This podcast began several months ago, this episode was recorded sometime in May 2016 a few days after I went on a 3 day detox which helped me temporarily quit smoking. For some reason I cannot begin to explain, I still smoke, but never like I did before and definitely not everyday. So what I managed to do was diminish my dependancy. Since then life has been very active and I have not yet put together a small E-Book breaking down some of the steps I took to leave my addiction behind. We all work differently so not everything will work for everybody, but the effects of not depending on the substance sparked great energy in me and I had my brother Giovanni there to share it with me.
