Prince Andrew was not covered by Jeffrey Epstein's 2007–2008 federal Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA), a point that has repeatedly been misunderstood or deliberately obscured. Legal experts have emphasized that the NPA applied narrowly to Epstein himself and, at most, to unnamed U.S.-based co-conspirators under specific jurisdictional limits tied to the Southern District of Florida. Prince Andrew, a British national with alleged conduct occurring outside that jurisdiction—including in the United Kingdom, New York, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—fell entirely outside the agreement's scope. Courts later made clear that the NPA did not grant immunity to foreign nationals, did not bind other federal districts, and did not preempt civil or criminal exposure beyond the deal's precise terms. That legal reality became especially clear during Virginia Giuffre's civil case against Prince Andrew, where judges rejected arguments that Epstein's plea deal insulated Andrew from liability. The settlement Andrew ultimately reached was not a function of legal protection under the NPA, but rather a strategic move to avoid sworn testimony, discovery, and the risk of trial. Attorneys and legal analysts have noted that Andrew's long period of effective insulation stemmed from political deference, diplomatic sensitivity, and institutional hesitation—not from any binding legal shield in Epstein's agreement. In short, Andrew was never legally protected by the Epstein NPA; he was protected by silence, delay, and power, none of which carried the force of law.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Josh Sigurdson reports on the breaking news regarding the Pentagon's official agreement with xAI at the Department Of War, utilizing AI for militarism worldwide. This agreement comes months after President Trump signed an AI militarism deal with Saudi Arabia and Qatar alongside Palantir's Alex Karp and Peter Thiel, Sam Altman, Larry Fink of BlackRock, Elon Musk and many other technocrats. As we've warned for decades, social media was always meant to be the surveillance Trojan Horse to bring in social credit. Where people voluntarily give up their private information for a large database which is then used to determine via machine learning what kind of person you are. China did this with Sesame Credit years ago via WeChat. Now, it's being done for the Great Reset agenda which is rapidly being put into place both by the left and the right. XMoney which claims to be anti-establishment works in collaboration with Visa. X is being registered as a bank. Its algorithm is based in social credit. Elon Musk wants to put chips in your brain attaches to a Pentagon funded mesh network. He says AI will destroy humanity, yet he's the main person developing it. He says AI will take over most jobs, but don't worry, you can have UBI (Universal Basic Income) which is exactly what the WEF is pushing. He's creating a hive mind with Starlink. Now he's integrating xAI with the Pentagon. Do you understand what's happening yet? This all happens the same week that the US puts forward plans to demand 5 years of social media history to enter the US alongside 10 years of emails, biometrics and photo metadata? The same month that the US government announces it is putting facial recognition and license reading cameras on all highways and within all cities to track all drivers all the time to "track suspicious activity?" The same month that multiple states mandate a digital ID for internet usage? All the while, the government is attesting to demand age verification checks for VPN usage. This isn't a coincidence. With RealID among digital IDs mandated worldwide to fix problems the state created in the first place as well as Basel 3 bail in policies at 63 central banks, the digital prison is becoming more inescapable. On top of this, Chicago and New York City are pushing government run grocery stores and want to push food rations based on your digital fingerprint. Don't live in fear, reject this and prepare yourselves accordingly so you aren't dependent on banks and grocery stores or you will quickly be left behind. Stay tuned for more from WAM! Clearing the FOG with co-hosts Margaret Flowers and Kevin Zeese
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is a country in central Africa the size of Western Europe and rich in arable land and minerals, including those critical to the military industrial complex, such as cobalt and coltan. Since the CIA-backed assassination of Patrice Lumumba in 1961, the DRC has been ruled by puppets who answer to the United States and its allies. 2025 has been a devastating year for the DRC. Clearing the FOG speaks with Maurice Carney, the executive director of Friends of the Congo, about the occupation by Rwandan forces, mass displacement of millions of people, and the recent 'peace agreements' that rob the DRC of its riches and sovereignty. He discusses this in the context of Kwame Nkrumah's work, "Neo-colonialism: The last stage of imperialism." For more information, visit PopularResistance.org.

