underground bunker, Kasper and Mette sat together.Da: Over dem hang en enkelt funklende lysstofrør, og langs væggene stod hylder fyldt med konservesdåser og papkasser.En: Above them hung a single sparkling fluorescent light, and along the walls stood shelves filled with canned goods and cardboard boxes.Da: De havde en vigtig opgave denne dag: at gennemgå nødforsyningerne og sikre sig, at alt var i orden.En: They had an important task that day: to go through the emergency supplies and make sure everything was in order.Da: Kasper, hvis pande var let fugtig af sved trods kulden, stirrede nervøst ned på sine papirer.En: Kasper, whose forehead was slightly damp with sweat despite the cold, stared nervously down at his papers.Da: Alt skulle tjekkes.En: Everything had to be checked.Da: Det var vigtigt.En: It was important.Da: Han så over på Mette, der så ud til at have det sjovt med opgaven.En: He looked over at Mette, who seemed to be enjoying the task.Da: Hun smilede, og hendes latter lyste rummet op.En: She smiled, and her laughter brightened the room.Da: "Skal vi ikke gøre det til en skattejagt?"En: "Shouldn't we turn it into a treasure hunt?"Da: spurgte Mette muntert, da hun så på de uorganiserede lageroptegnelser.En: Mette asked cheerfully as she looked at the disorganized inventory records.Da: Hun kunne mærke Kaspers spændinger og ønskede at lette stemningen.En: She could sense Kasper's tension and wanted to lighten the mood.Da: Kasper tøvede.En: Kasper hesitated.Da: En del af ham var usikker, men han havde brug for hjælp.En: A part of him was unsure, but he needed help.Da: Desuden ønskede han, at Mette skulle se ham som en, der kunne lede og samarbejde.En: Besides, he wanted Mette to see him as someone who could lead and collaborate.Da: "Det lyder som en sjov idé," svarede han endelig, og et lille, nervøst smil spillede på hans læber.En: "That sounds like a fun idea," he finally responded, and a small, nervous smile played on his lips.Da: Mens de gik igennem rækkerne af forsyninger, arbejdede de systematisk, men med et skævt smil og en lille konkurrence om at finde mønter gemt blandt dåser og poser.En: As they went through the rows of supplies, they worked systematically, but with a wry smile and a little competition to find coins hidden among cans and bags.Da: Deres latter fyldte den trykkede bunker.En: Their laughter filled the oppressive bunker.Da: De glemte nærmest den strenge kulde uden for.En: They almost forgot the harsh cold outside.Da: Pludselig fandt de en kasse, der ikke stemte overens med listen.En: Suddenly, they found a box that didn't match the list.Da: Mette rykkede hurtig med et frækt smil og åbnede den.En: Mette quickly moved with a cheeky grin and opened it.Da: Til deres store overraskelse fandt de ikke medicinske forsyninger, men chokoladebarer.En: To their great surprise, they didn't find medical supplies but chocolate bars.Da: Kasper så på chokoladerne og derefter på kalenderen.En: Kasper looked at the chocolates and then at the calendar.Da: Det var Valentinsdag.En: It was Valentine's Day.Da: Dette kunne være hans chance.En: This could be his chance.Da: "Ved du, hvad chokolade betyder på Valentinsdag?"En: "Do you know what chocolate means on Valentine's Day?"Da: spurgte han lidt kluntet, men med et oprigtigt blik i øjnene.En: he asked a little awkwardly, but with a sincere look in his eyes.Da: Mette kiggede op, overrasket, inden hendes ansigt lyste op i et bredt smil.En: Mette looked up, surprised, before her face lit up in a wide smile.Da: "Måske gør det," svarede hun drilsk.En: "Maybe it does," she replied teasingly.Da: De delte chokoladen, grinte igen og lod dagen afspejle sig i sød mulighed og tillid.En: They shared the chocolate, laughed again, and let the day reflect in sweet possibility and trust.Da: "Jeg tror, vi har fundet mere end bare chokolade i dag," sagde Mette varmt.En: "I think we've found more than just chocolate today," Mette said warmly.Da: Kasper nikkede, mens en ny følelse spredte sig i hans indre.En: Kasper nodded, as a new feeling spread within him.Da: Da de til sidst blev færdige med opgaven, mærkede Kasper, at han var blevet mindre You can buy DLS1 New Beginnings here: https://www.dmsguild.com/en/product/17372/dls1-new-beginnings-2e?affiliate_id=50797  https://youtube.com/live/UoPXdic2020 Cast of Characters Tobin Lightfingers | Marak Kender, 1st Level Fighter/Thief | Sam Gunch | Western Ring Mountain Abaqua, 1th Level Fighter | Howard Kriptac Semloh | Human, 1st Level Mage | Patrick Reyna Coperiscum | Human, 1st Level Cleric of Mislaxa | Kim Game Setup Last time on New Beginnings: Welcome to the continent of Taladas, where its common thread with Ansalon ended in the Age of Dreams. It suffered just as much as Ansalon when the Cataclysm struck, sundering the continent, sipping it into pieces and at its heart a vast burning sea. But it did not end life on the continent–instead it emboldened the people of Taladas to survive and thrive! Empires are not built by crowns or councils. They are built by those who stand when no one else will. Beyond the marble halls of Kristophan and the sun-drenched villas of Thera, the frontier of the League of Minotaurs stretches wide and vulnerable. The legions have marched away, drawn to distant borders