It manifests itself physically through shaking, racing heart, sweaty palms, etc; because of torment inside of you. We get it if sometimes you feel you are you too busy to pray. On the other hand, we want to encourage you to pray before everything else. It's your opportunity to hear from God, how you will find guidance for the day's decisions, and reveals your humility and dependence on God. Today, hear about all the wonderful things God provides when you turn to Him in prayer and how prayer positions you right where God wants you...totally dependent on Him. Psalm 16

Deceit is a forerunner of disaster. So no matter how difficult it is, honesty is STILL always the best policy. II Samuel 1:8-10

When beginning again Friday..... Does it seem like life is just too hard? Are you discouraged? Doubting that God loves you? You are not alone! When life lets you down, don't give up. Let your trust in God go deeper. Job 5:9

Jesus loves you, He is moved by compassion for you, and He hears your sincere cries for help. He also wants you to run to Him as your escape hatch from the world's problems instead of to lust, drug/alcohol abuse, food or unhealthy relationships. He is close to the brokenhearted, SO willing to help and has hope to give you for your future. Judges 16:17

Someone once said, "if only I could see each day as a gift, maybe I would stop wanting to exchange Monday for another day." Today, we discuss how to trust to God when we don't get it and love others when it's hard because we have no idea what a new week is going to bring. Proverbs 27:1

It is true that we reap what we sow. Everything is a seed! So if you aren't happy with what is coming into your life, maybe it's time to look at what you are giving out. Inspired by Galatians 6:7

As tough as tough love is to give, when we finally do it, "capable" people can finally grow from "their" choices. The enabling can finally stop and God can reveal the life lessons He can teach you both through "their" decisions. So resist the temptation to play God. Trust those humans to Him with your support, love, and compassion and watch the spiritual growth. Here's what Jeremiah 29:11 has to say for all of us: "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. Plans for good and not disaster, to give

You will be pleasantly surprised how natural it is to stay spiritually disciplined, committed to walking with the Lord, and to have the desire to serve others once you experience inner peace with God, yourself, and everybody else. I Timothy 1:18-19

Stay in peace not in pieces! It will keep you from making a bad situation worse and bring peace to others. Romans 12:18

Are you over thinking this new week? Luke 10:38-42

Connections are crucial! If you want to stay focused and walking in the purpose and destiny God has for you and have your life and faith point others to Him, then spend time with people who will encourage you and are walking with Him. 1 Corinthians 15:33

Did you know fear usually originates from two things? Believing you won't get something you want or you will loose something you already have. Until fear is understood it can diminish your self esteem. Want this week to be more productive than last week? Want to be depression free, hear God's voice clearly, and stay focused on His will for today? It begins with letting go of yesterday and taking back the control you've given to your unstable feelings. You can then return to being productive, joyful and grateful for today. Scripture says, "THIS is the day the Lord hath made and He wants YOU to rejoice and be glad in it" (Psalm 118:24).

Your attitude is determined by your thoughts and you will go where your thoughts take you. So keep it simple. When your thoughts go south just start thinking about something else. It's that easy. This weekend, pay attention to what you tell yourself. Replace negative illusions with positive truths about yourself and others. Your attitude will change and you'll see how you CAN control your thoughts instead of letting them control you! Ephesians 4:22-23

Everyone is pretty overwhelmed right now. Let's give each other grace and not take things personal. So if a wrong look, tone or mood from someone rattle you chances are it has more to do with what their insides and not your outside. If extreme sensitivity is your battle we will help you understand it and so you can stop it. Isaiah 43:1

Be open to learn from criticism. But don't measure your worth and value from it. You have worth and value because your are God's child! Inspired by Ephesians 4:20-24

The past is full of great memories and lessons. It's okay to glance back it just don't stare! In this episode we discuss seeing those experiences as a way to make wiser and more loving choices today. Inspired by Romans 8:28

In the game of life it's a fact that we have God's amazing grace to carry us through the worst of times like how the Corona virus is affecting not just our health, income, and socializing but our relationships at home. Today you'll be reminded and encouraged that EVERY situation is traced to or faced with God's amazing grace! 2 Corinthians 12:9

Life is more than the same ole same ole. That mind set can cause you to lose sense of your purpose, your spiritual self and to become less dependent on God. You have a savior who loved you enough to die and your righteousness is gained because of your faith in God.
