I can't even believe that something like could happen. I know, it was possible (I watch movies, you know!) but when COVID-19 exploded somehow it was not like in the movies, it was worse. Cybersecurity is here to stay. It's not if a cyber attack is going to happen but more like when. It's scary but at the same time we should start preparing and thinking about what can be done to protect our communities. In 2018 there were over 20 cyber attacks on town and cities systems, which means computer systems that should work to help residents communicate with local governments were under attack.