Munster Technological University (MTU) recently announced that it has formally signed the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA) Agreement. The signing demonstrates MTU's commitment to responsible and inclusive approaches to evaluating research. By joining CoARA, MTU is aligning with an international movement that champions assessment practices emphasising quality, openness, integrity, and societal impact. As part of this commitment, MTU will develop and implement its CoARA Action Plan. The plan will outline concrete steps to transform assessment practices in research, recruitment, recognition, and career progression. Dr Seán Lacey will lead this work and will coordinate consultations, engage relevant stakeholders, and guide implementation of the CoARA principles. Prof. Maggie Cusack, President of MTU, commented: "Signing the CoARA Agreement is an important step for MTU and will progress our strategic objectives of inclusion, integrity and a genuine commitment to research excellence. By joining the CoARA coalition now, we are demonstrating the leadership and institutional alignment needed to implement responsible and practical reforms in research assessment. This will ensure excellence, transparency, and accountability for our university community and wider society." Prof. Hugh McGlynn, Vice President Research & Innovation, highlighted the evolving nature of research assessment and the importance of coordinated leadership: "The research landscape continues to evolve. This will enable better support for interdisciplinary work, open science, and the diverse forms of scholarship and contributions that address today's global challenges." Dr Pio Fenton, Vice President People & Culture, welcomed the University's commitment to responsible and inclusive research assessment practices: "CoARA is an important step toward creating a more supportive and equitable environment for our researchers and the wider university community. I look forward to working with Seán on this forward-looking agenda." Dr Seán Lacey, MTU Lead for CoARA Implementation, highlighted the upcoming work on institutional alignment: "Developing and implementing the CoARA Action Plan is an opportunity to bring our community together to shape the University's future approach to research assessment. We will engage widely across faculties, researchers, and our professional, technical, and administrative teams to ensure the plan is both practical and meaningful. Our goal is to create fair and transparent processes that recognise the full breadth of researchers' contributions, while supporting high-quality, responsible, and impactful research." Next Steps In the coming months, MTU will initiate a structured consultation process to inform the development and implementation of its CoARA Action Plan. Staff, researchers, and external partners will have opportunities to contribute. Along with William Carey's Enquiry, The Serampore Form of Agreement (SFA) laid the foundation of the modern missionary movement. The Enquiry recovered the Great Commission as a duty of the church and outlined a practical agenda for its fulfillment. The SFA provided a philosophy and a guide for missionary practice on the field. Both works move boldly from theological first principles to urgent implementation. This commentary on the SFA provides another volume in the William Ward Project begun in 2023 to commemorate the bicentenary of the author's death. Each Statement of the SFA is analyzed by international scholars whose global dispersion and varied denominational commitments give testimony to the continued relevance of this seminal document. Despite volatility in the voluntary carbon market, carbon sequestration remains a financial opportunity for farmers, according to Clay Craighton, agronomist and regional sales manager for Agoro Carbon Alliance. In an interview with Mid-West Farm Report, Craighton highlights a major new agreement as proof of the commodity's viability. Agoro Carbon recently secured a flagship carbon credit agreement with tech giant Microsoft. "They decided to purchase 2.6 million tons of carbon from us over the next 12 years," he says. "So it's a pretty exciting, pretty flagship opportunity."See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in. President Trump isn't playing games—he's made it crystal clear he's not sitting down with Putin or Zelensky until this peace deal is in its final stages. He's already sent his people to Moscow and Kyiv to iron out the last disagreements, and he says we're getting “very close.” Now, Ukraine is signaling they're ready to move forward, but even they admit the toughest issues have to be handled directly between Trump and Zelensky. After those intense talks in Geneva, Kyiv says they support the “essence” of the deal. Later, in classic Trump fashion, he takes the Thanksgiving turkey pardon—Gobble and Waddle spared—and turns it into a moment to hammer Democrats. He even joked that Biden's turkey pardons last year were “totally invalid” because of an autopen. And let's not forget, this turkey pardon tradition goes way back—Truman got the first bird in 1947, Kennedy offered clemency in '63, and it was George H.W. Bush in '89 who made the “presidential pardon” stick. He also renewed his call for federal intervention in Chicago, saying he could make the city safer in four to ten weeks if Governor Pritzker would let him deploy the National Guard. CONTINUED 2/2 Henry Sokolski states that Saudi Crown Prince MBS's goal is to obtain a bomb option, and while the new US-Saudi agreement does not include assistance with nuclear fuel production, a reactor still provides the necessary "cover" used by countries like Iran. MBS has made clear he will acquire a bomb if Iran does, regardless of the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Sokolski also discusses the US military's Janus program for small reactors, initially conceived for vulnerable front-line bases but pushed back to remote areas like Alaska and the lower 48 due to concerns about drones and vulnerability. Finally, the US may be moving toward nuclear socialism—government ownership of commercial reactors, potentially funded by Japan—to encourage commercialization even without secured market contracts. 1927
