Dr. Donna DeBonis (formerly Army Veterinary Officer, LTC DeBonis) served in three combat deployments to Afghanistan and Kosovo. She also performed emergency surgeries on Military Working Dogs that were blown up by IEDs, stabbed by local insurgents, and shot at close range by terrorists.
