Strengthening the saved, reaching the lost.
Serving God with the gifts that He has given us is a wonderful thing; but we must not get “Puffed Up”. To each He gives both gifts and grace. While the grace is the same for all, the gifts are different for each believer. We must use our gifts as He directs and to His […]
For those who claim the name of Christ, we should be living sacrifices to God, forsaking “Worldly Wisdom” and the deception and lies that come against us. We are transformed by the truth of the Word.

All Israel will be saved, but for now God is working primarily thru the Gentile church. But as Christ stated in the Gospels, “Salvation is of the Jews” and God has NOT abandoned His chosen people. He will again gather them to Himself in the lasts days.

Salvation of the Gentiles was God's desire from the beginning. The Jews rejection of their Messiah was the catalyst that the LORD used to spread the “Good News” to the whole world. God's will, will be accomplished despite the actions of unbelievers.

God has NOT rejected His people, the nation of Israel. Some of them have blinded themselves for now, not wanting to accept what the scriptures have foretold, but God is NEVER going to give up on them.

God would have ALL to be saved. Paul points out to the Jews that their own scripture thru Isaiah tells them that most of them would reject the Messiah and that the Gentiles would be brought into the fold of God's family.

Salvation is for everyone. Some want to make the obtaining of salvation difficult, but as these passages state, whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ and believes that God raised Him from the dead will be saved.

Paul's great desire is that “All Israel will be saved” but as the scriptures state they are a stubborn and stiff necked people. Regardless Christ's salvation is available to ALL who believe in Him.

We are not saved by who our parents are or were. We are not pre-selected by God because of our nationality or race. Yahweh saves who He chooses to save. By faith we have been made acceptable in God's sight, for the Lord said… “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and […]

Our election and inheritance is not by birth right. We cannot be counted as “Saved” by our parent's faith; we must all enter into our relationship with the Lord by our own volition. Grace and salvation are gifts that we ALL must accept personally.

God chose Israel. God gave them their covenants, their law and the promise that He would be with them. However many of the Jews rejected God's plan for their salvation thru Christ His son. Paul is passionate about wanting his fellow Hebrews to come to this knowledge of Christ.

NOTHING can separate us from God's Love. The Apostle Paul nails the box shut; there should be no doubt about our salvation. We can stand against everything that comes against us, knowing that Christ loved us so much that He willingly gave up His life for us for the forgiveness of our sins.

Our future glory is promised in this passage of scripture. Though we suffer now, we long to be a part of that glory. But to experience it in its fullness, we must wait. The Holy Spirit helps us while we are still here.

We are given sonship through the Spirit that indwells us. We now can call God “Abba” my Father, and we are children of Him, reborn of His Spirit and our old nature has been crucified with Christ on the cross.

What the law could not do God accomplished by His son and by the Holy Spirit. By the Spirit we are able to overcome the flesh; we must strive to walk in the Spirit and not to let the flesh have dominion over us.

Life in the Spirit means that there is “no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus”. We are a new creation and our old sinful self is passing away.

The inner conflict of unwanted sin, even for the saved it persists. In our will we want to be done with our sinful nature, but as long as we are in this mortal flesh, we cannot get rid of it. Grace however has given us a stay on the punishment of our trespasses of the […]

God's law reveals our sin. The law points out sin and our failure to keep it shows us our need for a savior. By this the law is holy in that by it, God shows us how to be justified by faith in Christ.

We are no longer bound by the law; we have been freed from the hard yoke of the Old Testament law. We are, however, under the law of love, to love God and to love others. Some may try to drag us back under legalism. But always remember that the Son has made us free. […]

In Christ we are now slaves to righteousness. No longer slaves of sin; we are redeemed to serve a new Master. Though not perfect in our service, we strive to obey our perfect Master and to do His will.
