Jason Lemkin is the founder of SaaStr, the world's largest community for software founders, and a veteran SaaS investor who has deployed over $200 million into B2B startups. After his last salesperson quit, Jason made a radical decision: replace his entire go-to-market team with AI agents. What started as an experiment has transformed into a new operating model, where 20 AI agents managed by just 1.2 humans now do the work previously handled by a team of 10 SDRs and AEs. In this conversation, Jason shares his hands-on experience implementing AI to run his sales org, including what works, what doesn't, and how the GTM landscape is quickly being transformed. We discuss:1. How AI is fundamentally changing the sales function2. Why most SDRs and BDRs will be “extinct” within a year3. What Jason is observing across his portfolio about AI adoption in GTM4. How to become “hyper-employable” in the age of AI5. The specific AI tools and tactics he's using that have been working best6. Practical frameworks for integrating AI into your sales motion without losing what works7. Welcome to the first Soulful Valley Podcast episode of 2026 In this powerful New Year transmission, Soulfulvalley is joined by returning guest Lalitha Donatella Reback for an in-depth exploration of 2026 through the lens of Vedic astrology, the fixed stars, and the accelerated timelines humanity is now living within. This episode goes far beyond surface-level horoscopes. Lalitha shares: • Why time is speeding up and how this impacts manifestation, karma and decision-making • The transition into Satya Yuga (the Golden Age / Shakti Yuga) and what it means for soul-led individuals • The split in collective consciousness and how to consciously choose your timeline • Cosmic alignments, galactic influences and the role of prayer, meditation and frequency • Why intuition, dreams and the body's wisdom are becoming non-negotiable tools • Predictions for every zodiac sign using Vedic (Sidereal) astrology, based on the Moon sign rather than the Sun Lalitha shares grounded, dharmic insights on leadership, money, relationships, health, spirituality and global shifts, while reminding us that miracles are not worked for, they are attracted through frequency. This episode is an invitation to: • Trust your intuition • Release outdated timelines • Choose conscious evolution • Lead with integrity, love and self-responsibility If you've felt the pull to slow down, listen deeper, and align your life with something greater in 2026, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are. Applications are also open for upcoming Soulful Valley book collaborations, including the Soulful Poems series and Evolving on Purpose: Angels, Spirit Guides & the Frequency of Miracles. Jimmie Allen is a Delaware-born, Nashville-made country star whose breakthrough arrived with “Best Shot,” the first of three Billboard Country Airplay No. 1 singles that also include “Make Me Want To” and the Brad Paisley collaboration “Freedom Was a Highway.” After moving to Nashville in 2007, Allen spent years honing a sound that blends contemporary country with pop and R&B edges—an approach that powers his debut album Mercury Lane and the feature-rich follow-up Tulip Drive.Known for boundary-pushing collaborations, Allen has partnered with Noah Cyrus (“This Is Us”), Nelly, Tim McGraw, Mickey Guyton, Jennifer Lopez, and CeeLo Green. His impact has been recognized across the genre: 2021 ACM New Male Artist and CMA New Artist of the Year, plus a GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist. Allen has also stepped into the national spotlight, co-hosting the Academy of Country Music Awards alongside Dolly Parton and Gabby Barrett and appearing as a featured artist on Apple TV+'s My Kind of Country, underscoring his role in shaping country's next chapter.Unlocking Humanity with Ancient Knowledge | Host John Edmonds Kozma Hosted on Acast. Real Life This week's episode starts where a lot of us have been living lately: sick, tired, and mainlining comfort food. Steven is still sick for Christmas and counting, while Ben also got hit, which pushed Christmas celebrations down the calendar a bit. The upside? More chili. More Fritos. No regrets. Holiday illness also turned into a surprisingly serious soda tasting panel. Steven gives a strong thumbs-up to Sunset Sarsaparilla, while Nuka Cola Quantum lands squarely in the "fine, I guess" category. Ben, meanwhile, makes a passionate case for Canada Dry Fruit Splash Cherry Ginger Ale, which he insists is gooooood. On the gaming front, Ben waves the bargain flag for Bang Bang Racing, currently just a dollar on Steam until January 5. It's tiny (about 200MB), has excellent controls, and punches way above its weight. