faith and practice, and are preserved in the KJV Authorized Version. God We believe in one God existing in three persons (The Holy Trinity): God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Existing without beginning and without end. Jesus We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His death on the cross to pay in full the debt for our sins, His resurrection, and His coming return. The Holy Spirit We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, one with the Father and the Son, the indweller of every believer to enlighten and seal each believer until the day of redemption of the body. Man We believe that God created man in His image in a state of innocence, but through temptation, man transgressed and became dead in trespasses and sins. As a result, all men inherited a corrupt nature, are born in sin and are under condemnation. Security of the Believer We believe that those who, by faith, receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit, are the children of God, are heirs and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, are kept by the power of God and can know they are eternally saved forever! Last Things We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulation, pre-millennial return of Christ. The Lord shall return for His church and rapture out the church at any given moment. The world will then enter into a seven-year period of tribulation that will end with the battle of Armageddon and the Second Advent of Jesus Christ. He will come as “King of Kings” and “Lord of lords”, and establish His kingdom that will last for 1,000 years. The Lord will then judge the living and the dead at the Great White Throne Judgement (which is different from the judgement Seat of Christ where the Lord judges the Church). After this, all the lost, Satan, death and hell are cast into the Lake of Fire, while the Lord and His saints enter into “Eternal Bliss”. Someone needs to take up the delegated pastoral responsibility of missions in the church. While smaller churches will necessarily employ one person with a large combination of responsibilities, as the church grows and the missions budget along with it grows, that responsibility will grow too. And you may even find yourself in need of a full-time employed missions pastor. Regardless of whether the missions pastor has other responsibilities or not, what does being a missions pastor entail? Find out in this podcast about the 7 responsibilities that a missions pastor oversees.

Gratitude is an important attribute for every believer to have in their walk with the Lord. In this teaching with Missions Pastor, William Izquierdo, we look into the story of the ten lepers that were healed miraculously by Jesus, and the awesome gratitude of the one who came back to thank the Lord for his healing. But, where were the other nine? Jesus didn't let the ingratitude of the nine affect their healing, He still gave it to them because He is a good God. In this Wednesday night teaching our Executive & Missions Pastor, Vlad Baraniuk, teaches on Article XIV of the Baptist Faith & Message, "Cooperation."XIV. CooperationChrist's people should, as occasion requires, organize such associations and conventions as may best secure cooperation for the great objects of the Kingdom of God. Such organizations have no authority over one another or over the churches. They are voluntary and advisory bodies designed to elicit, combine, and direct the energies of our people in the most effective manner. Members of New Testament churches should cooperate with one another in carrying forward the missionary, educational, and benevolent ministries for the extension of Christ's Kingdom. Christian unity in the New Testament sense is spiritual harmony and voluntary cooperation for common ends by various groups of Christ's people. Cooperation is desirable between the various Christian denominations, when the end to be attained is itself justified, and when such cooperation involves no violation of conscience or compromise of loyalty to Christ and His Word as revealed in the New Testament.Exodus 17:12; 18:17ff.; Judges 7:21; Ezra 1:3-4; 2:68-69; 5:14-15; Nehemiah 4; 8:1-5; Matthew 10:5-15; 20:1-16; 22:1-10; 28:19-20; Mark 2:3; Luke 10:1ff.; Acts 1:13-14; 2:1ff.; 4:31-37; 13:2-3; 15:1-35; 1 Corinthians 1:10-17; 3:5-15; 12; 2 Corinthians 8-9; Galatians 1:6-10; Ephesians 4:1-16; Philippians 1:15-18.
