This episode originally aired in 2025 and, as one of our most-loved conversations, we're sharing it again with you today.Today Erin and Sasha continue the exploration of the chakras with Manipura - the third of the seven chakras - which translates as “the shining sacred jewel.” It is associated with the Fire element, the planet Mars, the color Yellow, and the “Ishta Devata” Hanuman. It is located just above the navel and below the sternum, at our solar plexus — also called the celiac plexus — which is a complex system of radiating nerves and ganglia. It is found in the pit of the stomach in front of the aorta. It is part of the sympathetic nervous system and plays an important role in the functioning of the stomach, kidneys, liver, and adrenal glands. This chakra brings Prana to the digestive system, also known as our second brain. From a Western perspective, this is known and expressed as the gut-brain axis (or GBA) - the network of nerves and biochemical signals that connect the brain and the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It's a two-way communication system that helps maintain homeostasis. The vagus nerve is one of the main nerves that connects the brain and gut, sending signals in both directions. From a clinical perspective, the GBA can impact disorders like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and memory loss. The GBA can also be linked to conditions like autism, obesity, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. The Manipura chakra is directly linked to our sense of self, self-esteem, sense of purpose, the seat of clear decisive action, vision, dynamic action, assertiveness, discipline, determination, passion, deepest willingness to go beyond, strong will power, courage, resilience, and vitality. When balanced, there is energy and insight, will power and and follow-through, self-reliance, vitality and health. It can only be as balanced as the first 2 chakras. When imbalanced, there is a state of self-doubt, fear, insecurity, wanting, anger, blame, victimhood, depression, and lethargy. Positive affirmations, yoga postures that engage the core such as bow pose, cobra pose, or revolved triangle pose, and kapalabhati pranayama (or breath of fire) help strengthen Manipura when it is weak. We also get into ways of balancing an overactive Manipura, as Pitta-type individuals are prone to over exercising, overworking, and burnout. We hope today's conversation illuminates the ways in which we can reclaim and maintain our personal power, and that it is not as much a process of creating it, as it is discovering that which has always been there and removing what blocks us from experiencing it. This episode originally aired in 2025 and, as one of our most-loved conversations, we're sharing it again with you today.Today, Sasha and Erin got to chat in-person to deep dive into the second chakra, Svadhistana, located at the sacrum above the Muladhara, which abides in the tail bone or coccyx. The sacrum is a large, triangular bone at the base of the spine that connects to the pelvis and is made up of five fused vertebrae, numbered S-1 to S-5. Now that we know where it lives, lets talk about what it means. Svadhistana translates as “the seat of taste/desire.” “Swa means taste, and “Stana” means abode or seat. It represents the Water element, relates to the physical reproductive organs and brings Prana to the reproductive system. This is where our desire comes from - for enjoyment, pleasure, sexuality, creativity and flow. Desire is a fascinating thing. And an important thing at that, as far our basic evolution and survival go. But craving and aversion, become a relentless assault on the present moment if we fail to understand and master the nature of it. Aversion is essentially Anxiety, Resentment, Regret, All Addiction, Self-Hatred, all sense of Lack, the gap between who you are and who you want to be, what you have and what you want to have.Desire is not the actual problem. Because we aren't actually looking for a “thing.” We are looking for “the experience of the thing, the feeling of the thing.” That is the first level of balancing this chakra, or subtle energy center: Distinguishing what it is we ultimately truly Desire. In Ayurveda, it is important to not suppress Desire. In Yoga, it is important to refine the experiencer, or the one experiencing Desire, so that the Desire becomes refined. As our Ayurvedic habits and Yoga practice deepens, toxic habits fall away, including toxic desires. And this is because as our human system becomes balanced, the tendencies of imbalance heal into harmonious tendencies. This is a whole nother level of healing. When our Svadhistana is balanced, there is an energy of