Living It Up

Can you not win for loosing? Are you in a dilemma? How bout an impasse? Does it seem like no matter what decision you make it will be a bad one? Stay encouraged. God can make a way even though there seems to be none. I Chronicles 21:13

Live and let live doesn't mean we condone someone else's choices. It tells us that everyone has the right to choose. Can you choose to show acceptance of others rooted in God's love in spite of their choices? Inspired by I Peter 4:8 and Romans 14:1-4

Because of the responsibility to important things in life like your marriage, family, job, or even drama have you always had trouble staying focused and even feeling guilty for wanting to pursue your gifts and calling? If God's plan for YOUR life is important then we have some suggestions as to why you remaining focused on it may be such a challenge and what you can do about it. Inspired by I Peter 4:10

We grieve because we loved and with others we can have hope from grief & despair. Love experiences the pain with those who are grieving. Today we discuss why “expressed grief” to God and to others is necessary in order to accept reality and enjoy life again. Job 2

Peace with God and yourself equals peace with everybody else! So if you find that the way other people live their lives dictates your mood and steals your joy peace may be what you're missing. We Play An Important Role In Each Others Lives. People can be our mirrors. Reflecting our better & worst qualities. They can be catalysts who activate wounded parts of ourselves that rise to the surface that we need Jesus to heal. They can learn from us too. So if you are impatient, offended or intolerable of others then we want to help you let them off the hook by realizing they can be your greatest teachers. Ephesians 4:22, Matthew 10:24, Romans12:3,

We need to connect with each other! In this podcast we will talk about why? If you just don't want to be bothered, afraid you'll get hurt or have decided you are better off alone, don't buy into those lies. Jesus loves you and wants His children to connect. I Thessalonians 5:11

Think your going crazy? Can't handle life? Well God specializes in crazy! He is with you and is determined not to give up on you! And with His persistent love you CAN handle anything the world throws at you, but you do so one day at a time. Philippians 1:2

Seek God's will first "before" your decision not the other way around. We discuss our own experiences of things that went array in our lives when we skipped this very CRUCIAL step! Matthew 6:33

The insanity doesn't have to continue! Once we let go & trust God with our life, the fear of it being destroyed is gone! His power is the ONE we can turn to for freedom from a life controlled by an addiction or an obsession of any kind. His healing love & power is the way back to a good life of serenity & sanity. Loving them is enough! We can pray humility, peace and right thinking for those we love but we cannot force any of it on them. Their pursuit of wholeness and intimacy with God is between HIM and them. We want to help you determine who wants your help and who doesn't. For those who don't, there is no need to minimize your willingness to "just" love and pray for them. Until they are ready to receive, that's enough! 2 Corinthians 10:3-4

When you pray let this scripture be your guide: "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him." 1 John 5:14-15

Do you know the difference between walls and boundaries? One keeps people out. The other provides a way to say no with love instead of hostility. From our own experiences, today we will help you discover how to live protected but not lonely by setting boundaries instead of building instead of walls. Proverbs 15:19 and 15:22

The weekend is here and it's a great opportunity to connect with friends going through a tough time that you are estranged from. It's been said that people have lots of acquaintances and very few "true" friends...those who stand by you no matter what! Decisions. Choices. How many have been made for you? How many will you make this week? If you're disappointed with a choice you have already made or one that has been made for you, we will share first hand how The Lord used our good and bad choices in our lives for our good! Proverbs 3:5-6

Faith is: Fantastic Adventures In Trusting Him. On the contrary, scripture says fear is a spirit. It manifests itself physically through shaking, racing heart, sweaty palms, etc; because of torment inside of you. Your life can be good again! It starts with acceptance. Acceptance brings change and helps put an end to struggling from trying to change who and what you can't. We get it if sometimes you feel you are you too busy to pray. On the other hand, we want to encourage you to pray before everything else. It's your opportunity to hear from God, how you will find guidance for the day's decisions, and reveals your humility and dependence on God. Today, hear about all the wonderful things God provides when you turn to Him in prayer and how prayer positions you right where God wants you...totally dependent on Him. Psalm 16

Deceit is a forerunner of disaster. So no matter how difficult it is, honesty is STILL always the best policy. II Samuel 1:8-10

When beginning again Friday..... Does it seem like life is just too hard? Are you discouraged? Doubting that God loves you? You are not alone! When life lets you down, don't give up. Let your trust in God go deeper. Job 5:9

Jesus loves you, He is moved by compassion for you, and He hears your sincere cries for help. He also wants you to run to Him as your escape hatch from the world's problems instead of to lust, drug/alcohol abuse, food or unhealthy relationships. He is close to the brokenhearted, SO willing to help and has hope to give you for your future. Judges 16:17

Someone once said, "if only I could see each day as a gift, maybe I would stop wanting to exchange Monday for another day." Today, we discuss how to trust to God when we don't get it and love others when it's hard because we have no idea what a new week is going to bring. Proverbs 27:1

It is true that we reap what we sow. Everything is a seed! So if you aren't happy with what is coming into your life, maybe it's time to look at what you are giving out. Inspired by Galatians 6:7

As tough as tough love is to give, when we finally do it, "capable" people can finally grow from "their" choices. The enabling can finally stop and God can reveal the life lessons He can teach you both through "their" decisions. So resist the temptation to play God. Trust those humans to Him with your support, love, and compassion and watch the spiritual growth. Here's what Jeremiah 29:11 has to say for all of us: "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. Plans for good and not disaster, to give

You will be pleasantly surprised how natural it is to stay spiritually disciplined, committed to walking with the Lord, and to have the desire to serve others once you experience inner peace with God, yourself, and everybody else. I Timothy 1:18-19

Stay in peace not in pieces! It will keep you from making a bad situation worse and bring peace to others. Romans 12:18
