This week Jason, Joe, Liam and Marty discuss Ibrox, Motherwell and the will of this Celtic side.
In this episode of The Huddle Breakdown Extra Time, Martin, James, and Alan look past the dramatic penalty shootout win at Ibrox to preview a crucial SPFL clash against a vastly improved Motherwell side. The lads dissect Motherwell's structured, possession-based transformation and question whether a depleted Celtic squad has the tactical coherence to outplay them without Callum McGregor. Alan drops a controversial bombshell, arguing that Celtic should immediately recall Johnny Kenny and Luis Palma from their loans, using data to prove they are more effective than the club's current struggling wingers and strikers. Finally, the panel tears into the "sinister" Scottish media and VAR officials over the bizarre, unexplained disallowed Maeda goal at Ibrox and the BBC's refusal to show the footage.Want to support the channel? - https://huddlebreakdown.comLike this video and want more content like it? In this episode of The Huddle Breakdown, Laura, James, and Alan dissect a truly bizarre Glasgow Derby where Celtic advanced on penalties despite registering zero shots in 120 minutes. James and Alan praise Viljami Sinisalo's masterclass in goal, noting he owned the penalty shootout with cold calculation, and Auston Trusty's heroic defending with a record eight blocked shots. The panel questions how a heavily-backed Rangers side failed to beat what they call the worst Celtic team since the mid-nineties. On Sunday Celtic visited Ibrox. Of the players in the 1st team squad who would be expected to start if all fit, the hoops had almost an entire XI missing - KT, AJ & CCV at the back, McGregor & Engels in midfield with Jota from the final 3rd and Osmand missing from the team that won the league cup semi under Martin earlier in the season. The current poor squad was further depleted. And still they couldn't win. So angry at losing on their patch, the Kendo Nagasaki loyal invaded the pitch at the end. We discuss it all - including another Hail Hail History walking tour.
