Welcome back! I am back for the summer, and I guess for season 2? Back and better than ever, I return on the promise for talking about conlangs and how I feel about them in relation to my language journey and what I've learned about endangered languages. In this one, I deliver on my promise to get into the nitty gritty of what's going on with German with a friend of the show, Emily Xu (she/her). Together, we talk about some grammar specifics that make German unique, the experience of someone learning German, and fun facts that give the language a well-rounded experience to learn. In this one, I talk a bit about motivation types and how we can struggle with parts of the language learning process when we reach certain points of fluency.
