In today's case a similar situation to the one we covered in Episode 224 arose in central Florida in the Spring of 2011, but this time with a 21st century twist. The teens exhibited the same type of behavior we saw in 1965 in Tucson but this time social media was present to fan the flames of an all too familiar fire caused by jealous, and hierarchical, high-conformity behavior…and just like last time someone would lose their life. MLS Opening Weekend is here, and the voices of the game set the stage. In this week's edition of SDH Week in Review, we revisit our in-depth conversations with Apple TV's Devon Kerr and Nate Bukaty as they break down Atlanta United, FC Cincinnati, and the shifting balance of power in the Eastern Conference. From Tata Martino's reset to questions about identity, mentality, and tactical evolution, it's a wide-ranging preview of Matchweek 1. We also go international, catching up with U.S. U-17 head coach Alex Aldaz after World Cup qualification. What does “The US Way” really mean? How does CONCACAF measure up? And what did his group learn in a high-pressure three-game sprint? Finally, a powerful local story: Atlanta Amputee Soccer earns the 2025 Adapt and Thrive Disability Award. Co-founder Katie George and U.S. amputee national team player Jevon Booker join us to reflect on growth, inclusion, and what building something from scratch really takes. It's MLS analysis, national team insight, and a reminder of the game's broader impact — all in one week. To start this week's episode, Cody enthusiastically shares with Joe the details of his most recent book haul, an exciting collection that has him buzzing with anticipation for his reading adventures ahead. Among the treasures he has acquired is Matt Dinniman's newest novel, Operation Bounce House, which promises to deliver an exhilarating blend of action and humor. Cody elaborates on Dinniman's unique storytelling style, which often combines elements of fantasy and adventure, making this latest installment an intriguing addition to his growing library. He also mentions the first book in the series Dungeon Crawler Carl, a title that has garnered much attention and praise for its inventive approach to the dungeon-crawling genre, filled with quirky characters and unexpected plot twists. In addition to these, Cody reveals that he has picked up Dan Brown's latest Robert Langdon novel, The Secret of Secrets. He discusses how Brown's works are renowned for their intricate plots that weave together history, art, and thrilling mysteries, and he expresses his eagerness to dive into this new narrative that promises to challenge Langdon's intellect and adventurous spirit once more. The last book in Cody's haul is Joe Abercrombie's The Devils, a title that has been highly anticipated by fans of Abercrombie's gritty and darkly humorous fantasy novels. Cody reflects on Abercrombie's ability to create morally complex characters and immersive worlds, making this book a must-read for any fantasy aficionado. After sharing his literary finds, the conversation shifts as the guys dive into some juicy entertainment news. The first story they discuss revolves around a potential live-action Marvin the Martian movie, a project that seemed to have great promise but ultimately went nowhere. They speculate on what could have been and the challenges that often accompany adaptations of beloved animated characters into live-action formats. Following this, Joe brings up the exciting news that Mathew Vaughn is rebooting Kick-Ass, along with plans for spin-offs that will exist within a shared universe. They delve into the implications of this move, considering how it could expand the Kick-Ass franchise and attract both new fans and long-time supporters of the original films. Cody then shifts the conversation to Paramount's recent announcements regarding new additions to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. He highlights the company's ambitious plans to create new YouTube shows, develop fresh merchandise, and even launch themed restaurants, all aimed at revitalizing the beloved franchise for a new generation. The guys discuss the cultural impact of the Turtles and how these new initiatives could potentially reignite interest in the characters and their adventures. As the episode progresses, Cody shares that AppleTV has made a significant move by acquiring the intellectual property for their hit TV series Severance. He expresses curiosity about how this acquisition might influence the future of the series and its storytelling possibilities. The conversation flows into a broader discussion about the evolving landscape of television and streaming services, particularly how companies are vying for unique content to attract subscribers. To wrap up the episode, the guys tackle some exciting news about a few new electric vehicles (EVs) that are set to hit the market soon. Among them is Rivian's R2, which promises to bring innovative features and sustainability to the forefront of the automotive industry. They also discuss the rebirth of an American icon—the fully electric Scout—reflecting on the significance of this vehicle in American automotive history and its potential impact on the EV market. The episode concludes with a lively exchange of thoughts on the future of transportation and the growing importance of environmentally friendly options in the automotive landscape.Official Website: https://www.comesnaturallypodcast.comOfficial Merchandise: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/comes-naturally-podcast/iTunes: http://tinyurl.com/kqkgackFacebook: http://tinyurl.com/myovgm8Tumblr: http://tinyurl.com/m7a6mg9Twitter: @ComesNaturalPodYouTube: http://tiny.cc/5snxpy

