It's easy to tell our friends about why the person you're with isn't making the cut. Your partner has annoying habits, the sex isn't that great, it's not as good as it was when you first hooked up, or they stopped doing the things that grabbed your attention at the beginning. Of all the reasons we can chat over a bottle (or two) of wine about explaining why our relationship isn't working out, rarely do we reflect on ourselves and how we showed up in that relationship. Stephan Speaks has been helping women (and men) have more fulfilling relationships with the kind of advice that cuts straight through the B.S. and gets right to the heart of the matter. The 100+ million views on his YouTube channel speaks for itself. How do you avoid another bad relationship? How do you choose the best partner for you and invest your time wisely to find the right partner for you? Lisa is digging in and asking all the questions we think about and Stephan is delivering on the hard truths we don't want to hear, but we need to hear if we're serious about having a loving, long-term, healthy relationship. You deserve to thrive in your relationship and that means bringing all of you and the best of you to the table with your partner. Some the hard issues Original air date: 2-8-23 Stephan and Lisa are hitting on include: Why relationship tricks and hacks don't build meaningful relationships Great sex alone is never a valid reason to stay with anyone Exposing the lies and B.S. we've been told are the “norm” for relationships It's time to stop compromising and setting yourself up for heartache and start making better decisions to find and create the relationship of your dreams. Through dreams, nature, synchronicities, and messages delivered through others, Mike's experiences offer powerful reassurance that Spirit communicates in ways that are meaningful, precise, and impossible to dismiss. In this episode, Dr. Jockers explains why dangerous belly fat isn't a calorie issue but a hormone issue, and why insulin control is the real key to fat loss. You'll learn how visceral fat actively drives inflammation, aging, and chronic disease, even in people who appear healthy on the outside. This sets the foundation for understanding what actually blocks fat burning in the body. You'll discover how elevated insulin locks the body into fat-storage mode and why common symptoms like cravings, brain fog, stubborn weight, and low energy are warning signs of insulin resistance. The episode connects these symptoms to deeper metabolic dysfunction rather than willpower or discipline. You'll also learn the daily habits that flip your metabolism from storing fat to burning it, including how food quality, sleep, movement, and muscle directly impact insulin levels. Along the way, Dr. Jockers shares practical strategies that improve metabolic flexibility while leaving room for deeper insights as you listen. Healing from covert narcissistic abuse doesn't follow a calendar—and January doesn't require clarity, decisions, or resolutions. If you're entering the new year feeling foggy, heavy, or unsure, this episode is for you. Instead of pushing urgency, motivation, or “fresh starts,” this conversation offers something survivors of covert narcissism actually need: orientation, safety, and permission to go slowly. In this New Year's Day episode, we explore why January can feel more like an aftermath than a beginning, especially if you're still in the relationship, newly out, or years removed but still impacted. We talk about what covert narcissistic abuse does to your nervous system, why information alone isn't enough, and how healing often shows up quietly—not dramatically. This episode also introduces how the podcast will function as a guided path this year, with grounding Sunday episodes and more connective Thursday conversations, including community chats. In this episode, we cover: Why January pressure can be harmful for survivors How covert narcissism disrupts self-trust and internal orientation Why healing doesn't require decisions or urgency Signs of healing that are often overlooked What to expect from the podcast moving forward How community and shared language support recovery You are not behind. You are not doing this wrong. And you don't have to decide anything yet. We're often told that gratitude is the answer, that if we could just appreciate what we have, everything would feel better. And while gratitude can be grounding and healing, there is a side of it that doesn't get talked about enough. In this solo episode, I explore what happens when gratitude turns into pressure, when "I should be grateful" becomes a way of silencing your truth, minimizing your exhaustion, or staying stuck in a situation that