It's Tuesday, it's a new Hallmark movie. Giddy up! ABOUT ROMANCE AT HOPE RANCH Hope Morgan sets out to begin a new chapter of her life—fulfilling her childhood dream of running a ranch in the picturesque town of Ruidoso, New Mexico and reviving the beloved Giddy Up Gala. AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR ROMANCE AT HOPE RANCH February 28. 2026 | Hallmark CAST & CREW OF ROMANCE AT HOPE RANCH Alison Sweeney as Hope Morgan Gabriel Hogan as Jack Bennet Scott Martin as Tom Grayson Stephanie Beran as Lori Bennet BRAN'S MOVIE SYNOPSIS We meet Hope who is dropping her daughter Maggie off at college. She's sad. She's crying. But she's gotta get over it quick because she's moving into her new ranch - Hope's Ranch. She's pumped! We then meet Jack who is the brother of Hope's best friend, Lori. Lori keeps telling Jack to tell her, tell her, TELL HER WHAT?! Hope is doing some work on the ranch, moving hay a few feet when a guy shows up. His name is Tom. He's her neighbor and when he finds out she's listening to country music, he's pumped. He's also pumped to find out that she's bringing back the Giddy Up Gala. Bad news though - Inspector Dave shows up and gives her a list of things she needs to do and get signed off on before the Gala. When she and Tom go out to get some horse feed, she sees Jack and she's not thrilled. They grew up together and definitely had a thing and he's still in love with her. She's like you think you could just move here and buy a place and I'd bump into you and we'd just pick up where we left off?! NO SIR! She starts working on prep for the Gala, driving around handing out invitations, and having flirty flirty fun times with Tom. But for reasons I don't understand, she starts letting Jack help out with stuff that needs to get done for the Gala. Everything is going well until the inspector comes. There are issues. She's freaking out and freaks out on ol' Jack over there. They end up making out and kissing, just in time for the Giddy Up Gala. This week felt heavy, not catastrophic, not dramatic, just layered. I'm sharing about our recent surrogate embryo transfer and finding out it didn't take. Even when you know the statistics, hope quietly builds a future in the back of your mind, and each time that future dissolves, the grief is real. I talk about what it feels like to move through disappointment when your life is objectively full and beautiful, and how gratitude and grief can sit side by side without canceling each other out. I also get into the complicated tension of ambition and motherhood. Missing a camping trip with Sonny and Timmy. Launching new projects. Turning 41. Wondering how I want to be remembered - as ambitious, present, steady, joyful? Can you be all of them at once? This episode is really about capacity and how much we can hold. Absence and abundance. Career momentum and family tenderness. Disappointment and deep gratitude. Maybe adulthood isn't about resolving the contradictions. Maybe it's about becoming spacious enough to carry them. Audio taken from the live teaching "A Biblical Battle Plan For Finishing Well - 5 Ways To Safeguard Your Spiritual & Moral Life" - https://youtu.be/IV0QndmMg44I believe Proverbs 4:23–27 gives us one of the clearest battle plans God has provided for us in Scripture for protecting our spiritual and moral lives. In our text, Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, is speaking to his son, but today the Holy Spirit is speaking to every believer who wants to not only start well, but also finish well. The text shows us five critical “gates” we must diligently guard if we are going to walk in purity and integrity in a morally toxic world.Guardrail #1 - Guard Your HeartGuardrail #2 - Guard Your MouthGuardrail #3 - Guard Your EyesGuardrail #4 - Guard Your PathsGuardrail #5 - Guard Your FeetKey Scriptures used in today's teaching: Proverbs 4: 20-27Other Scriptures referenced: Matthew 6:22-23; Proverbs 4:27; Psalm 32:8; Jude 24Unless otherwise noted, most Scripture will be read from the New Living Translation (NLT) Bible. If you prayed with Tiff, click here https://lostlamb.org/ and let him know! #402 In this episode, Guy introduced returning guest Katie Sutton and framed 2026 as an intense period of energetic change, comparing it to riding a wave and sharing a personal story about cycling Bolivia's "Road of Death" and his own recent ancestral trauma release. Katie says the year marks a collective transition out of centuries of oppression and separation, with people pushed to claim authentic expression, process shadow, and navigate collapsing systems while holding both personal and collective intensity. She described the Fire Horse year beginning February 17, noting early months focus on shedding and integration alongside a solar eclipse, a lunar eclipse two weeks later, and a Mercury retrograde, with more visible new beginnings arriving in March and April. They discussed practical ways to avoid victimhood and burnout by slowing down, using micro-moments to feel and release triggers, prioritizing nervous-system regulation and solitude, and embracing joy alongside grief, while emphasizing co-creation with others and the earth. Katie explained her