My Glow Bugs in my kids yoga classes love ‘relaxy time' where they snuggle down with blankets on their mats and we do some guided meditation and visualisation. My son really misses it and has joined in my night time meditation recently - so I thought I would bring some into my podcast. You may want to be with your child if it's their first go, but they'll soon really relax into it. It's such a beautiful tool to calm them down and rest their busy minds before bed.