abundance, and understanding of timing. When imbalanced, there is guilt, self-hatred, a state of wanting or lack, self-harming, drama, holding of childhood issues, traumas, and sexual scarring, and a tamasic level of desire to relate but an inability to relate to anyone. Since our present relationships are all informed by our past, we must free ourselves from incorrect, unrefined information in our system. We must clean this chakra by learning how to activate it. Otherwise, Fear will show up to sabotage what it is we truly want. Send us Fan MailThis episode is brought to you by Ojas Oasis Ayurveda, Sasha's private clinical practice. Kaunietė Marija Vida Bareišienė jau daugiau kaip 80 metų klausosi Lietuvos radijo. „Tikiu, kad radijas gyvuos dar ilgai, tik nenorėčiau, kad robotai vestų laidas, būtų neįdomu”, – sako kaunietė.Šiemet Tytuvėnai mini ypatingą sukaktį – 730-ąjį miesto gimtadienį. Šventiniai renginiai jau šurmuliuoja ir tęsis šiandien bei rytoj, o konferencijoje „Tytuvėnai: septyni šimtai trisdešimt metų tapatybės“ apžvelgta miesto istorija ir pokyčiai. Apie šią svarbią sukaktį kalbame su Tytuvėnų piligrimų centro gide Rūta Krenciene, visuomenininku Romu Čerkausku ir Tytuvėnų kultūros centro direktoriaus pavaduotoja Ieva Jokubauskaite.„Smurto laboratorija“ – taip pirmą kartą perskaičiusi pjesę ją apibūdino aktorė Kamilė Galkutė. Happy Sunday Set Up , Heal Squad! This week, we're coloring outside the lines a little as we dive into life force energy, nervous-system depletion, psychic heaviness, and why so many people today feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually drained. Inspired by a recent biofeedback session, Keven explores what ancient traditions called Qi, Prana, or vital force—and how modern stress, burnout, overgiving, guilt, survival mode, and toxic environments may quietly be crushing it. We break down the real signs your life force energy may be low: exhaustion that sleep can't fix, emotional numbness, brain fog, hypervigilance, feeling spiritually “dim,” and constantly carrying everyone else's emotions. From nervous-system regulation and breathwork to creativity, purpose, sunlight, boundaries, and peace, we explore what actually restores vitality—and why true healing may be a lot less mystical and a lot more human than we think. We even get a little woo woo. Psychic attack. Emotional contamination. Toxic people, moldy homes. hoarding, dark quarters, demonic energy - oh my!. This Sunday Set Up explores the strange ties to those items and loss of energy. And ultimately? Why opening a window, cleaning a room, speaking truth, setting boundaries, and reclaiming peace might be some of the oldest medicine there is. Remember Heal Squad: the opposite of darkness isn't fear. It's awareness. Breath. Light. Movement. Truth. Open the windows. Protect your peace. And reclaim your life force. Last week we identified why practitioners deplete: two types of energetic bleed. Today we uncover the complete energetically structural solution that makes practitioner depletion physically impossible. Whether you're working with Reiki, Prana, Earth, Angelic energy or other as a practitioner. 5 THINGS YOU'LL DISCOVER BY THE END OFLISTENING IN:>Why the hollow bone is the complete structural solution to energetic depletion (not protection rituals or cleansing practices) – in theory V practise >The three-point sacred triangle that makes the hollow bone state actually felt versus intellectually understood – what makes embodying this state a felt reality >Why Hollow Bone = ethical practise – moving away from practitioners as “God”, losing personal power to overthinking & doubting ability, putting to bed statements like “you can't help others heal until you're fully healed yourself”>In what way Hollow Bone dissolves permission culture – shifting away from the idea that direct Spiritual authority needs to be earned or validated.>Anchoring energy work in trust – a practical exercise supporting you to identify opportunities to embody internal V external authority.Spirit-led Reiki Pathway: https://www.reikiredefined.com/spirit-led-reiki-pathway/Free community: https://www.reikiredefined.com/free-community/Free workshop: https://www.reikiredefined.com/lifting-the-veil-on-reiki/My free updates straight to your inbox: https://reiki-redefined.kit.com/6629991732You'll find me most on Tiktok @reikiredefined

