After an extended break the Patriot game is back with a bang. Before Christmas we recorded a very special episode with Lisbon Lion Jim Craig. Jim takes the lads on a trip down memory lane regaling them with his stories of his time playing for Celtic, his career and also some fantastic stories of the late great Bertie Auld. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Hunger Strike and to mark this, The Patriot Game sat down with former Sinn Fein publicity director and spokesperson for Bobby Sands, Danny Morrison. Danny shared with us his journey into a lifetime involvement in Irish republicanism, the 1981 Hunger Strike and his thoughts on the future and the prospects of a United Ireland.