and greater wars, leaving the province of High Vale exposed to old dangers long thought buried. Now the mountains stir. Goblins raid the roads. Ogres descend from the High Vale Range. Miners vanish. Caravans turn back—or never arrive at all. And at the heart of it stands Boremium, a once-prosperous village at the crossing of the Lenika River and the road from Jalum in the north to the Pathar Frontier to the east, holding fast with little more than stubborn hope. Yet hope has a way of calling to those who listen. Warriors hear of battles waiting to be fought. Wizards whisper of lost magic and forgotten ruins. Thieves smell opportunity where law has thinned. Priests feel the pull of suffering—and the chance to push back the dark. As dusk settles over High Vale, the Empire may be absent… —but heroes are not. And this is where their story begins. You find yourself in a crowded Inn in Boremium, it is dusk in early summer and the warmth of the day is slowly fading with the coming night…. About New Beginnings It is a continent of raw beauty and wondrous magics—of marauding hordes and avenging champions—it is Taladas, the forgotten continent of Krynn first revealed in the best-selling Dragonlance supplement Time of the Dragon. Now, this incredible setting is brought to life and made ready for adventuring with New Beginnings. This essential adventure provides all the information necessary for new players to begin adventuring in the Taladas campaign setting. New Beginnings includes a simple, step-by-step character creation outline which new players can use without the help of a Dungeon Master. Also, it presents essential tips on equipping and playing your new character in the Taladas setting, and sample encounters which allow your to test your characters skills without risking them in actual play. Finally, a complete mini-adventure helps to begin your Taladas campaign by thrusting the player characters right into the action.

This week is a little bit of everything. From family moments and Grammy's fashion to beauty treatments, big feelings, and a rapid-fire dive into everything that's been on my mind lately. I'm sharing a real check-in after an emotional day, how I let myself feel it without spiraling and letting it consume the whole week, and why giving yourself space to process matters more than pushing through. I get into life updates, surrogate updates, tiny joys, motherhood moments, style and beauty obsessions, travel thoughts, Valentine's Day musings, and the questions I'm asking myself as I move into a hopeful, busy new chapter. It's candid, all over the board, and very much how my brain is feeling these days. Thanks for being here with me!This episode is brought to you by Amazon Pharmacy. Dr. Elin Festøy is a Norwegian creative producer, researcher, and storyteller whose work uses interactive media to illuminate some of the most painful and overlooked histories of the 20th century. After completing a Master's degree in 1995, she began her career as a journalist covering tech during the early emergence of digital culture. She later founded the transmedia studio Teknopilot, and in 2013 began a long-running project about the Lebensborn, children born to Norwegian mothers and Nazi soldiers during the Second World War. She co-produced the documentary Wars Don't End, and in 2018 created the BAFTA-winning mobile game My Child Lebensborn. Last year she completed a PhD at The Norwegian Film School, where she examined the unconscious biases that shape our understanding of children born of war. Most recently, she released My Child: New Beginnings, a follow-up game that further expands this vital narrative through interactive storytelling.Become a My Perfect Console supporter and receive a range of benefits at www.patreon.com/myperfectconsoleTake the Acast listener survey to help shape the show: My Perfect Console with Simon Parkin Survey 2025 Hosted on Acast. Dolly Parton BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.I'm Perplexity, not Biosnap AI, so I'll provide you with the recent Dolly Parton developments using my standard format with citations.Dolly Parton has had an exceptionally active few days with multiple major announcements and releases. Most significantly, she released a star-studded remake of her classic 1976 hit "Light of a Clear Blue Morning" featuring Queen Latifah, Miley Cyrus, Lainey Wilson, and Reba McEntire, marking the song's 50th anniversary[1]. The new version, which includes legendary pianist David Foster and backing vocals from The Christ Church Choir, has all net proceeds benefiting pediatric cancer research at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville[1]. According to reports, the remake earned a Hot Shot Debut on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart with the week's most increased spins[7].On the symphonic front, Dolly announced an exclusive seven-week residency of "Dolly Parton's Threads: My Songs in Symphony" with the Nashville Symphony, running from June 16 through July 31 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center[2]. The 90-minute multimedia experience features orchestral tributes to her discography with songs including "Jolene," "Coat of Many Colors," and "I Will Always Love You," along with new