Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt Young and the Restless on CBS sees a potential romantic fling between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). The two are currently teaming up with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and making choices that could potentially isolate them from everyone else in Genoa City. Billy's obsession with Chancellor and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is putting his new venture, AbbottCom, at risk. His unpredictability has led Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to consider withdrawing funding from the company, leaving Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in a precarious position as she left her fashion career at Marquetti to join Billy on this venture. Y&R sees Phyllis is putting her relationships at risk by betting on a career with Cane, despite knowing that helping him would betray her ex-husbands Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Jack. Both Billy and Phyllis are heavily reliant on Cane, making decisions based on hopes and wishes rather than concrete facts. Their mutual desire for something from Cane has led them to team up, and their close working relationship could potentially turn into something more. Young and Restless sees there are several signs pointing towards a possible affair or romantic fling between Billy and Phyllis. The question remains whether they will get what they want from Cane and what it will cost them. The potential fallout from their risky decisions could leave them with nobody else to lean on but each other. Soap Dirt has grown to the most subscribed to YouTube soap opera channel. Are you doing all the “right” spiritual things…and still running on empty? In this power-packed message, Dr. Monique Flemings confronts the treadmill of performance-based faith—what she calls restless religion—and invites us to step off the grind and into Spirit-led rest. Rooted in Luke 13:10–17, where Jesus frees a woman who had been bent over for 18 years on the Sabbath, Dr. Monique shows how legalistic rule-keeping can blind us to the heart of God and block someone else's breakthrough. When protecting tradition becomes more important than celebrating transformation, we've missed the point. She unpacks seven types of rest, drawing from the “Sacred Rest” framework to help weary believers diagnose why they're depleted beyond “just needing a nap.” Physical, mental, emotional, social, creative, spiritual (alignment!), and more—God cares about all of you. Burnout, she teaches, doesn't only come from doing too much—it comes from misalignment: serving in ways disconnected from your God-given purpose. Even vacations can't fix what the daily rhythms of real rest were meant to restore. So, what is restless religion? Activity without progress; motion without meaning; service fueled by fear of disappointing God rather than love for Him. If that's you—exhale. Jesus came to set you free. Dr. Monique warns how religious legalism elevates form over freedom and ritual over relationship, and how it can keep us from rejoicing when the bound are set free right in front of us. True rest flows from alignment with the heart of God, not flawless performance. Our faith must be rooted in His presence, not our checklists. Hear a healing call from Jesus: “Come to Me… and I will give you rest… you will find rest for your souls.” Lay down guilt-driven religion and receive the gentle yoke that lifts, restores, and renews. In This Episode You'll Discover:How Sabbath got weaponized in Luke 13—and what Jesus corrected. Why checking church boxes without heart connection drains you. Practical lenses to diagnose your rest deficits (7 types!). Signs you're stuck in performance mode—and how to step into grace. Listen, breathe, and receive. If you've been faithful but fatigued, this message is your invitation to stop striving and start resting with Jesus.Subscribe, rate, and share this episode to encourage someone who's running on empty.

Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt Young and the Restless sees Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) deal with mixed emotions about her ex-husband, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). Despite her initial fury at discovering Cane's secret identity as Aristotle Dumas, and her adamant refusal to rekindle their relationship, the unexpected murder of her new boyfriend Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) may cause Lily to reconsider her stance. Y&R sees Lily initially blamed Cane for Damian's death, but mounting evidence suggests his innocence. As Lily mourns Damian's loss and seeks justice, she may find herself more open to a reunion with Cane. Several factors could influence this change of heart: the absence of their romantic rivals, their shared children, the death of Cane's problematic father Colin, potential jealousy if Cane starts a fling with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and even a desire to exact revenge on Cane on the CBS soap opera. Young and Restless sees that as Cane plots to take over companies, this could impact Lily's feelings towards him. Despite the complicated dynamics and the murder mystery unfolding in Genoa City, Lily's possible reconciliation with Cane is creating a buzz among fans of the popular soap opera. Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt Young and the Restless viewers were left in shock as Damian Kane, played by Jermaine Rivers, met a tragic end. The story takes a twist as Kane Ashby, portrayed by Billy Flynn, is revealed to be the intended target of the attack. The mystery deepens as Chance Chancellor, played by Conner Floyd, starts his investigation into the murder. Y&R sees Damian's sudden demise leaves a heartbroken Lily Winters, played by Christel Khalil, behind. The duo had just confessed their feelings for each other and their budding romance was cut short by the fatal attack. With Damian gone, the focus now shifts to who was behind the attack on Kane. Several suspects are under suspicion including Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) among others on the CBS soap opera. Young and Restless sees Kane's assistant, Carter, and a risk-taking psycho named Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), who isn't present at the party, are also potential suspects. Interestingly, Kane himself could be a suspect as he might have staged the attack to prolong his stay at the chateau. Another surprising suspect is Colin, Kane's supposedly dead father, whose return could add a new layer to the storyline. Young and the Restless sees the most likely suspect seems to be Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Known for his ruthless tactics, Victor might have planned the attack on Kane, who he sees as a threat to his legacy. Soap Dirt is the most subscribed to YouTube soap opera channel. Restless and wide-awake on a sweltering Indiana night, a college lineman slips into the dorm's dark communal bathroom, stares into a cracked mirror, and dares whatever has stalked him since childhood to finally show its face. The buzzing ceiling light flickers, the air turns ice-cold, and his own reflection dissolves into a vast hallway where a ragged, shirtless boy waits, fists clenched, seething with the same rage coursing through him. For six missing hours, the two charge toward each other in utter silence—until a friend's tap on the shoulder snaps reality back into place. Over two decades of filming and investigating, Brown has collected chilling evidence everywhere from one-room schoolhouses to late-night radio studios. In a rural classroom he watched glimmering figures dart between desks—only to discover the presence had followed him home, tugging at his jacket long after the final bell. At a small-town station, engineers swear they hear children giggling through the monitors even when every mic is dead. Add abandoned asylums echoing with phantom footsteps, lakeside taverns where barstools slide on their own, and farmhouses where the attic light flicks on at 3 a.m. like clockwork, and the Badger State starts looking like the nation's supernatural capital. Join us as Michael Brown maps Wisconsin's ghostly hotspots and tackles the question: has America's Dairyland quietly become America's most haunted state? Story at-a-glance Restless leg syndrome (RLS) causes an irresistible urge to move your legs, with symptoms worsening at night. The sensations are described as crawling, pulling, aching, and throbbing RLS is often linked to underlying conditions such as iron deficiency, kidney failure, peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord conditions, or Parkinson's disease Nutritional approaches like increasing iron, magnesium with B6, and vitamin D intake help manage RLS symptoms without the side effects of pharmaceutical medications Traditional herbal remedies like Dangguijakyak-san (DS) and Shihogyeji-tang (ST) also help treat RLS by balancing blood flow and dopamine activity Exercise, stretching, acupuncture, and other holistic approaches like pneumatic compression devices and near-infrared light therapy effectively reduce RLS symptom severity and improve sleep quality
