Welcome to Episode 25:Living a Life in Flow w/ Eva Payne Eva Payne is a life strategist, a spiritual seeker, and a mother to six amazing humans. She holds a Masters of Science in Leadership and Management & studied at the Salt City Psychedelic and Therapy Research Program. She has also served as the Founder and Executive Director of Project Kindle, a nonprofit for youth impacted by HIV or AIDS, since 1998. She has designed and implemented large summer camps and retreats for over 20 years. She is the author of The Flow Life Funnel and The Magic in Flow. She is also a fellow podcast host on her podcast, Ideas to Human Better. She is currently the Program Creator of the Flow Life Retreat, which uses plant medicine to help people break through trauma, find their flow, and heal by embodying their wholeness. We wholeheartedly believe this woman to be a force for good on this planet. In this episode, Eva dives into what it means to understand the question "Who are you? "while sharing her experience in creating retreats for children affected by HIV & AIDS. From a young age Eva Payne found a passion by starting a nonprofit geared towards helping kids with HIV/AIDS. While running this organization, Eva kept listening to her intuition and stayed in touch with her thoughts on human nature and everybody's individual essence. It was this type of awareness and thought to herself and others that prompted Eva to search even deeper within.  Eva decided to take a break from it all and search within herself for more answers. From there, the concepts for her book called The Flow Life Funnel started to pour out of her mind and onto the computer screen. Today she is not only coaching on these concepts, but also happy to speak about them and build upon the concepts she has proven to work and help others.

After building that organization, she found herself at a crossroads when her marriage ended. She began searching for the next chapter of her career that would look and feel as joyful as she felt when she was building Project Kindle. That’s when the idea for Color Flow Life came to her, and she has been running with it ever since. In Eva’s interview, we talk about how important it is to SOCIETY for all of us to live in a state of flow as often as possible and how we need to give ourselves permission to be completely authentic. We talked about how dangerous it can be to create a fake persona on social media and the psychological impact that can have. When Bryyan Jackson was a baby, his father entered his hospital room and injected a syringe of HIV-tainted blood into his tiny body. At times during his childhood, he was expected to die. Now 18, he'll put on his black cap and gown and graduate from High School in St. Charles, near St. Louis. Shielded from the public for much of his life since his father's high-profile criminal trial a decade ago, Brryan is now an outspoken advocate for people with AIDS, and the power of faith and forgiveness. Brryan has started a nonprofit called Hope Is Vital. He will work this summer with Project Kindle, a Valencia, Calif.-based organization that sponsors summer camps for children affected by the disease. He also serves as a speaker with that group and a St. Peters, Mo.-based ministry, Upward Bound Ministries.