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. You can check the deal details here: https://isthereanydeal.com/game/bang-bang-racing/info/ Steven also dives deeper into Fallout Season 2, Episode 2, which naturally turns into more Fallout lore and nonsense. Possibly too much. Definitely too much. But that's the price of admission. Future or Now Ben brings some sobering science to the table this week. After the January 2025 LA wildfires, hospitals recorded a sharp rise in emergency visits for heart attacks, lung illness, and general sickness over the following three months. Researchers believe fine particles from wildfire smoke, combined with stress, played a major role. Blood tests even showed unusual changes that suggest health impacts lingered long after the fires were out. You can read more about the research here: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2025/12/251220104619.htm Steven talks about Plur1bus on Apple TV+, created by Vince Gilligan of Breaking Bad fame (and former X-Files writer). Ben keeps himself updated through Boars, Gore, and Swords: http://boarsgoreandswords.com/ Steven, meanwhile, supplements his viewing with YouTube deep dives on color theory and visual storytelling. The consensus? An amazing show — but be warned, we eventually wander into spoiler territory. Go watch it first, then come back. Ben also shares a very cool Google Earth exploration centered on Albuquerque. If you want to follow along, here's the link: https://earth.google.com/web/search/Albuquerque/@35.16557795,-106.74593037,1672.53654999a,233.96919711d,35y,0h,0t,0r/data=Cj4iJgokCUSJAsPilUFAEUCfJ-B8lEFAGTzU80gBr1rAIWpgL9d9sFrAKhAIARIKMjAyNC0wOC0zMBgBQgIIAToDCgEwQgIIAEoNCP___________wEQAA?authuser=0 Book Club No book club this week — we're waiting on Devon, who seemed very excited, which somehow makes the waiting worse. Next week's story is "The Janitor in Space" by Amber Sparks, available through American Short Fiction: https://americanshortfiction.org/janitor-space/ Special Note We're taking a week off. For shame. But we'll be back on January 11th, refreshed, rehydrated, and hopefully no longer coughing into our microphones.
Join Patrick and Brian on the Hard Compound. This special holiday episode is all about the winners and losers of the F1 2025 season, with some big surprises. But, wait. There's more. The demise of the casual F1 fan. The combination of Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and F1. What this means for the sport. And how F1 is driving Hollywood content. Zak Brown and McLaren embraced America first. Now they are champions. Team grades, our thoughts on a new F1 scoring system, and more. Text Brian or PatrickAnd as always, thank you for listening to everybody's most beloved father and son F1 podcast!

Welcome To The Real Oshow,0:00 Intro0:45 Our 2025 Predictions3:00 Our 2026 Predictions5:30 Apple Will Buy Disney16:30 Avatar Made James Cameron a Billionaire20:15 Closing Thoughts On this episode of The Real Oshow, brothers Joshua and Zachary go full crystal-ball mode with their boldest 2026 predictions across culture, sports, and media. They explain why Timothée Chalamet winning a Grammy might actually make sense, and how Drake could realistically hold a number-one album and a number-one movie at the exact same time. The conversation then shifts to sports betting, where they predict sportsbooks will quietly eliminate player props as risk, regulation, and sharp money squeeze margins. From there, the episode dives into a massive media “what if”: Apple potentially buying Disney to supercharge Apple TV with the most valuable IP and film catalog on earth. With Apple pushing past a $4 trillion valuation and Disney sitting closer to $200 billion, Joshua and Zachary break down why the math actually works if Disney ever chose to sell. They also unpack Disney's strange position as a company with unbeatable amusement parks and timeless IP, but decades of stalled growth in its media business. To close the show, they react to James Cameron officially becoming a billionaire following the release of Avatar 3.Enjoy The Show, Check out our YouTube page at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoqz3s_B_VYHuQtuVIDxpiQTikTok at https://www.tiktok.com/@therealoshow?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pcTweet @zacharyowings2 with your thoughts on

