In this episode, I explore a concept that immediately stopped me in my tracks: the otrovert.I first encountered this idea when my wife shared an article with me and said, “This feels like you.” The article introduced the term otrovert—someone who isn't quite an introvert or an extrovert, but a person who can enjoy people deeply while still feeling fundamentally outside of groups.That moment sent me down a rabbit hole. ENOCH'S TOUR of the spirit realm continues with a view of the throne room of God. He describes the four archangels—Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Phanuel—and their responsibilities. Shayla had been sitting on the stairs of her aunt and uncle's new house, learning the lyrics to “Hey There Delilah” on her Kindle. It was a normal summer day, the kind where nothing felt strange or dangerous. The house was brand-new, perfectly quiet, and she had never once felt afraid there. But that afternoon, something unsettled her. The air felt heavier than usual. The landing on the stairs suddenly felt too quiet. Down by 16 points in the fourth quarter, the team overcame the odds with a pivotal punt return, a wild two-point conversion, and an incredible touchdown grab by AJ Barner. We take a brief look back at the win over the Indianapolis Colts, and Jason Myers incredible performance with six field goals, before looking ahead with optimism at the Rams game on Thursday night. Concerns about offensive consistency continue, but if the offense can convert their scoring drives to touchdowns and continue to limit turnovers, Coach Macdonald has seemed to find a way to limit the Rams explosive offense. Defensively, Seattle should even be able to improve with Jarran Reed in the lineup after missing the first Rams game, Ernest Jones seemingly healthy in comparison and Julian Love back in the lineup. Missing Devonte Adams could be big, although he only had the one catch for a touchdown in the last match. The weather could prove to be a challenge for both teams, with rain in the forecast as well as gusting winds. In the second half of the show, we talk about how some Rams fans have their eye on Joe Burrow considering his recent comments. But could a team like the Dallas Cowboys or Philadelphia Eagles make more sense? Do Better call outs go to the Cleveland Brows for continuing their disfunction in odd ways and to the weather impacting the northwest.
