The Veil lifts and we begin to see the truth. Coming off NYC, we spend Christmas away which allows us to separate from our reality and get more understanding. Our pastors world is slowly crumbling around him, and us. This starts the beginning of our liberation, before things actually get way worse.  And hang tight for our favorite smells in this weeks final four. 

The trip of a lifetime that helped change it all. At the end of our wits and our wallets, we took the opportunity to visit family in the Big Apple. It was there that the fog began to lift slightly and we (Ben) were asked some questions; that for the first time started to sink in just a little. A huge part of our rescue started here. 

Our final year. Continued long hours, continued distance between us. We talk about the months leading up to the unraveling... Africa part 2, more gambling, and an office lease. Also hear our most memorable Chipotle dates. #unevenfood

So after we were rich for 3 seconds, we started THE business that kept Ben busy for years (as well as nocturnal). This is when the clamps came down and our pastor became the CEO and dictator of our life. In our final four we discuss just a few of our obsessions #magnificent7

Ben is smart, but is he smarter than a 5th grader? One time we were on TV and won a lot of money. We prayed specifically for this money and it was used to launch a new business, and a lot of other things. Also, learn some guilty pleasures and the importance of a good straw when sipping Diet Coke.

Have a good business idea? Or even a terrible one? Reality is we probably tried it. In this episode we go over the businesses we started as a church to bring in money (read lose money). And learn Carlie's 1 million pet peeves in our final four.