Episode 170 DNA ID Replay Eve Wilkowitz While Jess is on winter break preparing new episodes of DNA ID for 2026, we are airing some of our favorite one part episodes weekly in what we call 'DNA ID Replay' episodes. These Replay episodes will air every week while on break with the exception of Christmas week. In this episode, we explore the case of Eve Wilkowitz which originally aired in episode 72. 20 year old Eve Wilkowitz's life was all coming together during the first few days of spring, 1980. She had a job she loved and a new boyfriend. Her daily commute into Manhattan from Bay Shore, Long Island was long, but Eve had plans to move into the city. Someone took all that away from her. After boarding the last LIRR train from the city to Long Island, Eve vanished. Her loved ones were frantic for three days, and their worst fears came true when she turned up dead in the backyard of a nearby home. Police turned her complicated love life upside down, and left no stone unturned. Their theory that Eve's abductor and murderer was a neighbor was correct – but they would not know that for decades to come. This week's episode is sponsored by Masterclass. [THIS IS A RE-RUN OF A PREVIOUSLY RELEASED PODCAST. ENJOY THIS ENCORE PRESENTATION!!]ARE YOU READY, REFINER? IT DOESN'T GET MUCH COOLER THAN THIS...The episode "Chikhai Bardo" blew a lot of people away when it premiered as the 7th episode of the second season. A brand new leader was in the Director's Chair but she was a familiar face to both cast and crew. This is Cinematographer Jessica Lee Gagne's first foray into directing. Based on the incredible success of this episode, she'll probably never be a cinematographer again. We're going back in time with a blushing Mark and Gemma. We'll see how they met and fell in love. We'll ALSO venture down to the 'Testing Floor' where a very alive Gemma is being subjected to bizarre tortures by Robby Benson and Sandra Bernhard. Mark is passed out on his couch and Reghabi and Devon are about to come to blows over his body. It's a wild one, Refiner...and this is just PART ONE. Strap in and fire up that workstation. It's time to discover the wonder that is 'Chikhai Bardo.'***A BIG 'thank you' to Research Volunteer/Producer Refiner Vinny P. The latest episode of Hawaiʻi Football Final, a Hawaiʻi Sports 2Night production, looked back at one of the most memorable moments in University of Hawaiʻi football history, a comeback for the ages in the 22nd Hawaiʻi Bowl.KHON2 Sports Director Rob DeMello was joined by Rainbow Warriors senior offensive lineman and co-captain Zhen Sotelo as the show revisited Hawaiʻi's 35-31 victory over California on Christmas Eve, a nationally televised thriller that capped an unforgettable season in Mānoa.Hawaiʻi trailed 21-0 in the first half before digging deep across all three phases to mount a stunning rally. Freshman quarterback Micah Alejado, named Mountain West Freshman of the Year, played through heavy contact to throw for 274 yards and three touchdowns. Hawaiʻi Bowl MVP Pofele Ashlock hauled in 14 receptions for 123 yards and two scores as the Warriors outscored the Golden Bears 35-10 down the stretch. The defining moment came with 15 seconds remaining. Trailing by three, Hawaiʻi faced sudden adversity when Alejado was knocked out of the game after a late hit. Backup quarterback Luke Weaver was called upon to deliver in the game's biggest moment, and did just that, dropping a 22-yard go-ahead touchdown pass to senior receiver Nick Cenacle. The play, quickly etched into Hawaiʻi football lore, sealed the Warriors' first Hawaiʻi Bowl victory since 2010 and completed a comeback that will be remembered among the program's greatest moments.Head coach Timmy Chang, in his fourth season, closed out a 9-4 campaign that saw Hawaiʻi bookend the year with wins over ACC opponents Stanford and California, further signaling the program's resurgence under his leadership. On Hawaiʻi Football Final, DeMello and Sotelo reflected on the emotional weight of the victory, the belief inside the locker room while trailing by three touchdowns, and the confidence the team had in Weaver when he stepped into the huddle for the final play. The episode also featured the “HFF Mailbox” segment, answering viewer-submitted questions, and looked ahead to what's next for the Rainbow Warriors following a season that reignited excitement around Hawaiʻi football.Hawaiʻi Football Final premieres every Sunday at 7 p.m. on the KHON+ app, available on Apple TV, Roku and Firestick. A television rebroadcast airs Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. on KHON2.