For Aadhi aka Mo'Homo, "community" isn't just a buzzword as his fledgling work so far testifies. If you've attended any event dedicated to centring queer voices in North Goa over the last year (or even the last New Year's Eve Party at Prana, a calendar highlight for the state's nightlife now), chances are you have moved to Mo'Homo's selections. The DJ, curator and multi-disciplinary artist very much dedicates his practice to "queering the dance floor" through back-to-back shows dedicated to the cause, co-founding The Audacity Collective and curating the queer-centric festival Mix Fruit Juice, besides finding himself on lineups for Nida-led party series Paradisco and dnb India's Bangalore Massive. While it might be a projection on our part, however, given that the Indian government passed a regressive bill disabling self-identification for transgenders between the time we asked Mo'Homo to contribute a Wild City Mix and when we received it, it does feel the mix carries some of the emotional response to it. With a peak-time energy, the mix moves on the edge between textural bass music and joyous house, resounding the resilience of dance music's early days when it served as a place of acceptance, connection and healing to brave the forced repression being meted out to marginalised identities in general society. Kicking off with a few rousers from the likes of Breaka and SUCHI, the mix settles into a more cruising energy with an emotional undertone, most heavily felt on Dismantle's 'Tomorrow Will Be Different' (Mo'Homo borrows the very title for this mix) and then on the penultimate 'Milk' by George Fitzgerald and Fold. The dragon, or serpent, in myth and story, is the coiling, spiraling power of nature itself. And so, how cultures have treated the dragon depends a lot on how they view nature and how they view the world. Some have celebrated and honored the serpent power, some have sought to harness or direct it, others to contain or tame it, while some have labeled it as chaos and sought to subdue and slay it. The history of the Western world's relationship with dragons and serpents is fraught, and Western mythic tradition is rife with monstrous serpent beings that are vilified as 'evil'. How does this primal undulant power come to be seen as 'evil'? As author Veronica Strang explains, it has to do with how human beings interact with forces we cannot control. With the rise of large scale societies, forces outside the civilizational order — floods, unpredictable weather, and movements of the water cycle — became labeled as 'chaos.' Whereas once 'chaos' signified primal oceanic generativity, chaos became seen as wanton disorder, and in Western tradition, a polarity forms between that which is stable and eternal and good that which is shifting and changing and undulant and evil. This dichotomy — this fundamental misunderstanding of the nature of stability and movement, of boundary and flow — informs the entire history of the Western world and is still playing itself out across the sociocultural, political, and spiritual spectrum today. In traditional systems, this power is not dichotomized but is met with deep protocol, in which it is understood that the dragon-serpent power is not to be vilified, nor is it to be invoked without caution. For in relational polytheistic systems, there may be serpent powers that are helpful and those that aren't, and there may be powers that require deep preparation before they are met. So the dragon-serpent asks us — what does it mean to be in real relationship with that which is awesome, powerful, and potentially dangerous? How do we treat... the dragon? Featuring interviews with author Veronica Strang, Nyoongar Elder Noel Nannup, Shipibo professor Eli Sanchez Pakan Meni, and Mythosomatic practitioner Eve Bradford and featuring music from Victor Sakshin, Travis Puntarelli, Jeunae Elita, and Marya Stark, enjoy this spiraling journey that concludes our exploration of THE DRAGON. Menopause isn't a sudden event; it's a transition that begins 5-10 years earlier. In this episode, Dr. Vignesh Devraj explains what really happens during perimenopause and menopause, why symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, and poor sleep feel unpredictable, and how your earlier lifestyle and menstrual health shape this phase. From an Ayurvedic perspective, menopause is a stage of depletion where resilience reduces, and the body becomes more sensitive. This episode also explores when Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) may help, the role of lifestyle changes and Panchakarma, and why preparing in your 30s and 40s can make the transition smoother.Episode HighlightsUnderstanding perimenopause: the phase that begins 5–10 years earlierThe concept of menopause as a “second puberty.”How lifestyle, stress, and menstrual history shape your menopausal experienceThe Ayurvedic perspective: menopause as a depletion and sensitivity phaseHormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): when it helps and when it may not be necessaryThe importance of preparing