no longer fits. This is what I call the gratitude trap, and it's one many physicians encounter, especially at moments of transition. This episode is an invitation to reclaim gratitude as a source of support rather than self-abandonment. If you've ever questioned your career and then talked yourself out of listening to that inner voice, this conversation is for you. In this episode, we're talking about: The difference between gratitude that expands you and gratitude that shuts you down How "I should be grateful" can quietly keep you stuck Why comparison is not a reason to ignore your own truth What authentic gratitude actually sounds like Signs your energy is contracting vs. expanding in your work How listening to discomfort can point you toward a better fit Using gratitude as support rather than pressure You can find the show notes for this episode and more information by clicking here: www.doctorscrossing.com/episode237 Links for this episode: We're continuing our podcast-sharing contest through January
Why does intuition feel normal, but psychic still makes people squirm? Why are so many of us feeling more sensitive, more aware, more affected by the world than ever before? Something is shifting. People aren't just asking for answers anymore. They're asking about their soul, their abilities, their inner knowing. Is consciousness changing, or are we finally paying attention? In this episode of Language of Love, I sit down with John Holland, one of the most respected psychic mediums of our time and a true pioneer in spiritual communication. For more than three decades, John has helped people understand intuition, mediumship, and the ongoing relationship we continue to have with our loved ones after physical death. We talk about how human consciousness is changing and why people are no longer just seeking answers about the future. More and more, we are asking questions about our soul, our purpose, and our own intuitive abilities. John has a beautiful way of making these experiences feel grounded and accessible, while still honoring how sacred they are. We also talk openly about grief, including the loss of a child, shared death experiences, and deathbed visions. John explains why no one ever crosses over alone and how communication does not end when the body dies. It simply changes form. Signs, synchronicities, numbers, sensations, and quiet knowings become the new language of love. John shares why mediums are not meant to be a permanent bridge, but more like a jumper cable. They help us remember that every one of us has the ability to access guidance, connection, and love from the other side. At the end of the episode, he offers five simple and practical ways to strengthen your intuition, tools you can begin using right away to trust what you feel and sense. This conversation is both comforting and empowering. It is a reminder that grief does not disconnect us from love, and intuition is not something we have to learn. It is something we remember. We explore: Why intuition and psychic ability are natural to all of us How and why collective consciousness is changing. The difference between intuition, psychic ability, and mediumship How loved ones communicate after death through signs and synchronicities Shared death experiences and deathbed visions explained Why no one ever transitions alone How grief softens when we understand the soul continues The role of mediums and why you do not need one forever How sensitivity can be both a gift and something to learn how to manage Five ways to strengthen your intuitive connection Why love does not end with death, it changes how it speaks Remember, your intuition is simply the language your soul uses to speak to you. If you feel called to explore and develop those gifts more deeply, you can dive into John's books, including The Psychic Navigator, or join his intimate Soul Community. You can also connect with John on his Website or Instagram to stay up to date with his work. And if you're walking a path of grief or healing, you don't have to do it alone. Have you ever said, "I just don't feel like myself anymore" — even though your labs look normal? In this episode of the Health Fix Podcast, Dr. Jannine Krause breaks down why inflammation starts in the brain, how it drives fatigue, brain fog, cravings, hormone imbalance, and accelerated aging — and why 2026 is the year to stop suppressing symptoms and start correcting root causes. Inflammation isn't just a body problem. It's a brain health issue first. Your brain uses 20% of your daily calories, and when inflammation is present, it shifts into defensive mode, not performance mode. That's when clarity disappears, energy crashes, and nothing feels like it's working anymore.

