Even IF Diddy Is Found Innocent The Feds Could Take EVERYTHING He Owns Was Diddy really channeling his inner Suge Knight, or is this just another chapter in a long list of shocking allegations? The latest superseding indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs is expanding the timeline of alleged criminal activity all the way back to 2004, bringing new victims and even more disturbing details to light—including an incident where a victim was allegedly dangled over a balcony. Former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins Tony Brueski to break down the new charges, the introduction of RICO, and the government's aggressive pursuit of Diddy's assets before a conviction. Is civil forfeiture a necessary tool for justice, or just a legal loophole for the government to cash in? And if someone is later found not guilty, do they even have a shot at getting their stuff back? (Spoiler: Probably not.) With more allegations surfacing and the stakes getting higher, how will this case unfold—and just how much of Diddy's empire will be left standing when it's all said and done? #DiddyCase #TrueCrime #HiddenKillers #RICOCharges #CivilForfeiture #EricFaddis #JusticeSystem Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Will Diddy's Enablers Face Charges For Doing Sean Combs Bidding? Did Diddy take a page out of Suge Knight's playbook, or is the alleged balcony-dangling just an eerie coincidence? The latest superseding indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs is stacking up like a high-stakes game of legal Jenga, and it's starting to look like some of the people who once worked behind the scenes might now be flipping on him. With allegations of sex trafficking, coercion, and criminal enterprise swirling, the feds seem pretty confident they've built an ironclad case—but why haven't we seen more arrests? And then there's that lingering connection to Tupac's murder. While no charges have been filed against Diddy in relation to the rapper's death, whispers and allegations refuse to fade, especially with Keefe D sitting in the hot seat. Could the past finally be catching up with him in more ways than one? If this case keeps expanding, could Diddy's courtroom appearances outlast his entire music career? #TrueCrime #Diddy #RICO #HiddenKillers #Tupac #Justice #Investigation Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Diddy Brought Up On RICO Charges, What It Means Explained With Attorney Bob Motta Did Diddy take a page out of the Suge Knight playbook—allegedly? The latest superseding indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs suggests a criminal enterprise so vast it now has an official name in court documents: Combs Enterprises. With allegations ranging from sex trafficking and coercion to bribery, obstruction of justice, and even arson, the feds aren't just throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks—they're building a wall around him. Defense Attorney Bob Motta of Defense Diaries joins Tony Brueski to break down the legal implications of these new charges, explaining how the feds use RICO to target the alleged head of the operation—even if they don't have a direct smoking gun for every crime. And this case is no sloppy state-run prosecution; when the feds come for you, they come prepared. With a trial set for May 2025 (not likely), we dig into what this means for Diddy, his alleged empire, and the many legal battles ahead. Oh, and about that whole hanging-a-person-off-a-balcony thing—was that really a Vanilla Ice-style power move, or something far more sinister? #DiddyIndictment #TrueCrime #RICO #CombsEnterprises #HiddenKillers #DefenseDiaries #CrimeNews Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? How far would someone go to keep their secrets hidden—or flaunt them instead? In 2009, Dwayne Keefe D. Davis claimed Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly placed a bounty on Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight. Yet, for over a decade, this bombshell confession languished in the shadows. Now, with court proceedings finally addressing these claims, the psychological labyrinth surrounding this case takes center stage. What motivates someone to hold onto such an explosive secret—or brazenly admit to it years later? Could this be about ego, guilt, or a thirst for attention? And how does this fit into the alleged patterns of power, control, and revenge tied to one of hip-hop's most infamous sagas? With new evidence unearthing long-buried accusations, the spotlight now falls on Keefe D's chilling admission and its implications. Can justice still be served after 30 years, or will the truth remain as elusive as ever? #TrueCrime #TupacShakur #DiddyAllegations #HipHopMurder #PsychologicalThrillers #ColdCase #TrueCrimeCommunity Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the man accused of orchestrating the 1996 murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur, is