video content and personal stories[2]. General ticket sales began February 6 with over 35 shows scheduled[2].These announcements position 2026 as Nashville's official "Summer of Dolly Parton," complemented by the opening of Dolly's Songteller Hotel and Life of Many Colors Museum, plus her exhibition at the Country Music Hall of Fame[3].Additionally, Dolly was recently announced for induction into the Musicians Hall of Fame as part of the 2026 class, with the ceremony scheduled for April 28 at the Fisher Center for Performing Arts[9].Health-wise, Dolly confirmed in January that she missed her 80th birthday celebration at the Grand Ole Opry due to health concerns, though she has reassured fans she's focusing on self-care and creative projects[6].Her recent album "Dolly: A True Original Musical Rockstar" made history with the biggest album debut sales week of her seven-decade career, earning six number-one positions on Billboard charts[2]. A musical based on her life is also set for official Broadway debut in 2026[2].Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

Audio taken from the teaching "Sexual Scandal - God's Plan for Broken Leaders" - https://youtu.be/tnsqjkavojMToday will be difficult. Sadly, I found out just days ago that a pastor very close to me, and my family, has been involved in perverted ongoing sexual sin.Rather than cover or minimize the transgression, I am choosing to open the Scriptures and take a fresh look at the biblical blueprint for sexual scandal, and morally broken leaders. In our Bible study today we will examine and answer these 3 important questions.1 - What are the moral qualifications for a minister? 2 - Can a minister be restored after moral failure?3 - How should a church respond to moral failure?Key Scripture used in today's teaching: Galatians 6:1 NLTOther Scriptures referenced: 1 Timothy 3:1-7; 1 John 1:9; Matthew 7:2; 1 Corinthians 10:12; In Galatians 1:6; Matthew 18:15-17; 1 Timothy 5:24; Romans 9:15-16; Numbers 32:23; I Corinthians 5:9-13; 1 Timothy 5:20 (ESV); 1 Corinthians 10:13Unless otherwise noted, most Scripture will be read from the New Living Translation (NLT) Bible.Other titles mentioned in today's teaching - “Sin, Scandal & Secrets” https://youtu.be/mHWlvRgklnc?si=e2F3lfwtc6pKbHCOIf you prayed with Tiff, click here https://lostlamb.org/ and let him know!  Be sure to check out the playlist “New Beginnings” - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsX8E19Azl58_FjxELPxjnsL8CAtmama4Thank you for listening, and subscribe for new content each week.

After Hoda departed TODAY in January 2025, Jenna Bush Hager spent a year sitting side by side with a rotating group of friends, but as it turns out, her permanent partner was someone who had been part of the TODAY family all along: Sheinelle Jones. On the heels of the launch of TODAY with Jenna and Sheinelle, Hoda sat down with Jenna and Sheinelle for a SiriusXM Front Row Conversation at SiriusXM's New York City studios to talk about their official beginning as co-hosts, the lessons Sheinelle has learned in the wake of losing her husband, Uche, and how grief and joy can exist side by side. Plus, what having Sheinelle by her side means for Jenna, and reflections on her path to this moment. (Originally broadcast on SiriusXM TODAY Show Radio.) Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. After a loud, full, and surprisingly joyful work trip to New York, I'm unpacking what it actually means to feel aligned, even when calendars and to-do lists feel overwhelming. From building things I genuinely love, to unlearning rigid ideas about productivity, to navigating parenthood, partnership, creative work, and big to small life moments, this episode is a good ol' rambling check-in. A reminder that not all work looks neat, not all interests need a plan, and sometimes the best things come from simply following what feels fun. This episode is brought to you by Amazon Pharmacy. This conversation felt like therapy, but better, and I'm so excited to share it! I'm joined by Thais Gibson, founder of The Personal Development School, for a deep, emotional conversation about attachment theory and how it affects all aspects of our lives, far beyond just romantic relationships. Thais breaks down the four attachment styles, digs into how they're formed, and how they can shift over time - especially after major life events and loss. She explains why so many of us feel like we could be "all of them", how to identify our core patterns through wounds, needs, boundaries, and nervous system regulation, and why the relationships we choose often mirror the relationship we have with ourselves. Once we identify which style we fall into, she dives into the part that matters most: How to actually change your attachment style and the steps we all can take to rewire our brains to heal. This episode is filled with tools for building real self-trust and meeting your own needs, so you can stop living from a place of fear, hyper vigilance, or feeling "not good enough". Thank you so much, Thais. I loved this talk so much!Take the free attachment style quiz at PersonalDevelopmentSchool.com and receive an in-depth attachment style report and discover the exact steps you can take to heal your attachment style.