If you find yourself obsessing over every tiny editing mistake, it's time to relax a bit. No-one is going to mind about the odd breath or 0.2 second pause. Remember, podcasting can be a fun hobby, not just a business strategy or stress-inducing chore. Comparing yourself to full-time creators may lead to burnout, so embrace your unique journey and what your individuality can bring to your show. Over-planning your episodes can kill spontaneity. Keep it real and authentic for you and your audience. If recording feels like a chore, it might be time to reevaluate why you started podcasting in the first place and fall in love with the podcasting process all over again.Podcast Episodes Mentioned:Ep 43: Should I Quit My Podcast? >> https://lazygirlpod.captivate.fm/episode/ep-43-should-i-quit-my-podcastEp 100: Why It's Okay to Take a Break from Podcasting >> https://lazygirlpod.captivate.fm/episode/100Ep 112: 7 Tips to Get Out of a Podcasting Creative Slump >> https://lazygirlpod.captivate.fm/episode/ep-112-7-tips-to-get-out-of-a-podcasting-creative-slump/

Today's guest sits right at the intersection of ambition, emotional intelligence, and the science of love — and this conversation is one I know so many of you will feel deeply. I'm joined by Melissa Nanavati, a speaker, author, and Relationship Architect who helps high performers build peaceful, thriving relationships without sacrificing their big goals. Melissa blends neuroscience, biology, and lived experience to teach ambitious women how to apply the same skills that make them successful in business… to love. Despite early success as a textbook author and Fortune 100 consultant, Melissa found herself stuck in anxious attachment and went on over 100 first dates before meeting her husband. What happened next is powerful — in their first year together, they raised $1.1 million while running two businesses. Through that journey, Melissa developed science-backed frameworks that support executives, founders, and driven women who want relationships that feel secure, grounded, and aligned with who they're becoming. In this episode, we dive into love, attachment, ambition, nervous system regulation, dating, healing, and what it truly takes to thrive in partnership as a high performer. If you've ever felt like you can excel in business but struggle in relationships — this conversation is for you. You're not broken. You've just never been given the frameworks. And Melissa is here to change that. What We Cover in This Episode

2025 didn't break you — it refined you. And 2026 isn't asking you to become someone new. It's asking you to come home. In this episode, we explore why the “new year, new you” mindset often leads to burnout and self-sabotage — and why real change doesn't come from urgency, hustle, or fixing yourself. We talk about: Why your body and nervous system respond to safety, not pressure How integration matters more than intensity right now Why so many New Year goals fail — and what actually supports lasting change The difference between reinventing yourself and returning to who you've always been This is the heart behind The Nourished Woman Within — a space where nutrition, movement, energy, faith, and inner child healing come together instead of competing. You can have liver damage for decades without any signs of liver failure. Spotting these 7 early signs of liver disease could save your life. Find out about the signs your liver is dying so you can act before it's too late.0:00 Introduction: 7 signs your liver is dying0:32 The real cause of liver damage 1:14 7 liver dying symptoms3:05 Right shoulder pain4:06 Itchy skin and liver disease 5:16 Swollen abdomen and liver problems6:57 Reversing liver damage 8:22 How to improve liver health quickly Your liver is the hardest-working organ in your body, and the only major organ that can completely regenerate. Here are 7 liver warning signs that may indicate liver damage before the issue becomes too severe.1. Waking up between 2 and 3 a.m. A dysfunctional liver causes excessive blood sugar swings at night. A steep drop in blood sugar while you're sleeping spikes adrenaline, which will wake you up.2. Right shoulder painWhen the liver is damaged, bile production slows down, leading to sluggish and clogged bile ducts. This can cause referred pain in the right shoulder. 3. Bruise easilyThe liver makes clotting factors, so if it's damaged, you may find that you bruise more easily. 4. ItchingItching at night, particularly on the bottom of the feet and other parts of the body, can be caused by excess bile that backs up in the liver. 5. Low tolerance to alcoholPeople with liver problems can not efficiently break down alcohol, which causes more toxicity in the body.6. Fat belly/skinny legs A protruding belly is usually caused by an advanced form of liver damage called ascites, where fluid begins to build up in the abdomen. This is often associated with legs that are skinny due to muscle loss. 7. Brain irritationWhen the liver is damaged, you can't effectively break down protein, which causes a backup of ammonia. This affects cognitive function and personality, leading to irritability, temper issues, brain fog, and difficulty focusing. You can go from a severely damaged liver to a healthy liver within weeks by avoiding hidden sugars in your diet!Try these 7 tips to improve liver health and reverse liver damage:1. Stop snacking2. Eliminate