officially heading to trial. A Las Vegas judge denied Davis's motion to dismiss the murder charge, clearing the path for a trial set to begin in March. For a case that's lingered in the shadows of hip-hop history for nearly three decades, this marks a seismic shift in the pursuit of justice. In a courtroom showdown that felt like a scene out of a legal thriller, Davis's defense team argued that the evidence against their client lacked merit. The prosecution, however, pushed back with a compelling narrative: Davis's own words are his undoing. From interviews to his 2019 memoir Compton Street Legend, Davis has openly discussed his connection to the events surrounding Shakur's death, providing prosecutors with a veritable treasure trove of statements to scrutinize. The trial is set to explore Davis's alleged role in orchestrating the drive-by shooting that claimed Shakur's life on the Las Vegas Strip. Tupac, just 25 at the time, was riding in a car with Death Row Records' Suge Knight when he was fatally shot in a hail of bullets. The crime, and the subsequent lack of resolution, has haunted fans and fueled conspiracy theories for decades. Davis's 2023 arrest was the result of a renewed investigation, bolstered by modern investigative techniques and Davis's own admissions. According to prosecutors, Davis was a self-proclaimed "shot caller" who orchestrated the attack as part of a long-running gang feud. His public statements, made with a mix of bravado and fatalism, have become a central piece of the prosecution's case. With a March trial looming, the stakes couldn't be higher. For Shakur's family and fans, the prospect of justice is bittersweet—both a long-awaited reckoning and a painful reminder of an enduring loss. The trial promises to shine a spotlight on a case that has captivated and frustrated the public for years, with Davis standing at the center of the storm. As the court gears up for opening arguments, one thing is clear: after nearly 30 years, the fight for answers in Tupac Shakur's murder is far from over. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Newly released legal documents reveal a secretly recorded police interview with Duane "Keefe D" Davis, who is currently awaiting trial for Tupac's murder, where Keefe D implicates Diddy as the mastermind behind the crime, allegedly offering millions for the deaths of both Tupac and Suge Knight. Tony breaks down the shocking details from the interview transcript, examines Diddy's denials, and explores the implications of these revelations for both Diddy's ongoing legal battles and the decades-long investigation into Tupac's unsolved murder. Matt Birkbeck - The Life We ChoseJan 24, 2024“The Life We Chose—an unforgettable story. A really great read.” —Nicholas Pileggi, author of Wiseguy and Casino and screenwriter of GoodfellasFrom Matt Birkbeck—investigative journalist and executive producer of Netflix's #1 movie Girl in the Picture—a revelatory father/surrogate son story that takes readers deep inside the inner workings of the mob through the eyes of William “Big Billy” D'Elia, the right-hand man to legendary mafia kingpin Russell Bufalino, who ran organized crime in the US for more than fifty years.William “Big Billy” D'Elia is Mafia royalty. The “adopted” son of legendary organized crime boss Russell Bufalino, for decades D'Elia had unequaled access to the man the FBI and US Justice Department considered one of the leading organized crime figures in the United States. But the government had no real idea as to the breadth of Bufalino's power and influence—or that it was Bufalino, from his bucolic home base in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who reigned over the five families in New York and other organized crime families throughout the country. For nearly thirty years, D'Elia was at Bufalino's side, and “Russ's son” was a witness and participant to major historical events that have stymied law enforcement, perplexed journalists, and produced false and wild narratives in books and movies—not the least of which being the infamous disappearance of union boss Jimmy Hoffa. In addition, their reach was illustrated by their relationships with Frank Sinatra, Marlon Brando, Michael Jackson, Suge Knight, and many other celebrities and personalities.D'Elia became the de facto leader of the Bufalino family upon Russell Bufalino's imprisonment in 1979, and he officially took control upon Bufalino's death in 1994 until his arrest in 2006, when he was charged with money laundering and the attempted murder of a witness. He pled guilty to money laundering and witness tampering and was released from federal prison in 2012.Candid and unapologetic, D'Elia is finally ready to reveal the real story behind the myths and in so doing paints a complicated, compelling, and stunning portrait of crime, power, money, and finally, family.BookWebsiteBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.
