This segment was played on Leo Laporte's This Week in Tech show which is an American technology podcast. The Residents Network has shared this segment as we think it perfectly highlights how hackers use 'Social Engineering' to gain access to your digital world. If a hacker with the right skills and resources is determined to to hack you, then there is probably little you can do to protect yourself but the good news is that ordinary citizens are unlikely to be targeted. However, Surrey businesses should take some simple steps to protect themselves and train their staff to take this threat seriously. This Week in Tech is a fantastic technology show available on multiple platforms. Follow them on twitter @TWiT
