    Ivy Insights

The Future Church podcast is an incredibly valuable space for dialogue surrounding the pressing issues facing the North American Church in both the present and future. Hosted by Ashish and Taylor, this podcast offers a unique combination of wisdom and humor, making it an engaging and informative listen. Personally, I am extremely grateful for their honesty, real-life experiences, cultural awareness, and deep understanding of the Church. Through their discussions, I have learned a great deal and have been inspired to pray for the growth and transformation of the Church. Ashish and Taylor's insights are truly thought-provoking and challenging, leading listeners to examine their own beliefs and consider new perspectives.

One of the best aspects of The Future Church podcast is the diversity of topics covered. From discussing theological concepts to practical strategies for church growth, Ashish and Taylor tackle a wide range of subjects that are relevant to believers today. Their willingness to address difficult issues head-on creates a safe space for dialogue and fosters a sense of unity among listeners. Moreover, their inclusion of personal stories and experiences adds depth and authenticity to each episode.

Another strength of this podcast lies in Taylor's leadership abilities. Described as having not only a physically fit body but also possessing the mind of Christ mixed with St. Augustine's wisdom, he brings a unique perspective that resonates with many listeners. His ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible manner makes even challenging theological concepts understandable to all.

However, like any podcast, there may be some aspects that could be improved upon. One possible critique is that at times the discussions may stray too far into theological debates or academic language, which might alienate some listeners who prefer more practical insights they can apply directly to their lives or ministries.

In conclusion, The Future Church podcast is an essential resource for anyone seeking meaningful dialogue on important issues within North American Christianity. Ashish and Taylor's wisdom, honesty, cultural awareness, and leadership make this podcast stand out among others. While there may be room for improvement in terms of balancing theological depth with practical insights, the overall value and impact of this podcast cannot be understated. The discussions fostered through The Future Church are inspiring, challenging, and hopeful, propelling listeners to actively engage with their faith and envision a bright future for the Church.

There's a lot going on. Whether it's the Israel-Palestine Conflict or the behavior of humans that is leading to anything but flourishing, the issues we're facing aren't new - they're old. We explore how we should think about these conflicts, and then the conversation shifts to talking about voices we grew up listening to. Preachers, leaders, writers - they shaped us. And while they may not be relevant to the younger generation, they still carry weight for us, because they were relevant in our formative years. Today, the younger generation is navigating what we had permission to navigate. We must give them the space to do what we did. social: @futurechurchpod on twitter + instagram / web: https://futureof.church

He is passionate about seeing the church live out its prophetic call to bring biblical justice to the world through the church. We're back with our 4th episode. In many ways, this last year flipped feedback upside-down. The mechanisms we rely on to give us a pulse of reality have largely been quenched, while the feedback we're not used to having regularly is in front of our faces constantly with social media and the gig economy. This upside-down feedback isn't all bad... it's actually an invitation from God to rest.
