Today I'm honored to be joined by Ida Tin, founder of the Clue App, for a conversation all about redefining how we understand and approach women's health. Based in Berlin, Clue was one of the first mainstream apps designed specifically to help people understand their menstrual cycles - not just to predict periods, but to track fertility, PMS symptoms, mood energy levels, and more. We dive into the importance of cycle tracking as a wellness tool, how data can be used to reclaim agency over our health, and why designing tech specifically for the female body is long overdue. This is a conversation about purpose-driven entrepreneurship, getting in touch with our bodies, challenging the medical status quo, and building technology that actually gets us. We've been told that pain is just part of being a woman. That painful periods, mood swings, and feeling dismissed at the doctor's office are normal. But they're not, and SheMD is changing the story. In this conversation, I sit down with world-renowned OB-GYN Dr. Thais Aliabadi and fashion entrepreneur turned women's healthcare disruptor Mary Alice Haney, the co-founders of SheMD, a platform that is reshaping women's health from the inside out. A big step for us! I've enrolled Raywnsh in a new school designed specifically for special kids, and I'm so happy with the approach they follow. What makes this school special?✅ It's not just a school but also a training center for therapists. Each trainee therapist is assigned to a child on a rotational basis, helping them learn while developing social skills through different interactions.✅ The student-to-teacher ratio is 2:1, ensuring dedicated attention and personalized learning.✅ The curriculum is approved by open schooling for special kids, with the possibility of transitioning to an inclusive school when ready. As expected, Day 1 was tough—Raywnsh had been enjoying his vacation at home, and the change was overwhelming. But from Day 2 onward, he settled in beautifully! I had to tweak my schedule a bit, but everything is falling into place now.If you're in east delhi region and looking for a good school for special kids, feel free to DM me! What do we mean when we mention "the age of accountability"? That concept infers that children are not held accountable by God for their sins until they reach a certain age. Is the concept of an age of accountability biblical? Does the Bible define an “age of innocence”?In our Bible study today I would like to answer these three questions.1 - Where is the "age of accountability" mentioned in the Scripture?2 - Why do many Christians claim the age of accountability as 12-13 years old?3 - What happens to children who die before they are old enough to understand the Gospel?-------------------Key Scriptures for today's teaching: Matthew 18:1-6Other Scriptures in this teaching: Isaiah 7:14-15; Deuteronomy 1:37-39; 2 Samuel 12:19-23; Unless otherwise noted, most Scripture will be from the NLT, the New Living TranslationIf you prayed with Tiff, click here https://lostlamb.org/ and let him know! Today, on Notable Leaders' Radio, I speak with Kijuan Amey, Chief Motivation Officer of Amey Motivation LLC. He highlights his extraordinary journey living his dream of working in the Air Force to an accident that changed him forever. He shares how redefining his life through resilience, faith, and the power of vulnerability, gave him what he needed to thrive again. In today's episode, we discuss: Reframe vulnerability as a source of strength. Embrace open self-expression and honesty about your struggles. This can foster healing, help you confront past pain, and empower both yourself and others. Acknowledge and address mental health openly. Recognize the reality of emotional struggles, such as depression after trauma. Seeking support and being transparent about difficulties can reduce stigma and provide relief. Remind yourself that setbacks do not define you. Internalize the mantra, “my situation does not define who I am.” Use this belief to separate your identity from your circumstances and maintain hope for your future. Appreciate the hidden lessons in adversity. Understand that challenges during childhood or unexpected setbacks build resilience and self-reliance. Apply this mindset to reframe today's difficulties as opportunities for growth. RESOURCES: Guest Bio From serving in the US Air Force to becoming a CEO, mentor, and bestselling author, Kijuan's journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Born and raised in Durham, NC, he's a true testament to the power of determination and perseverance. - Serving 10 years in the Air Force, advancing to the rank of Staff Sergeant. - Former Vice President for the Carolina regional group of the Blinded Veterans Association. - Mentor and ambassador for the Air Force Wounded Warriors program. - A talented drummer with 25+ years of experience. -On-stage actor. - Author of the bestseller, "Don't Focus on Why Me." In a life-altering moment on May 5th, 2017, he lost his eyesight in a motorcycle accident. But as Kijuan says, "I may have lost my sight, but I did not lose my vision." Now, Kijuan is a motivating force, empowering others to overcome odds and achieve success. No matter the audience or location, he's ready for the task, from captivating crowds of 1,500 to one-on-one sessions, he is now the chief motivational officer of Amey Motivation LLC. In this solo, I'm answering all your questions. Starting with fertility - is adoption on the table for us? Do I have an exact infertility diagnosis? Has the fertility process affected our sex life? What shifted between Timmy and I after having Sonny? My thoughts and feelings about being labeled the breadwinner. If you are thinking of having your first baby, I've got some thoughts for you, along with my honest feelings about having kids with a big age gap. En: Under a clear and glittering night sky, whose only light came from the gently shining moon, a beach lay still in the