in your 30s and 40s for a smoother transitionPanchakarma and lifestyle corrections as preventive toolsReframing menopause as a reset, not a declineEpisode Timestamps00:00 - 01:30: Why menopause still feels confusing01:30 - 03:00: Menopause as a “second puberty.”03:00 - 05:00: Why menopause happens biologically05:00 - 06:00: Your menopause is a continuation of your past06:00 - 10:00: Ayurveda on menopause & Hormone Replacement Therapy10:00 - 11:30: Lifestyle changes and Panchakarma 11:30 - 12:30: Can menopause be delayed?About Dr Vignesh Devraj Dr Vignesh Devraj is a fourth-generation Ayurvedic physician and the founder of Sitaram Retreat, Kerala, a space for authentic healing. This guided meditation invites you to shift how you relate to purpose—not as something to be found externally, but as an inner intelligence already present within you. Through breath awareness, body relaxation, and subtle reflection, the session gently guides you back to moments of inner alignment and quiet clarity. Rather than forcing answers, it creates space for a deeper listening—where purpose reveals itself step by step.Episode Highlights:Why the search for purpose often feels exhausting and misdirectedHow moments of “effortless rightness” act as signals, not coincidencesThe role of conditioning in disconnecting you from your natural pathThe power of willingness (sankalpa) over force or controlTrusting clarity as something that unfolds graduallyAbout Dr Vignesh Devraj Dr Vignesh Devraj is a fourth-generation Ayurvedic physician and the founder of Sitaram Retreat, Kerala, a space for authentic healing. What does it really mean to be a good yoga student? In this conversation, I sit down with Medha Bhaskar to explore the framework described in the Hatha Yoga Pradeepika for cultivating a meaningful yoga practice. We talk about the importance of understanding the principle before the process and how the mindset we bring to our practice shapes what we learn from it.Medha walks us through the Badhaka Tattvas (the habits that weaken a practice) and the Sadhaka Tattvas (the qualities that strengthen it), while reflecting on how these classical teachings apply to modern yoga students and teachers. From boundaries and energy management to perseverance and self-awareness, this conversation offers a grounded look at what it means to truly grow through yoga.Episode Highlights:Introduction to the Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, its historical context, and its role as a practical manual within the broader body of classical yoga texts.Understanding the difference between principle and process in yoga practice, and why focusing only on techniques can lead to a narrow understanding of yoga.Exploring the mindset of a yoga student and why self-awareness and intention matter more than simply showing up to practice. The Badhaka Tattvas and the six behaviors described in the Hatha Yoga Pradeepika that diminish practice, beginning with overconsumption and excess sensory input. How overexertion and constant striving can weaken a practitioner's energy and lead to imbalance. The impact of excessive talking and scattered communication on focus, clarity, and the integration of learning. Why rigid rule-following without reflection can create guilt, imbalance, and disconnection from the purpose of practice. The role of over-socialization and lack of boundaries, including how modern lifestyles and digital engagement affect a practitioner's focus and energy. The final diminishing factor: inner instability and scattered attention, and how it can lead to burnout, confusion, and lack of direction in practice.Shifting to the Sadhaka Tattvas, the qualities that nourish and strengthen a yoga practice. The importance of enthusiasm and genuine interest in sustaining long-term engagement with yoga. Why courage and perseverance are necessary when confronting personal limitations and challenges on the mat and in life.Developing discernment and clarity in understanding the deeper principles behind yoga practices.Cultivating commitment and steady resolve to remain engaged in the process of self-inquiry and growth. The role of mindful association and supportive community, while still maintaining independence and personal responsibility for one's path.Reflecting on how yoga evolves from something we do into something we become, shifting from practice as action to practice as a way of being.Prana & Presence: An Immersive Week of Yoga, Stillness & Soulful Study in Southern ItalyJoin our mailing listFind all the resources mentioned in this episodeConnect with us on InstagramSubscribe to Aham Yoga on YouTubeLet's Talk Yoga Podcast on YouTubeLeave us a review and share this podcast with your friends!