Tupac Shakur's family has taken a significant step in seeking justice for the legendary rapper's 1996 death by hiring high-profile attorney Alex Spiro to dig deeper into the case. Despite decades of speculation, multiple conspiracy theories, and false leads, Tupac's murder remains officially unsolved. Recent developments, including new evidence and arrests, have prompted the family to bring in Spiro, known for his expertise in handling high-profile cases involving celebrities. His reputation as a sharp, tenacious attorney makes him an ideal choice for re-examining Tupac's murder, and the family hopes his involvement will help uncover details that the original investigation could not provide. The decision to hire Spiro follows the 2023 Las Vegas police search of Duane "Keffe D" Davis's home, which reignited interest in the case. Spiro is expected to work closely with the family and potentially collaborate with authorities to re-evaluate evidence, witness statements, and new leads. He may focus on challenging existing narratives and investigating overlooked connections to uncover fresh insights into the events that led to Tupac's fatal shooting in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. The Shakur family's decision to hire Spiro highlights their determination to find answers and achieve closure in a case that has long remained unsolved, hoping that his involvement will bring long-awaited accountability to those responsible for Tupac's untimely death.(commercial at 8:07)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Tupac's family hires attorney Alex Spiro to find Diddy murder link | Daily Mail OnlineThe East Coast-West Coast hip-hop feud of the 1990s, primarily involving Tupac Shakur, Sean "Diddy" Combs, and The Notorious B.I.G., remains one of the most infamous sagas in music history. What began as a personal falling-out between former friends Tupac and Biggie after a 1994 shooting at Quad Studios in New York escalated into a deadly rivalry. Tupac believed Diddy and Biggie were involved in the ambush, fueling his anger and intensifying the conflict. After being bailed out of prison by Death Row Records' CEO Suge Knight, Tupac fully aligned himself with the West Coast and released the infamous diss track "Hit 'Em Up," publicly attacking Biggie and Bad Boy Records. As the feud gained national attention, gang affiliations on both sides deepened the animosity. Suge Knight's provocations and media sensationalism only fueled the escalating tension between Death Row and Bad Boy.The rivalry ultimately culminated in the tragic murders of both Tupac and Biggie. Tupac was shot in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996, after a violent altercation with Orlando Anderson, a known gang member, and died six days later. Less than six months later, on March 9, 1997, Biggie was gunned down in Los Angeles after attending a party. Both murders remain officially unsolved, although recent developments, including the indictment of Duane "Keefe D" Davis in connection with Tupac's death, have revived hope of uncovering the truth. In a recent interview with Michael Franzese, former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight made several allegations concerning Sean "Diddy" Combs and other figures in the music industry. Knight claimed that Diddy had inappropriate relationships with artists Usher and Justin Bieber, alleging that Diddy engaged in sexual activities with both when they were young. He expressed particular concern for Bieber, stating, "It was the saddest thing in the world what they did to Justin Bieber. They had sex with him. I hate to say that because I really like Justin Bieber. I feel bad for Justin Bieber."Additionally, Knight suggested that Diddy and Snoop Dogg shared an unusually close and "uncomfortable" relationship, implying that their interactions went beyond professional boundaries. He stated, "Snoop and Puffy was so close, closer than close, closer than most. They would do things together, and part[y] together, and do things that it was uncomfortable for two men to be that way."We also hear from Diddy's team who responded to the recent comments made by Shyne.(commercial at 8:59)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Suge Knight Claims Diddy Groomed Justin Bieber & 'Molested' Usher | HipHopDX

The legacies of Tupac and Biggie continue to influence hip-hop, serving as stark reminders of the violent cost of fame and the dangerous intersection of music, street life, and power.(commercial at 11:54)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Kefee D, who is charged with the murder of Tupac, wrote a book called "Compton Street Legend" and said that Diddy ordered the hit on Tupac. He also says that the only two people who are alive from that night are himself and Suge Knight. Will they speak up? Diddy also has a new judge, Arun Subramanian, assigned to the case which means that his attorneys can have 2 more opportunities to make their case to get Diddy out of custody. He also has new attorneys assigned to the case, Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro. Alexandra is an appellate attorney and is signed on the appeal of the denial of bail. Interestingly she is also the appellate lawyer for Sam Bankman Fried and filed his appeal for a new trial. The evidence after two trials seems clear that Lyle and Erik Menendez murdered their parents in Beverly Hills in 1989. They were convicted after their second trial in 1996. The brothers filed a Habeas petition asking the court to vacate the conviction based on new evidence. On Thursday, 10-3-24, District Attorney Gascon stated there will be a hearing at the end of November. Tupac's family hired Alex Spiro, Alec Baldwin's attorney in the Rust case, to investigate to see if Diddy has any connection with the murder. Now that Diddy is in custody, that investigation may be easier to do. It would be natural to question Keefe D and Suge Knight.