summer night. En: The waves whispered softly against the shore, and the air was filled with a mild breeze that carried a faint scent of salty seas. En: It was Midsommar, and the festivities in the village had just ended, but on the beach, a tranquil silence remained. En: Lars, a young artist with a mind full of thoughts and a heart longing, walked alone along the water's edge. En: He had struggled with his creativity and was searching for something, perhaps a spark or a new idea, to help him move forward.Sv: Han stannade upp och såg ut över vattnet, månen speglades i det mörka djupet.En: He paused and looked out over the water, the moon reflected in the dark depth.Sv: På avstånd syntes en annan silhuett i natten.En: In the distance, another silhouette appeared in the night. En: It was Astrid, a free spirit who wandered the world with a curiosity that never tired. En: She had come to the beach to find peace after the night's celebration, and when she saw Lars ahead, she became curious.Sv: Hon kände något bekant i hans närvaro, kanske en ensamhet som speglade hennes egen.En: She felt something familiar in his presence, perhaps a loneliness that mirrored her own.Sv: Lars tvekade först, men något i sättet Astrid rörde sig på, hennes lugna, trygga uppenbarelse, lockade honom framåt.En: Lars hesitated at first, but something in the way Astrid moved, her calm, confident presence, drew him forward.Sv: "Ursäkta," sade han när han kom närmare, "jag kunde inte låta bli att lägga märke till att du också njuter av stranden."En: "Excuse me," he said as he came closer, "I couldn't help but notice that you're also enjoying the beach."Sv: "Ja," svarade Astrid med ett leende.En: "Yes," replied Astrid with a smile.Sv: "Det är något vackert med månen över vattnet."En: "There's something beautiful about the moon over the constant search for something she wasn't sure of.Sv: Deras samtal fyllde natten, men plötsligt mörknade skyn.En: Their conversation filled the night, but suddenly the sky darkened.Sv: En plötslig regnstorm bröt ut och tvingade dem att söka skydd under en stor strandtall.En: A sudden rainstorm erupted and forced them to seek shelter under a large beach pine.Sv: Under skydd av trädet, med vatten som forsade ner omkring dem, fortsatte deras samtal att fördjupas.En: Under the tree's protection, with water rushing down around them, their conversation continued to deepen.Sv: Astrid berättade att trots hennes kärlek till friheten, fanns det en längtan efter att hitta något beständigt.En: Astrid revealed that despite her love of freedom, there was a longing to find something lasting.Sv: Lars, fångad av hennes ord och hennes öppenhet, kände en ny självsäkerhet växa inom honom.En: Lars, captivated by her words and openness, felt a new confidence growing within him.Sv: Regnet avtog, och de två såg på varandra, medymkande skrattandes åt hur blöta de var.En: The rain subsided, and the two looked at each other, laughing in sympathy at how wet they were.Sv: Känslan av samhörighet var stark, en oväntad men välkommen upptäckt för dem båda.En: The feeling of connection was strong, an unexpected but welcome discovery for them both.Sv: "Vi borde ses igen," sa Lars plötsligt, överväldigad av en ny känsla av hopp och inspiration.En: "We should meet again," said Lars suddenly, overwhelmed by a new feeling of hope and inspiration.Sv: "Kanske här, imorgon kväll?"En: "Maybe here, tomorrow Astrid var det början på något nytt och värdefullt.En: The Midsommarnatt may have ended, but for Lars and Astrid, it was the beginning of something new and valuable.Sv: Och medan månen fortsatte sin What does it mean to truly start over after unimaginable loss? From learning how to ask for help in her "season of yes," to the strength it took to finally take off her wedding ring, Christie Salava's story is raw, honest, and inspiring—and a powerful reminder that you're never alone, even in your darkest moments! Here are 5 key takeaways:The Power of Saying "Yes" to Support Christie shared valuable advice she received early in her journey: embrace a "season of yes." She learned to accept help from friends, community, and anyone offering support—even when it felt uncomfortable or humbling. By saying yes, she allowed others to be part of her healing and recognized the importance of not walking through grief alone.Profound Shifts in Marriage and Caregiving Christie's story illustrates how illness can transform a loved one and a marriage. She discussed the pain of watching her husband Andy's personality change due to his brain tumor and treatments—moving quickly from the man she knew to someone unrecognizable, and the difficult task of protecting her children from those changes while navigating her own grief.Reminders That Healing and Moving Forward Aren't Betrayals The episode deeply explored the emotional complexity of moving forward—especially when it came to taking off her wedding ring and moving out of the family home. Christie expressed her internal tug-of-war between honoring Andy and embracing new chapters.Honesty as a Cornerstone of Healing Christie emphasized the importance of being honest—with herself, her children, her support system, and with God. She explained that allowing herself to voice her true feelings, needs, and struggles enabled her to receive comfort and support.Cultivating Hope for the Future While honoring her past, Christie shared her growing hope and openness to finding love again—without diminishing the love she still holds for Andy. She highlighted how both personal growth and the courage to tackle challenges (like solo road trips and relocating her family) have helped rebuild her confidence and inspire her children by example. This episode is full of heartfelt, vulnerable moments and practical wisdom for anyone navigating loss and the journey toward healing.Be sure to join us again for Part 2 with Christie in an upcoming episode!Need support for feeling more confident moving into your Chapter 2?