Pranayama disguised as Asana combines breath control with movement to quiet the mind and foster oneness. Yoga Sutras guide us to practice with steadiness (Sthira) and ease (Sukham) in Asana (YS 2.46), while focusing attention to make effort effortless (YS 2.47). The true practice involves Pranayama, using breath to capture the wandering mind, drawing awareness into the body and breath to cultivate stillness.Prana, the vital life force, is nurtured through breath, clearing energy pathways (Nadis) to promote healing and transformation. As we improve breath quality, our vitality, creativity, and well-being increase. Different breathing techniques, such as Ujjayi and Kapalabhati, have distinct effects on the body, energy, and mind. Mudras like Mula and Uddiyana Bandha direct the Prana to heal and inspire. In essence, we practice Pranayama disguised as Asana, using breath to still the mind and achieve the ultimate goal of Yoga: mental stillness (Citta Vritti Nirodha). To read more and to practice with Zephyr Wildman, click here. Vata is responsible for Prana - the life energy, the nervous system - the master panel of our body, and our emotions. In Ayurveda, it is mentioned that controlling Vata is the most difficult part of healing and recovery. Recently, I recorded a workshop on Balancing The Mighty Vata, with over 6 hrs of content and notes filled with practical insights that can be integrated into our lives. He explains how spiritual health is increasingly recognized as an essential dimension of wellbeing, alongside physical, mental, and emotional health. The discussion explores how chaplains support people across faiths, what happens psychologically and spiritually when someone approaches death, and why simply being present with someone in suffering can be the most powerful form of care. Drawing from bhakti traditions, Ken explains how devotion is rooted not in fear of God, but in love and relationship. Dr. Vignesh reflects on how religion can sometimes create guilt and rigid pathways, while spirituality often offers freedom and agency. Ultimately, the conversation arrives at a deeper question: beyond labels like religion or spirituality, what truly matters?Timestamps00:00 - 05:00: Chaplain and Spiritual Health05:00 - 13:00: The “ministry of presence.”13:00 - 15:30: Consistency in spiritual care15:30 - 17:00: Caring for caregivers17:00 - 27:00: How to Approach Death27:00 - 51:30: Spiritual Transformation and Misunderstood Religions51:30 - 54:00: The deeper question: presence over labelsAbout Kenneth Nacario Lee Kenneth Nacario Lee (Kula Pradipa Das) is currently a chaplain at Stanford. Anger is often seen as something dangerous or something that must be suppressed. But from an Ayurvedic perspective, anger is not inherently negative. It is a powerful emotional force that, when understood and directed properly, can become a source of clarity, courage, and transformation. The conversation examines how anger arises, what happens in the brain and body during moments of anger, and why suppressed anger can translate into physiological stress. Yoga today is widely understood as a physical practice centered around flexibility and postures. However, its original intent goes far beyond the body. In this episode, we discuss how yoga is not an activity performed for an hour a day, but a lifelong process of refining awareness and transforming the way we perceive ourselves and the world. We examine why suffering has traditionally been the starting point for yogic enquiry, how identity and conditioning shape our experience of reality, and why true yoga involves freeing ourselves from deeply rooted mental patterns rather than simply improving physical capability.Episode Highlights: Why yoga was never meant to be limited to physical posturesThe true goal of yoga: moksha and the removal of sufferingWhy suffering and crisis often initiate deeper spiritual enquiryHow identity itself becomes a source of sufferingThe original definition of asana, according to PatanjaliThe importance of relaxing effort and cultivating awarenessHow yoga transforms personality, perception, and life experienceEpisode Timestamps:00:00 – 05:00: Yoga is more than a physical practice05:00 – 10:00: Yoga as a path, not an activity10:00 – 15:00: The deeper goal of yoga: removal of suffering15:00 – 20:00: Why a crisis often becomes the doorway to yoga20:00 – 25:00: How the mind shapes your entire experience of life25:00 – 30:00: Moksha, desire, and freedom from mental bondage30:00 – 35:00: Chitta vritti and breaking free from conditioning35:00 – 40:00: The illusion of identity and the source of psychological suffering40:00 – 45:00: Spiritual identity and the subtle ego trap45:00 – 50:00: The true meaning of asana according to Patanjali50:00 – 55:00: Effortlessness and the transition into deeper states of awareness55:00 – 60:00: Yoga as a complete system for inner transformationAbout Prasad Rangnekar:Prasad Rangnekar is an internationally respected yoga teacher known for his deep study and teaching of traditional yoga philosophy, especially the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. In this episode, we dive deep into one of Ayurveda's most fundamental