What was the one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love? Me. I struggled with a lot of worthiness issues. Getting from “Who am I” to “Who am I not?” was a struggle for me. Who is one person who has changed your life for the better? Maya Angelou. What is the best advice that you have ever received? Don’t take advice from people who don’t have what you want. What is your favorite self care habit? To write down my goals every day. It’s a really great marker for me to see where my heart is. It’s my version of journaling.