relationship with spiritual guides and earth energies, recounts a transformative Glastonbury pilgrimage experience and preparation practices, and closes by encouraging listeners to take good care of themselves through the year's "high highs and low lows," connect with her through Zen Within Academy, and consider retreats and workshops in places like Glastonbury and Charlotte, North Carolina. About Katie: Katie Sutton based in Charlotte, NC is an intuitive channel, vibrational energy healer and wayshower who supports you on your personal path to wholeness and fulfillment which is manifested by living as your authentic self. During her individual healing sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, retreats and online programs and events, she intuitively crafts an alchemy of meditation, breath work, energy medicine and channeled teachings from her guides and higher self to awaken unity consciousness and deep healing for her clients and students. With a warm and compassionate approach, Katie has helped countless individuals overcome their challenges and find greater peace, joy, and fulfillment in their lives. Her dedication to serving others has made her a respected and sought-after healer, teacher, and guide in the field of holistic health and wellness. Katie's approach is centered around empowering her clients to tap into their inner wisdom and access their own unique gifts, allowing them to live as their authentic selves and manifest their true potential. In this fantastic conclusion to our New Beginnings series, Pastor Russell gives us three keys to living the Jesus kind of life. Through loving, serving, and leading those God has put in our lives; we can change the world.
Do you think God is finished with you? Too old? Too yesterday? Too whatever? Well, think again. God is a God of NEW BEGINNINGS for ALL of us.
Audio taken from the live teaching "When The Shepherd Abuses The Sheep - God's Plan For The Sexually Wounded" - https://youtu.be/6PtclQ5UUXsA special message from Tiff: I dedicate this teaching to all who have ever sought hope and healing in the church, but instead, you were drawn into darkness and depravity by those you had once looked up to and admired. Abuse says you are ruined, the gospel says you are redeemed. In my 5 decades of ministry, I have heard the cries and confessions of too many Christians who suffered spiritual and sexual abuse by a pastor, priest, youth pastor, or spiritual leader. Those in ministry who are called to protect, and insure safe places, have instead betrayed a holy trust, defiled innocence, shattered faith, and misused the name of God. For all who are still hiding in the dark shadows of sexual abuse and spiritual betrayal, today I remind you that Jesus, the Good Shepherd, does not abandon His lambs, especially those who are wounded. Here are 3 biblical truths that can bring healing to your wounds:1 - The Bible Condemns Sexual Abuse2 - God Cares For The Abused3 - God Heals The Wounds Of The BrokenKey Scripture used in today's teaching: Isaiah 61:1-3Other Scriptures referenced: Ephesians 5:3-5; Jeremiah 23:1 & 2; Psalm 72:12-14; 1 John 2:1-6; Psalm 56:8Unless otherwise noted, most Scripture will be read from the New Living Translation (NLT) Bible.Other teachings referenced in today's video:Sexual Scandal - God's Plan for Broken Leaders - https://youtu.be/tnsqjkavojMIf you prayed with Tiff, click here https://lostlamb.org/ and let him know! Send a textA snow forecast, a quiet studio, and a fresh obsession with solo mahjong turned a simple idea into a small movement: make learning easy, beautiful, and shared. We walk you through how a handmade board, a short tutorial, and a few well-chosen tools can transform a nervous “I can't” into a confident “I'll try.” Along the way, we spotlight local maker Susie DeHoff's wooden boards, talk through the practical hurdles of finding tiles and cards, and share why thoughtful design—like clear instructions and a stitched bag—removes the friction that keeps beginners on the sidelines. Our conversation widens into a story that changed our family's map: a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis two decades ago, a rainy drive, and the steep curve of learning to live well with insulin. We recall clunky early tech, the cost of pumps, the choice to return to injections, and the slow rise of better tools like continuous glucose monitors. What stands out is not perfection but persistence—tiny acts of care repeated until they become strength. That lesson threads back to the game table: rules can be learned, confidence can be built, and community makes both easier. If you're snowed in or just ready for a new ritual, try solo mahjong with what you have on hand—tiles you can source locally, a layout drawn on paper, and a simple reference to start. We're here for the first step, celebrating the beauty of accessible craft, the grit of health resilience, and the joy of sharing what lights us up. What if the key to "getting" more in life isn't about trying harder—but about giving more freely? In this episode, we explore the the Law of Circulation and how it shapes everything from our relationships, finances, and even to our overall sense of abundance. Through