Dan visited the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick to discuss issues such as the future world of work, automation, legislation and “talent management” with Tony Dundon. Tony is Professor of HRM and Employment Relations in the Kemmy Business School. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS); Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD); former Chief Examiner for the CIPD; and was until recently Editor-in-Chief of the Human Resource Management Journal (HRMJ). Guy Standing is a professor of development studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and author of The Precariat: The New Dangerous Class. Charles Umney is a lecturer at the University of Leeds. He teaches, researches and writes on the subjects of trade unionism, working conditions and employment policy across Europe, and has also published extensively on the topic of working life in live music.