Craig Elsten and Chris Reed are back with the penultimate podcast of 2025, as they take on the final three episodes of the first season of Pluribus, on AppleTV. This is one of the most thought-provoking series of the year, and Craig and Chris spend a large portion of the show analyzing the key themes we've learned about over the course of the season, especially as we learn more about The Others, how they operate and what they are ultimately on Earth to do. Kenny and Mike discuss and spot faith in the hit Apple TV series from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan. Set in Albuquerque Plur1bus stars Better Call Saul co-star Rhea Seehorn (Carol) and co-stars Karolina Wydra ( Zosia) and Carlos-Manuel Vesga (Manousos) Carol is one of 13 people world wide who are immune from an extraterrestrial derived virus that has united all the worlds population into "The Others," a mind hive where everyone is interconnected, content and peaceful. Every individual "Other" can communicate with all "Others" and have knowledge of everything ever known. While 11 of the immune are content with the change, as the Others provide everything they need or want, Carol and Manousos resist and are determined to reverse the virus and restore the world to the way things were prior to the arrival of the virus. Season 1 of Plur1bus is currently on Apple+TV. Faith Issues Spotted: Freedom to Choose: God's willingness to give people agency to make their own life decisions and act in ways that are counter to the life and desires God has for them. Such freedom is a part of the brokenness and suffering of creation and is the source of pain and suffering to all of creation as well as God. This freedom to choose is also part of what makes humanity the highest level of creation as it is a part of being in the image and likeness of God. Purpose and Power of Community: When individuals gather together to work together for the benefit of the community, suffering can be greatly reduced for persons inside and beyond the collective. Acts 2:44-46, Acts 4:32-35 Individuality: While community is important and part of God's desire for humanity, each person is an individual, given unique interests, gifts, talents, and calling. The place and purpose of Grief in being able to move through loss. The importance of satisfaction in life, being able to enjoy one's life and accomplishments.

This week on Fantastic Forum, we are jumping into three big releases across comics and streaming. First up is DC/Marvel: Batman Deadpool #1, the historic crossover one shot published by DC. Written by Grant Morrison with art by Dan Mora, this issue throws the Dark Knight and the Merc with a Mouth into a chaotic collision that only two universes crashing together could spark. Morrison brings the meta madness, Mora delivers the kinetic spectacle, and we are unpacking whether this landmark comic sticks the landing on one of the wildest crossovers in modern superhero history. Then we turn to Pluribus on Apple TV, the brand new sci fi drama from Vince Gilligan, starring Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka. La Chica o El Mundo. Writer Vince Gilligan wrote several dozen episodes of The X-Files and several of its spin-offs and then vanished for 25 years, producing no other works. Now he's back doing the only thing he's ever done: creating excellent speculative fiction. Red & Ivan join the hive mind and think about Apple TV's Pluribus. We're joined by Stefanie Powers for a layered conversation that spans Hollywood's golden-era traditions, cultural change, and a life shaped by both stardom and purpose. For those in the Los Angeles area, Stefanie, with co-star Patrick Wayne, will be performing 'Love Letters' at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood as a benefit for the William Holden Wildlife Foundation on January 11, 2026!Stefanie reflects on growing up alongside future screen legends at Hollywood High School, and how her lifelong love of animals began at home, thanks to a stepfather who raised thoroughbreds and kept exotic animals. Her first professional job came at age 15 when she was cast in the film West Side Story, where the young cast prepared by listening to recordings of real New York street kids to capture authentic rhythms and speech patterns. However, Stefanie's tender age required too many work time restrictions as the production's intensity ramped up and her part was re-cast. She describes old school studio system rigors, where actors “sold their lives” for a seven-year contract. Restrictive, yes, but also an entertainment education that taught singing, dancing, acting, and stage presence, alongside publicity essentials.Still under contract with Columbia, she was loaned out to United Artists to make McLintock! and Stefanie shares memories of working with John, Michael and Patrick Wayne. The legendary show biz tales are boundless. Did you know that Natalie Wood, Jill St. John and Stephanie were all in the same childhood dance class? All would, one way or another, be married to Robert Wagner. And, true story: During a painful divorce, Stefanie was offered solace at Roddy McDowell's house by fellow travelers, Elizabeth Taylor and Ava Gardner. She also recounts the party at Dean Martin's home where she danced the night away with Bobby Kennedy Sr. as he encouraged her to use her Spanish language skills to become more civically involved with Latino communities here at home. She also speaks candidly about her complex romantic relationship with William Holden, whose influence on her life is ongoing. In his name, she has created The William Holden Wildlife Foundation in Kenya where local youth learn biodiversity, species conservation and alternatives to habitat destruction for humans and wildlife. And of course, we talk Hart To Hart where Stefanie starred with Robert Wagner. She was actually on her way to Broadway when a newspaper strike halted her production of Cyrano, and freed her to take a pilot that would change her life!In current media --Fritz: (joined by his daughter Carly!)
