In this episode I talk to my manifesting-generator childhood friend Nikki Johnston. I always 'joke' that this podcast is a great way for me to catch up with friends (and it really is), but these conversations are more than just shooting the sh*t. Nikki shares her journey from thinking that she 'should' have a desk job to becoming a pregnancy and postpartum fitness coach. There was some trial and error along the way (as there should be), but at the core of it Nikki knew what she loved most. Which was to spend time out in nature, moving, getting stronger, and building connection to self. When Nikki herself got pregnant a couple of years ago her fitness business evolved into one where she helps pregnant women and new mothers take care of themselves and have a better understanding of their bodies. She also shares her journey to motherhood - and I am so happy she did. So many struggle with this journey and Nikki sharing her story will hopefully help others feel not so alone. If you are pregnant, a new mom, or know someone who is, please feel free to spread the word about Nikki! She is a wonderful human with so much knowledge to share. Oh!
