NOVENA OF SURRENDER TO THE WILL OF GOD (Author: Father Don Dolindo Ruotolo ✝ 1882-1970) A novena is a prayer said over the course of nine days for a specific intention. This is one our most favorite novenas. We read it and pray it often, especially when a situation is uncertain and we are struggling with feelings of insecurity, doubt, sadness, or frustration. It has brought us so much peace. As you entrust all your cares to Jesus, we pray you be filled with supernatural grace and peace in your own personal situation. Relax your head, Jesus is taking care of you! Here is a link to the hard copy version. https://www.catholicdoors.com/prayers/novenas/p03530.htm
Soothing and uplifting playlist of reflections, prayers, bible verses, and music for moms. Enjoy!
Need a pick me up? Need a new outlook? Short on time, but want to fill up your spirit? This episode is for you! Actually, I initially made it for me after answering “yes” to all the above questions. After taking my feelings to God, he lead me to record a list of affirmations to repeat to myself as a means to help revive, refocus, and refresh my mind. It isn’t deepest prayer that this will do the same for you. Thank you for doing life together with me. God bless you lovely!
On this special episode, I chat with Mary Haseltine, birth doula and author. She explains the biblical text when Jesus’ mom goes to visit Elizabeth and how she is the first documented Christian doula. She also shares personal and professional wisdom, encouragement, and practical ideas for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. It’s an awesome episode, you won’t want to miss! If you would like to learn more about Mary or purchase her books, you can do so at www.maryhaseltine.com. If you're interested Mary has a post written about Our Lady of Childbirth here: https://www.maryhaseltine.com/2017/10/our-lady-of-happy-birth-october-11.html And one about Our Lady as Doula here: https://www.maryhaseltine.com/2017/10/our-lady-of-happy-birth-october-11.html Also, here is a link to the Rosary we discussed. Fr. Groeschel's Rosary: https://amzn.to/3eDBwHb Lastly, here is a copy of the prayer at the end of the episode. Holy Mother of God, Virgin of Childbirth, we come to you to sing your praise. You are the beloved daughter of the Father, the Mother of the Word incarnate, the Temple of the Holy Spirit. You are the Virgin God chose from eternity to realize our salvation: ask your Son Jesus to grant us a strong faith, a solid hope, and a generous charity. Virgin Mother, we put under your care all the mothers who pray for the integrity of their children and for a successful birth, so that the life in their womb may be preserved from all dangers. Grant them to come back to you with their child to give thanks to the Lord who works wonders for those who hopefully trust in Him. Virgin of Childbirth, protect all children with your love, so that, cleansed from sin by baptism and received in the Holy Mother Church, they may serenely grow up, full of virtues, in order to become courageous witnesses of your Son Jesus, and may persist on the path of sanctity, with the favour of the Holy Spirit. Amen.” Ave Maria… Virgin of Childbirth, pray for us!
Beautiful Bridget shares her inspiring story of God’s presence and Mary’s care during a Caesarian birth. Birth can be a prayer no matter where or how a baby enters the world. This story is a testament to the truth that God’s provision and the intercession of the saints is with us anywhere anytime. Praise God for his peace that surpasses all understanding. And praise God for all brave and beautiful moms like Bridget!
Hi lovely moms, on the past two episodes in this series we shared about labor and birth as a prayer. We also talked about how Mother Mary provided help and peace to the birthing mom. On this episode, we will be continuing this subject. However, we are going to shift gears and talk about peace and healing after a traumatic birth experience. If you find yourself struggling with the way a birth went and need some encouragement, this episode is especially for you. Mama, you are AMAZING! I’m praying for you.
Hi friends, on this week’s episode we continue sharing stories about Mary’s intercession, particularly in motherhood and birth. Beautiful Jen (and her handsome baby boy) are here with us to share his birth story.
Hi lovely mom friends, on this episode (I) Kate share my story about how Mary, the Mother of God, was my doula during the birth of my daughter. Yes, really! I didn’t believe it could happen either until God made it happen. This experience was too wonderful not to share. Especially because it is something I believe God wants to share with all expectant moms. Sorry, I say “um” so much in this episode lol. However, if you can look past the numerous “ums” in my candid, unplanned recording, I think you will find a real gold nugget of holy spirit inspired encouragement for your mama heart or for a fellow mama in your life! God bless you! Thanks for tuning in. I’m praying for you! Also, the book I referred to in the podcast is called Made for This: The Catholic Mom’s Guide to Birth by Mary Haseltine. https://www.maryhaseltine.com/p/made-for-this.html?m=1

On this episode, Kate shares a personal story about how God provided educational resources for her son. She also shares how God taught her that he not only can provide for her needs, but for the needs of others she cares for too. Welcome to part 1 of the Limitless Resources of God series! On this episode, Chad shares a miraculous story about when he was unemployed and God provided him with his awesome job. We still get God bumps, our eyes fill with grateful tears, and our cheeks smile so big when we recall this miracle. If you find yourself in this position now or if you know someone who is battling unemployment, our hearts go out to you. Keep your chin up. You’re doing a great job. Keep trusting in God and seeking him. It may not feel like it now, but he will use this challenging time for good in your life and others lives too. You might even be surprised at just how above and beyond God will answer your prayer! St Joseph thank you for your extraordinary example of a man who found dignity and virtue in his work both in his family and profession. Please pray for those in need of work. Please help them stay close to Jesus and have courage to keep trying. Please ask God to provide for them in this time, both financial and moral support. May they become an even stronger, better version of themself. God please provide a job where the gifts you have especially given them can glorify you and they may experience fulfillment. Also, please tap into your limitless resources, Father God, to provide them with the best job for them at this time. Your resources reach farther and wider than we know. Work a miracle for our dear friend! We trust in your goodness and will, no matter the outcome. We surrender this need to you, we ask that you take over it! Lord, thank you in advance for working on this prayer and in this dear person’s heart. All praise and glory to you, our precious Savior. Chad’s story is just one of MANY stories we have heard about the power of the St Joseph Novena. If you would like to pray the nine day Novena to St Joseph, you can start anytime. However, it seems even more powerful when prayed before his feast day on March 19th. If you can, attend mass on the last day of the novena. Here is a link to the novena. It’s short and powerful! God bless you and your prayer. Thank you for listening! https:/www.praymorenovenas.com/st-joseph-novena
This episode introduces the topic of our upcoming series, the limitless resources of God! The first episode in the series will air soon. Thanks & God bless you friends, Chad & Kate

I just love these candid statements about the reality of homemaking and the ultimate goal behind it all. Let’s let love be our resolution! Thanks for listening. God bless you dear sisters in Christ! Special thanks and credit to Jo Ann Merrell, author of “Love...A Variation on a Theme” and Kelly Dykstra from KellyDykstra.com author of the “Mom’s Serenity Prayer” for writing the resolution list and funny serenity prayer shared in this episode. You’re both awesome!
In this episode, we share a list of affirmations from scripture about who we are in Christ.. These affirmations are for EVERYONE!! It is so powerful and encouraging to hear how God feels about us. We are God’s beloved sons and daughters! As Christians, we can claim this true identity and the rich inheritance of being God’s children. In Christ alone, we find our security, significance, and acceptance. He made us on purpose with a purpose! Our paper copy was given to us by our pastor when we attended a deliverance prayer meeting. Our copy was a printable resource from Lighthouse Media, however we are unsure of the original source. If you would like a paper copy of your own, please click the link below. Both the readable and audible versions are a great tool to help us win spiritual battles. We hope this gives you courage, hope, and peace as it does for us.
