In today's meditation, we will continue to examine the deep connections between our chakras. The chakras can be place in pairs and we have already explored the connection between the solar plexus and third eye. Today we will look at the bond between the sacral and throat chakra runs very deep. The energetic connection between these two chakras is undeniable. The sacral holds our emotions, creativity, and joy, whilst the throat empowers us to express these feelings authentically. Expressing our emotions clearly can sometimes be a challenge. But, when we process our emotions with the heart's wisdom, we can share them without blame or shame, strengthening both energy centres. In today's meditation we are exploring the connection between the solar plexus chakra and the third eye chakra. These two energy centres are inextricably linked as the Manipura or Solar Plexus is home to the enteric nervous system or ‘belly brain,' and is most commonly recognised as our “gut instinct. The third eye is the seat of our intuition and inner knowing. It is the place where we find our insight, our clarity, our inner wisdom. Together, the solar plexus and the third eye unify the wisdom of the body and the mind, and today we will meditate on connecting these two beautiful chakras.
