Watch your shadow.

A shadow; symbolizes the shortness of life and the imperment nature of things. We rely on the groundhog to predict our weather. Do we watch our own shadow to predict where our soul is going. Our lives are like shadows here today and gone tomorrow. Let us be Jesus' shadow. We blossom like a flower and then wither. Like a passing shadow,we quickly disapper. If we follow Jesus we will have eternal life. God is like a shadow over us. He will guard you and hide you in the shadow of his wings. He promises our protection. We will be like a shelter from the wind, and a refuge from the storm. Like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a dry land. The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow , a dim preveiw of good things to come. Now we have grace to shadow us until Jesus comes.

God was a great king and shepherd. He was God/man. God in the flesh to be man sinless and the word was made flesh in Jesus. Jesus suffered great pain and shed his blood for you and me. We began with the love of God and will end with the love of God. For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called; wonderful counselor, mighty God everlasting Father, Prince of peace. So the word became human and his home among us. He was of unfalling love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory , the glory of the Fathers one and only son. Christ died for us, God's only son. So we can rejoice in our new relationship with God because, our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God. God sent Jesus to teach us. He who is faithful is witness to all these things. Jesus says; Yes I am coming soon. AMEN! Come, Lord Jesus! May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's holy people.

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends. Jesus did this for us. Jesus said if the world hates you know that it first hated Me. He is a friend that is faithful who will establish you and guard you from evil. Don't worry about tomorrow, cast your cares on him, for He cares for you. A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity. So are you a friend? A man who has friends must himself be friendly. But, there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. He will never leave nor forsake you, Jesus Christ our Lord.