The MacBook Pro is also expected to receive the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, and PCIe 5.0 support for faster SSD speeds.Additionally, the iPad Air is due a bump up to the M4 chip, while the entry-level iPad is expected to get the A18 chip with Apple Intelligence support.A refreshed MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and Studio Display are also possibilities, along with a new Apple TV and HomePod mini. THIS IS THE 'SEVERED: ORIGINS' BREAKDOWN OF 'ETERNAL SUNSHINE' - PT03Welcome back for Part Three of this ultimate breakdown of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." Now we've got Clem and PATRICK headed for the frozen Charles. Stan and Mary are partying over Joel's unconscious body as the mind wipe continues. Meanwhile, in his shorted out brain, Joel is trying to figure out how to hold onto at least a little bit of the memory of Clementine. You thought it was weird?? You ain't seen nothin' yet!! It's going to get REALLY weird this time out! This ORIGINS entry is a trippy 2004 title from French Director Michel Gondry. Both Dan Erickson and Ben Stiller list it as an inspiration. It stars Kate Winslet and Jim Carrey. This is considered one of the best things Jim Carrey has ever done.Get ready for Part THREE of this enormous movie breakdown.*******Huge thanks to Adam Scott, star of 'Severance' and host of the Severance Podcast for recording a custom intro for "Severed." Hey all, here's a bonus episode for ya. If you're a fan of the Apple TV series Severance — or if you've missing hearing me (Jason) and Karen together — I'm pretty sure you'll like it. Karen in particular is in top form here :)  So what is this? This is the two of us on my other podcast, Wax Episodic, talking Severance S1E1 “Good News About Hell”.  What is Severance? It's a trippy show where for some reason office workers have had their brains bifurcated so that while at work, they retain only work memories, and only outside memories on the outside. It's a mysterious, mind-bending, amusingly strange, beautifully shot, intelligent thriller about identity, memory, and corporate control, and it's on Apple TV, and Karen and I will be covering the entire series on Wax Episodic. If you like this episode: Please head on over and subscribe to Wax Episodic, which you can find at waxepisodic.com.  Or just search “Wax Episodic” wherever you get your podcasts.  Our coverage of episode 2 will be out in a couple days. From our service on Feb 14th. Exodus 20 and what it reveals about jealousy, desire, and covenant alignment. Scripture shows us a God who names Himself jealous not out of insecurity, but out of a redeemed relationship, guarding what He has brought near. When desire crosses boundaries, it becomes coveting. When God remains at the center, every other relationship finds its proper place.Watch or listen through the Adat app or on Roku, Apple TV, Google TV, and Fire TV at http://www.adathatikvah.org #adathatikvah #adatchicago #godofemotion

This episode is sponsored by Betterhelp. In this episode, we're joined by Margot Lane and Jezebel Sweet, former members of Corey's Angels, the all‑female band and “angel” entourage formed and led by actor and musician Corey Feldman. Drawing on their experience, partially shown in the new documentary COREY FELDMAN VS. THE WORLD—a cinéma vérité chronicle of Corey's attempt to reboot his career—they describe what it's like to have the camera rolling long after the performance ends, how it felt to be inside the Corey's Angels brand while he negotiated the cost of childhood fame in real time, and what they see now that they're on the other side of that project. They talk about how what looked like a quirky Hollywood comeback vehicle came with an intense image regime, tight control over their time and presentation, and a blurry line between artistic collaboration and life inside Corey's carefully curated universe. They also unpack the power dynamics of working for a controlling boss, the emotional whiplash of loyalty, doubt, and disenchantment, and in Part 2, we chat more about what it's taken to reclaim their own narratives, music, and creative futures outside Corey's orbit. You can watch Corey Feldman Vs. You get a firehose of genuinely useful Apple tips this week, starting with new muscle-memory moves you'll actually use: cycling app windows with Cmd + `, nodding or shaking to answer AirPods, dragging apps straight from iOS search, and building Focus-specific home screens so the right icons appear at the right time. Edge Light turns your Mac into a cleaner on‑camera rig, Display Buddy tames external monitor brightness, and custom macOS keyboard shortcuts plus Dock CPU meters give you fast, surgical control over your Mac. Then you level up your living room: master the Apple TV remote's scrub wheel, undo accidental scrubs, jump in precise increments, push video from iPhone to Apple TV, and fling audio to HomePod with a tap. Even Reminders gets a glow‑up so you can punt a pile of alerts in one shot instead of playing whack‑a‑mole. From there, you zoom out to “meta” geekery: backing up critical Notes (or moving to OneNote, Ulysses, or Obsidian), even flirting with a git repo to sync prefs and personal data like a developer. On the road, you learn how to keep CarPlay tappable with gloves, and in the cloud you explore why chatbots forget context, when to bring in tools like Claude, Perplexity's Comet, Atlas, Gemini, or Claude's Chrome extension, and how having an always‑on troubleshooting assistant changes how you work. Listener reviews cap it off by framing the show as a kind of PhD in troubleshooting, all so you can experiment, push your tech harder, and, of course, don't get caught. 00:00:00 Mac Geek Gab 1129 for Monday, February 16th, 2026 February 16th: Innovation Day MGG Monthly Giveaway – Enter to win a Copilot Money! Former CNN anchor and journalist Don Lemon and independent Minnesota journalist Georgia Fort were arrested along with two others in connection to the Minnesota church protests.