insights from both science and spirituality, we look at how nature itself models this truth—nothing thrives by holding on, but by allowing energy to move. When we consciously choose to give—whether it's love, attention, generosity, or presence—we create space for something new to flow back into our lives. We also talk about how aligning with these universal laws can transform not just what we experience externally, but who we become internally. How might your life shift if you focused more on what you can contribute rather than what you can get? And what would happen if giving became less about obligation and more about expression? Join us for a heartfelt and practical conversation that invites us to step into a deeper level of abundance, fulfillment, and conscious living—by simply starting with what we already have to give.Chapters00:00 New Beginnings and Updates02:53 The Law of Circulation: Giving to Receive05:47 Nature's Examples of Giving and Receiving08:41 The Importance of Alignment with Universal Laws12:04 Concrete Examples of Giving in Life14:56 Financial Giving and Spiritual Nourishment17:51 Transformative Stories of Giving and Receiving20:47 Recommended Resource: The Go-Giver23:43 Closing Thoughts and Future Directions

In celebration of The High Confectionary's new chocolate bar launch (!!), I'm sitting down with Sarah Fennel, founder of Broma Bakery and the baker extraordinaire who helped bring our new chocolate bars to life! Sarah is behind some of the internet's most beloved dessert recipes, but this conversation goes way beyond baking. She opens up about her complicated relationship with food growing up, how control and anxiety showed up for her as a teenager, and what recovery has actually looked like over time: not a neat "before and after", but as something layered and ongoing. She shares so openly about disordered eating, family instability, and how baking became not just a creative outlet, but a way back to joy. We get into the origin story of Broma Bakery, the food memories that shape us, and how she built a full career around dessert (and without cutting corners or stripping the pleasure out of it.) And of course, we talk about cannabis - evolving past party culture, using it intentionally, and discovering it as a tool to feel lighter, gigglier, more present, and more yourself. Plus, the BTS of creating The High Confectionary's new chocolate bars, the flavor development process, and why precise dosing changes everything - especially for women who want to enjoy without going overboard. This conversation is funny, honest, and joyful, a reminder that dessert and cannabis, at their best, are both about enjoyment, connection, and letting yourself feel good. We love you Sarah! The Lunar New Year marks a turning — a gentle invitation to begin again. In this week's episode, Natalie explores a quiet, powerful truth: hope is the ability to take one more step. Not a leap. Not a perfect plan. Just one small, steady movement forward.Through calming breath work and full-body relaxation, you'll be guided to soften the body, settle the mind, and reconnect to your inner steadiness. This practice isn't about forcing optimism. It's about finding enough space inside yourself to keep going — even tenderly, even slowly. If this year has felt heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming, let this be your pause. Your reset. Your reminder that hope doesn't have to be loud to be real.Sometimes hope is simply choosing to take one more breath. One more step. And beginning again.Support the Smith FamilySeveral people have asked how to support our family during this time. This week is a little bit of everything. From family moments and Grammy's fashion to beauty treatments, big feelings, and a rapid-fire dive into everything that's been on my mind lately. I'm sharing a real check-in after an emotional day, how I let myself feel it without spiraling and letting it consume the whole week, and why giving yourself space to process matters more than pushing through. I get into life updates, surrogate updates, tiny joys, motherhood moments, style and beauty obsessions, travel thoughts, Valentine's Day musings, and the questions I'm asking myself as I move into a hopeful, busy new chapter. It's candid, all over the board, and very much how my brain is feeling these days. Thanks for being here with me!This episode is brought to you by Amazon Pharmacy. After Hoda departed TODAY in January 2025, Jenna Bush Hager spent a year sitting side by side with a rotating group of friends, but as it turns out, her permanent partner was someone who had been part of the TODAY family all along: Sheinelle Jones. On the heels of the launch of TODAY with Jenna and Sheinelle, Hoda sat down with Jenna and Sheinelle for a SiriusXM Front Row Conversation at SiriusXM's New York City studios to talk about their official beginning as co-hosts, the lessons Sheinelle has learned in the wake of losing her husband, Uche, and how grief and joy can exist side by side. Plus, what having Sheinelle by her side means for Jenna, and reflections on her path to this moment. (Originally broadcast on SiriusXM TODAY Show Radio.) Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
