Paying of debt and reducing expenses has been one of the BEST decisions of my life! I call it the tax-free raise. If your job gives your a 5% raise, Uncle Sam will be right there waiting for his cut. Recently Jay Z sold 50% of his liquor company to LVMH a publicly traded company based out of Paris, France. Not only did I become a co-owner (in a very small way) but I also picked up owner ship in Nestle and more. The VIGI ETF also pays a quarterly dividend.