sugar, starch, and seed oils 3. Eat more high-quality meat and vegetables4. Go to sleep earlier5. Choose organic foods6. Consume cruciferous vegetables7. Can you be lean and metabolically unfit? Can you be overweight and metabolically healthy? Most of the world's type 2 diabetics are lean. Weight is not the issue. It's a distraction from what actually matters: metabolic fitness. Dr. Betty Murray sits down with Dr. Beverly Yates ND to shatter the myths about metabolic health, weight, and diabetes, especially for women over 40. In this conversation, Dr. Yates reveals the silent signs of pre-diabetes most doctors miss, why the "eat less, exercise more" advice fails women after menopause, and the five steps of the Yates Protocol that helped women reverse type 2 diabetes after 25+ years, without deprivation or restriction. What We Cover: ● Weight is not the issue, it's a symptom: Most type 2 diabetics worldwide are lean (not overweight), you can be lean and metabolically unfit OR overweight and metabolically healthy, doctors blame weight instead of looking at actual metabolic markers ● The silent signs of pre-diabetes ● Objective markers that actually matter: Hemoglobin A1C, fasting blood sugar, fasting insulin, C-peptide ● Why BMI is useless ● Menopause changes everything metabolically: Loss of estrogen = increased visceral fat + insulin resistance (even with same diet/exercise), women have more microvascular disease than men, hot flashes linked to hyperdensities in brain (vascular damage) ● Why lean people don't get diagnosed: Doctors assume "you're skinny, you're fine" without checking A1C/fasting insulin/C-peptide, visceral fat can be invisible (not always "beer belly"), third of teenagers now have pre-diabetes ● The taste bud reset: Taste buds turn over every 10-14 days, they talk to brain about calories, diet sodas/artificial sweeteners trick brain → causes snacking 1-1.5 hours later PLUS, The 5 Steps of the Yates Protocol: (1) Nutrition, (2) Meal timing, (3) Stress management, (4) Sleep, (5) Exercise with emphasis on strength training. This episode is for women over 40 navigating menopause, anyone told to "just lose weight" by their doctor, pre-diabetics looking for real solutions, or anyone who wants to understand what metabolic fitness actually means. ✨ Watch now and discover why the strategies that worked at 30 don't work at 50, and what actually does. Rules are made and policies are established. But the “how” of implementing and meeting those regulations or policies will be very context specific. In this episode of the Great Security Debate, Dan, Erik, and Brian cover a number of key policies and requirements and some different ways to think about implementing them and how the specific situation, company, risk will affect the way you meet the rule. From driving a car to incident response and everything in between. We debate the need to look back at old rules and see if they all still make sense (a great programme called Kill Stupid Rules), and flexibility in control implementation to meet evolving business needs, to move quickly, and keeping the whole picture of the business, customer, and employees in mind. Thanks for Listening!Show Notes:Passing on the right in Michigan: https://legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=MCL-257-637Overtake time in Triathlon: https://www.triathlete.com/training/race-tips/9-race-rules-didnt-know-breaking/Reflex Security (Agentic Tabletop Exercises and Training): https://reflexsecurity.ioKill Stupid Rules: https://www.wsb.com/blog/employee-retention-secret/GM Dress Code Change (2020): https://gmauthority.com/blog/2020/06/how-general-motors-ceo-mary-barra-changed-the-companys-dress-code-for-the-better/Silly State Rules: https://www.buzzfeed.com/rhiannacampbell/weird-old-american-laws-you-wont-believeSex in Full Self Driving Cars (Clean): https://www.cbc.ca/news/science/sex-distracted-driving-1.3562029Movie Recommendation - The Usual Suspects: https://geni.us/wVrLOCBJohn Bingham, COO, Speak by Design: https://www.speakbydesign.com/about-usMovie Recommendation - Gremlins: https://geni.us/qE6NACMovie Recommendation -Die Hard: https://geni.us/eMASsMovie Recommendation - Love Actually:
GFL Station releases daily videos on YouTube allegedly received from multiple extraterrestrials communicating with up to 10 human channelers including the channel's founder, David Nichols, a self-described Canadian mystic. The daily videos, often numbering two, use voice-over-artists, to create soothing, inspiring messages that have led to the rapid growth of GFL Station, which is about to surpass 150,000 subscribers. GFL Station's rapid growth greatly impressed Byron Belitsos—a publisher, editor, or co-author of numerous books dealing with Extraterrestrial Contact—who decided to write a Special Report on GFL Station which he titled: “Reading the Signs of Benevolent ET.” In his second Exopolitics Today interview, Belitsos presents the key perspectives and information presented by GFL Station, which he discusses in his 21-page report. He and Dr. Michael Salla discuss their respective personal experiences which help explain the rapid growth in GFL Station. They share how the positive energies in the channeled communications have an uplifting and healing effect, which resonates with them and many listeners, and also matches their respective decades of exopolitics and exotheology research.
