No matter what we see or experience in present tense, there is always more to the story.

I'm telling you, if I knew this when I first started, this whole journey would look completely different.

You are either a person who enjoys the spotlight or does not, but most of us feel like there are just some things that are better left in the dark.  God just doesn't always agree.

Maybe you can't relate but sometimes when things are difficult and not going the way you planned you may ask yourself, What's the point? Just know that if you have felt that way you are certainly not alone.

When it's time to fight, you really need to be settled on the question.  Exactly who do you think YOU are?

This is episode is NOT about that scripture in Matt. 18:19, "where 2 or 3 touch and agree on anything it shall be done for them." This is about a different kind of agreement and if you have any goals you are trying to achieve as we enter this new year you need to check and see if you have one of these in place.

There is a slight connection between this year's most popular verse and last year but I am still encouraged.  If the people who saved and shared this verse actually applied this, we are headed in the right direction and it is a great reminder for us all.

I have been thinking about the Bigness of God and the smallness of us.  I wonder what it would look like if we really let Him be who He is - in us, through us, and around us.

I think all of us can say we want a deeper relationship with God or something like that but the real question is, what's stopping you?

In a moment, like in the blink of an eye your entire point of view can change from one thing into another and it will change your life.  Your time is coming.

So apparently it's not enough to just do all the right things,  it's not what you do, it's why you do it.

There is no question that friends are hard to come by these days and if you want to HAVE friends, it's a good idea to BE one. It may be time for some personal evaluation.

I'm sure you've heard people say, "Be careful what you pray for, you just might get it" - well, it's true.

Just because we are alive in a fallen world there are challenges that confront us almost daily. But even though we may find ourselves in crisis from time to time to time, that does not mean that we cannot come out on top, and the way we respond has a lot to do with it.

There are certain things you would never expect God to ask of you.  The real question is not would He ever ask, but what would you do if He did?

You ever hear the saying "If you don't expect anything, you won't be disappointed"?  The expectation thing is a big deal and you may need to check yours - especially if you really want to see God move.

On the Jewish Calendar, last year was the year of the mouth and if we are not careful we may soon start reaping the fruit of what we have sown with our words.  You might want to start paying attention.

Nothing like reading a so called children's story from the Bible to challenge your commitment to God.

Forget about the headlines, just open your eyes and look around you.  There is a real battle going on and we are public enemy #1.

Who among us doesn't just want to be free?  But what does that look like for Christians?

Just hear me out before you write me off as a heretic ok?  This episode will just challenge you a bit to realize there is more.

Sometimes when I read the Bible and I see the radical obedience of some of those guys, it makes me wonder if I even know what is means to be a christian at all.  Would I have done what this guy did?  Would You?

Imagine waiting for something for your entire life and then finally having an opportunity to get it...with one condition.

Prayer should be as natural to us as talking to our very best friend but is it?

This is a hard one.  The very mention of forgiveness means there has been a suffered wrong but let's face it, when someone does us wrong forgiveness is usually the last thing we are thinking about.  Its time to think again.

The world is changing and I feel like we are losing a core part of who we are as Christians and it involves the real meaning of community.  Now is a great time to make some changes.

People always say salvation is a free gift.  That is kind of true.  But what happens next...that will definitely cost you something.

Sometimes when we look at other people's relationship with God (which is usually a bad idea) it can make us wonder if we even know Him at all.

No matter what you are going through you can always see the good if you stop to look.

Have you ever felt like doing something is better than nothing at all?  That should be enough right? But is it?

We don't always like it, but sometimes God does some pretty dramatic things to get us into position to fulfill his will.  Pay attention. Things are beginning to shift.

Sometimes obedience is just not easy.  And sometimes it just doesn't turn out like we think it should.  What do you do then?

You know how you hear someone say something but you are not sure if it is really true?  Here's one of those things I have been wondering about.

I think all of us have felt like we wanted to run and hide at one time or another, but what do you do when there is no place to hide?

I keep saying this whole Christian thing really should not be so hard.  News flash! It's not.

Is it possible that you could encounter the Lord face to face and never even know it?

Not sure how many of you can relate to feeling like this but if you can, this is just a quick word of encouragement.  Don't stop pursuing.

I'm not sure radical is even the word.  Obedience is just obedience.  And God wants it.

You do you know that it is not actually in the Bible right? If you are going to celebrate it you might want to know what you are doing it for.

There are so many scriptures in the Bible that can put my brain in an absolute knot.  This is one of those verses.

First you count the cost then you pay the price.  There is no way around it. It's gonna cost you something.

This used to be a pretty cut and dry question and answer, but even in the Bible it was never as simple as it would seem.

There is a reason why we are here - right now on this earth.  Maybe its time for us to start living like it.

Everything in this life costs something. The question is are you willing to pay the price?

Is saying "I'm sorry" enough?

They say if you want something you've never had you have to do something you have never done.  I'm throwing down the gauntlet in this episode.  Let's see who is bold enough to take me up on it.

Sometimes the path is not clear but still, you just have to trust and jump.
