U.S. Lacrosse All-American, Prom Queen, D1 Army West Point Women’s Lacrosse commit… what could be better? I talk about my struggles with mental health along with my goal of ending the stigma around speaking up.
Two years of hell and I'm coming back stronger than ever. I can finally say I'm genuinely doing ok. I'm finding answers, getting help, and changing directions. I'm doing what's best for myself and my mental health which is what I've needed all along. I'm moving forward and not looking back, only good energy from here on out. I'm healing.Enjoy! All my love, Reagan :)Never be afraid to put yourself and your mental health first. Be courageous. Instagram: @reagansrays @embrayceable #tenacioustogether
In this week's episode, we're being optimistic! I talk about having dreams, goals, and aspirations and how to keep them attainable rather than daunting. I needed some positivity and laughs in my episode this week and this episode did just that. I love the advice in this one and I hope you do too!MAKE A VISION BOARD TO LOOK AT EACH DAY. It doesn't need to be artistic just print out some pics and put it on a poster board so that on your hardest days you can look at something that will make you want to fight :). Another Sunday means another podcast! I'm loving this schedule. This one is close to my heart. Setbacks are hard for me. This past year I felt like I took 5 steps forward just to take another couple steps back. It's frustrating and it's hard to put my anger into words but I filmed this podcast at the perfect time. If you listen to the tone of my voice in this podcast it switches from energized to angry to sad to tired. These are all the ups and downs of my mental health, the ride of my life. Remember, setbacks aren't permanent and they happen to show you truly how much you've grown. Don't let setbacks discourage you or make you feel disappointed in yourself. Use them as a reflection to remember how far you've come. Remember you're loved and I hear you and see you, Reagan :) Instagram: @blankrtpage TikTok: @blankrtpage Twitter: @blankrtpage #embraceable
Happy Sunday! :) Diving in deep talking about how I adjust to change and beginning a new semester as well as the grind of a Division 1 Women's Lacrosse season. This first week of spring semester and preseason has been tough but I've shown HUGE progress. ALSO, I talk about Selena Gomez' new documentary, My Mind & Me, where she is real and vulnerable about her mental health and the not so pretty side of being a celebrity. I use this week's podcast as a therapeutic way to help me and the Blank Page community get through a hard week with some valuable lessons on feeling anxious and sad. Please please reach out to me and send questions and or feedback, I love hearing from you all! Happy listening! Love, Reagan Tenaglia
Hi! I took a break to heal my mind, body, and soul this winter break. I'm starting 2023 with Season 3 (a fresh start with new creative ideas). In this episode, I talk about how I turn my nerves into excitement and how I became a leader in my own free-spirited way instead of structured. I'm working on being my vulnerable self to explore and start creating more authentic relationships and being unapologetically myself. My goal for 2023 is to post a podcast every Sunday to start each week off with a bang! P.S. if you have any good book recommendations or anyone you'd like to see come on my podcast DM or text me! :) All my love and enjoy, and please send me feedback. You guys are amazing. Thank you for making this possible!~Reagan Tenaglia
Blank Page Podcast 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! I'm beyond grateful to have this platform to speak about my mental health battles and let people know that they're not alone in their fight. In this episode, I discuss how mental health progress isn't a straight linear path. You go through ups and downs, it's a roller coaster. I also talk about the early warning signs of depression, and deciding on medication. #embraceable
I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to speak with CU Boulder Division 1 Lacrosse Player #32, Taylor Smith. Taylor talks about how she overcame two eating disorders, imposter syndrome, and is still taking on anxiety today. We want to remind you that your bodies are for function ability and to be kind to yourself when life gets hard. Thank you Taylor, we look forward to your blog! :)
Today, I had an amazing opportunity to talk to a senior at NFHS, Ryan Fitzpatrick. Ryan talks about his experience now being a mentor at the amputee camp he would go to as a child and the process of getting recruited in wheelchair basketball. He is an example to all kids that you can do anything you put your mind to and your embrace who you are! It was a pleasure having you on the Blank Page Ryan, thank you!
First guest star! Meagan Beal, Senior Division 1 Women's Lacrosse player on the Furman Paladins and President of the Morgan's Message Chapter at Furman joins me to discuss changing your perspective, what you make of your identity, and embracing imperfections.
Be in the present, the “What If's” will kill you. Don't hide your emotions you need to let yourself feel and release
Take the initiative in addressing your struggles. When you address how you're actually doing you're already one step closer to healing and growing into being a better you. Be proud of yourself, I'm proud of you. Fight everyday for you.

Your story alone will help end the stigma and save many lives. You're so strong and brave.Together, we need to find a way student athletes can reach out for the help they need. A CHANGE NEEDS TO BE MADE, no more wishing things didn't happen more what can we do to make SURE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. With you 1️⃣9️⃣
We're human it's ok to explore our thoughts, but we can't let them scare us. RISE ABOVE THEM. In fact, most of the time our heart does more for us than our head. Allows us to feel rather than react, be PROACTIVE.
It takes courage to be imperfect, why hide from your obstacles? It's what keeps your head held high every morning by overcoming such things, and built the strength you have today. Be a LISTENING EAR, reach out to someone, life is too short. Recorded 12/8/21 at 2:36pm.
