I'm back! I'm here! I didn't fall off the face of the earth (even though I've wanted to a few times over the past months)! If you decide to listen to this here episode, thanks! I probably decided to put too much out there on the table, but why the hell not? But honestly- super heavy conversation I have with myself here. Sometimes we feel like everything is falling apart, and it's hard to keep ourselves together. That's been my reality lately. So enjoy listening to me cry and vent and share. I made the “Dirty, Thirty and Thriving” podcast so that we can do that together. I know there will be judgements but I hope you guys are gentle and kind. So I hope you accept me for what I am today- a hot mess of vulnerability. And I hope you can give me what it's hard to give ourselves as women most days- a whole lot of grace.
