Today we are completing this mini series of meditations on the chakras, looking deeper still into the aspects that we hold in each of our energy centres and today we are at the crown chakra – the sahasrara – where we connect with the energy ofthe cosmos, find our relationship with the divine and from where we sometimes believe that we receive our inspiration…But Let's take a moment to reflect on something we're told all the time - that inspiration strikes like lightning, or descends like a gift from above. As though it's something we're lucky to catch. Something given by someone - or something - else. But what ifthat's not quite how it works? What if divine inspiration doesn't arrive... because it's already here? Already within you. Not a spark from the outside - but a light that's been quietly glowing inside, all along. Authenticity is not shouting our truth or being unfiltered but about aligning with our truth in a way that feels steady, strong and sovereign. It's the quiet courage to stay in relationship with your authentic self, even in the presence of others. In this meditation I give you tanglible tools to take into the real world that will help you to come back to yourself and your inner truth. We can find authenticity within ourselves when we are alone but it is often challenged when we don't feel safe or accepted in real world situations. In a recent episode we explored the activation of the soul star chakra which is the 8th chakra that exists above the crown of your head. This is only the first of a group of chakras that exist outside of the body. Right now, above your head, five additional extraordinary energy centers are waiting to be awakened – cosmic chakras that most spiritual teachers never mention and fewer know how to activate. I'm talking about your 9th through 13th chakras – the hidden gateways to universal consciousness that, once activated, will transform how you manifest reality. These cosmic chakras—the 9th through the 13th—serve as your direct gateways to expanded consciousness. The 9th connects you with your spirit guides and higher dimensions. The 10th links you to galactic wisdom and universal knowledge. The 11th opens access to the cosmic records of all that has ever been. The 12th creates a direct channel to divine source energy.
