This is a welcome back episode after being away from my podcast for over a year. In this episode my mom and I discuss her new found ways of more positivity, enlightenment, and happiness through self realization and therapy. We touch bases on understanding what depression is and how it can be a part of your everyday routine without noticing. We also talk about her late father and my grandfather (Dennis Fitzgerald) and his days singing with The Regal Dewy.
