The vagus nerve is trending in every corner of biohacking (and associated tech products), but does the science stack up? And after last week's HBOT explosion, is every biohacker's favourite therapy really safe? Klaudia Balogh is a biohacking journalist and the creator behind @longevityjournalist, helping curious health seekers upgrade their energy, body, and brain. Follow her at @longevityjournalist. THIS SHOW IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY: BiOptimizers Sleep Breakthrough and Magnesium Breakthrough These are BIOptimizers sleep and magnesium supplements which I take every night. Will we read the entirety of the Blake Lively v. Justin Baldoni lawsuit so you don't have to? YOU KNOW IT! Your confusing ends with us spending FORTY-FIVE MINUTES on the receipts to end all receipts. It's giving a full-on Hollywood Smear Campaign like you've never seen before! We barely have time for anything else — well, except Shameik Moore's attempt at trolling, Hawk Tuah Hailey's failed crypto attempt, Joel McHale's favorite #spon food, rarely seen celebrity children, Dwight Howard and a brand new FamousBirthday.com fame deduction equation that'll blow your mind. Plus, Rita's got a slicked-back bun. As always, call in at 619.WHO.THEM to leave questions, comments & concerns for a future episode of Who's There?.