yet misunderstood concepts of Agni. Often translated simply as “digestive fire,” Agni is far more than digestion. It is the body's intelligence to transform food into energy, nutrients into tissues, experiences into learning, and stress into resilience. When this ability weakens, stagnation begins. And stagnation, Ayurveda says, is the starting point of disease.Episode Highlights:Why Agni is considered the essence of lifeHow digestion, immunity, and clarity are all expressions of AgniThe difference between Ama (toxins), Ojas (resilience), and Kapha How does lifestyle shape Agni far more than medicinesWhy are autoimmune diseases not randomSrotas: The intelligent functional pathwaysTimestamps: 00:00 – 05:30: What Truly Governs Health?05:30 – 11:00: What Is Agni Beyond “Digestive Fire”?11:00 – 16:30: Levels of Agni in the Body: From Digestion to Tissue Formation16:30 – 21:30: How to Assess Your Agni?21:30 – 26:30: Agni Beyond the Gut: Mind, Vision, Skin & Metabolism26:30 – 35:30: Strengthening Agni the Right Way35:30 – 41:00: Ancient Bodies in a World of Excess41:00 – 46:30: Mental Stress & Agni Breakdown46:30 – 52:00: Pratyaparadha: When Intellect Turns Against Health52:00 – 57:30: Agni, Ojas & Manas: The Triangle That Runs the Body57:30 – 1:00:00: Autoimmunity Through an Ayurvedic Lens1:00:00 – 1:05:30: Srotas: Rethinking Disease Pathways1:05:30 – 1:11:00: Structural vs Functional Srotas1:11:00 – 1:16:30: How the Body Decides What You Become1:16:30 – 1:21:30: Agni, Dhatu Agni & Why the First Conversion Matters Most1:21:30 – 1:27:00: Can Biomarkers Measure Agni? 1:27:00 – 1:29:30:Treating the Person, Not the ReportAbout Dr Vaidya M PrasadDr. Prasad M, a postgraduate in Ayurveda, has been practicing Ayurveda since 1996. Dragon lore is everywhere in global mythology — no matter what continent you live on, the land you inhabit holds dragon story, and quite possibly was shaped by dragons, or has sleeping dragons in it. Such dragons have captured human imagination across hundreds of cultures and thousands of years. But the dragon is much more than a category of fantastical beast. In many traditions the world-dragon, or world-serpent, is creator, land-shaper, present in the water cycle and in weather systems and in the vast temporal cycles of the cosmos itself. More deeply, the dragon is related to kinetic power — to all that moves in spirals. So the coils of the dragon draw us in to a deep discussion of the fundamental energetic power of a cosmos whose basic movements are serpentine — coiling and releasing, gathering and dispersing, shedding and regenerating — one sinuous energy that is also multifaceted. This power is paradoxical — it creates and destroys, it births and it devours. Like the world itself, it is beautiful and it is terrifying. So this power is met in vastly different ways — with awe and reverence, and with fear and suspicion. How a culture views dragons says a lot about how they view... the world. For the dragon is the primal power of creation, and to explore dragon story is to explore how human beings have interacted with the world and its powers, its cycles and convolutions, across cultures and generations. Discussions on the world-dragon have deep relevance at a time when socio-historical power patterns are repeating, and forgotten monsters waking, and old power structures crumbling and new ones rising. At stake are questions of how we as human beings treat vast, monstrous, beautiful, paradoxical, primal powers. Featuring interviews with Nyoongar Elder Noel Nannup and Shipibo Professor Eli Sanchez Pakan Meni and original music from Victor Sakshin, Jeunae Elita, Travis Puntarelli, Charlotte Malin Collins and Marya Stark, this episode asks us to stare deep into the eyes of the flashing, feathered, scaled, fractal power at the heart of creation itself. Enter.... THE DRAGON. Support the show

Lets understand what healthy boundaries truly mean, not as rigid walls of protection, but as living, conscious guidelines rooted in self-knowledge. This conversation looks at why boundaries keep shifting, how attachment and detachment coexist, and when boundaries turn self-destructive. We discuss how the body communicates its limits through signals like fatigue, digestion issues, skin breakouts, and even chronic disease and why ignoring these signals comes at a cost. This episode is for anyone who feels “bad at boundaries” and is ready to replace control with clarity, fear with awareness, and resistance with conscious choice.Episode Highlights :Healthy boundaries are not walls or emotional prisonsHow self-knowledge determines the quality of your boundariesRecognizing self-destructive boundaries How your body “keeps the score” Baby Steps for Healthy Boundaries Episode Timestamps: 00:00 - 05:00: What are Healthy Boundaries? 05:00 - 11:00 How do you know your boundaries are healthy? 11:00 - 19:30: Love-Hate Relationships 19:30 - 35:00: Know Body to know your Boundaries 35:00 - 42:30: How to address pent up feelings42:30 - 46:00: Self-love in the purest form Guest Profile: Ananta Ripa Ajmera is a spiritual teacher and 10-time award-winning, 2-time bestselling author of The Way of the Goddess and The Ayurveda Way.
