Carl Edwards ended a 70-race winless streak after he scored the win in the Kobalt Tools 500 at Phoenix Int'l Raceway while the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship battle tightened up with one race to go.
Kurt Busch led 234 laps, including a last-lap pass of Carl Edwards, on his way to winning a green-white-checkered finish Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Busch held off Jeff Gordon, who had his second runner-up finish of the season to hold onto the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series point standings. Hear from Gordon and Busch, who had his fourth career race with a perfect Driver Rating.
The Atlanta Motor Speedway hosts its 100th NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. on Sunday.
